This was literally the BEST brow service I've ever gotten (I've been coming here since 2017) and I made sure to grow out my brows for 6 weeks to give Jacqueline as much creative room as possible to work her magic. I would love for the temperature of the area to be cooler though or have a fan rotating as it gets extremely warm all the time at the Brow Bar. I had a loyalty card that was one stamp away from earning a free eyebrow threading. During one of my visits, I asked for my stamp and was told by the gentleman working there that they no longer used the physical stamps and had moved everything into their system. He told me that all I would need to do for future visits was provide my phone number. He specifically asked me for my loyalty card, and I handed it to him because I trusted that he was transferring my existing stamps into their system. When I returned for another eyebrow threading and provided my phone number, there was no record of my previous stamps. I was then told that they had no proof of the stamps and could only give me the one stamp for that current visit. What really disappointed me was that I had physically handed my loyalty card to an employee after being told that my stamps would be entered into the system. If I had known my previous stamps would not be honored, I obviously would have kept the card as proof. At this point, it's not about the free eyebrow threading itself. It's about being given specific information by an employee, trusting what I was told, and then being left with no way to recover the loyalty stamps I had earned. I feel that my card and loyalty should have been respected, especially since I was a returning customer. Unfortunately, because of this experience and the way the situation was handled, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope the business takes this as an opportunity to make sure employees are properly communicating changes to the loyalty program and that customers' previously earned rewards are honored.

Update on my previous review: I only did the review because she offered me a lash fan (to dry lashes) for free. Also it did look really good at first but 4 days later my lashes were clumped together as if each lash fan were put too close together with the bonding glue. I've been getting my lashes done for over a year and wanted to try someone new bc my normal tech lives too far. Moral is stick to what you know and works for you. Plus i never ever had so much fall out in less than a week. Keep in mind that i had to go back bc it seemed like the lash was too close to my skin poking my lids... Pro: Susan is really nice and responsive. Location is convenient and her studio is very clean. Offers a lash fan OR lash cleanser if you give her a good yelp review or refer a friend. I recently had appointment with Susan, when i saw my lashes and i gotta yell "OMG!!!!!!!!! My lashes so pretty" and yes when i came to work and everyone asked me where did i get my lashes. I've had many lash lifts before, but this was honestly the worst lash lift experience I've ever…read morehad. After the initial service, my lashes were very uneven. One side was lifted much higher than the other, some lashes were sticking straight up, and others were bent, crossing over each other, or pointing in different directions. By the second night, I realized that one of my actual lashes was pointing downward and poking my eye, causing discomfort. I took close up photos and texted Thi to show her what was happening. Her response was simply, "No problem I can fix." There was no apology or acknowledgment that something had gone wrong. I was disappointed by the response, but I still decided to go back because I wanted to give her a chance to correct the issue. I have a busy schedule as well, so returning meant taking additional time out of my day to have a problem from the original service corrected. Still, I made the time and went back hoping she could fix it. After the correction, my lashes looked somewhat better, but the result was still uneven. Some of my upper lashes were still bent and going in different directions. What upset me even more was that after the correction, some of my lower lashes became visibly crimped and wavy, even though my lower lashes were not supposed to be treated. I also began noticing approximately 2-3 lashes falling out almost every day. When I went back for the correction, I was also disappointed by how the situation was handled. I still did not feel that there was a proper apology or accountability for what had happened. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD GET A REFUND AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE MY LASHES FIXED,, but I had already taken time out of my schedule to come back specifically to give her a chance to correct the problem. I also want to clarify something regarding my next appointment. Immediately after my initial service, I had booked another appointment for 8/17. I have a busy schedule and generally prefer to book appointments well in advance, so I scheduled it before I realized the extent of the problems with my lashes. After everything that happened, I had no intention of returning. However, I later received a message saying that my 8/17 appointment had been canceled even though I had never requested the cancellation. Although I wasn't planning to go back, canceling an appointment on my behalf without any communication still felt unprofessional. What disappointed me most was not only the result of the lash lift, but also the way the situation was handled afterward. I understand that mistakes can happen, which is why I contacted Thi directly and gave her the opportunity to correct the service rather than immediately leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, even after returning for a correction, I was still left with uneven and bent upper lashes, crimped lower lashes, and ongoing lash fallout. I've included photos and screenshots so others can see both the results and the communication for themselves and make their own judgment. Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify a couple of things. When Thi and I scheduled my next appointment for August 17 immediately after my initial service, I was never told that a deposit was required or that the appointment would be automatically canceled if a deposit was not completed within a certain timeframe. Had that been explained to me when the appointment was booked, I would have understood the cancellation. I also understand that English is your second language because English is my second language as well. For me, this was never about perfect English or the wording of a text message. A language barrier was not the issue. Empathy and accountability do not require perfect English they can be communicated through tone, actions, and the way someone responds when a client comes back with a problem. When I showed you what had happened to my lashes, I was not expecting perfect words or a perfectly worded apology. What mattered to me was feeling that my concern was genuinely acknowledged and that there was some understanding and regret about what had happened. Unfortunately, I did not feel that through our text communication or when I returned in person for the correction. I appreciate your apology now and your offer of a refund. However, my review was based on my actual experience: the original lash lift, having to take additional time to return for a correction, the condition of both my upper and lower lashes afterward, the ongoing lash fallout, and how the situation was handled. My intention in sharing this review is not to criticize anyone's language ability or intentions, but simply to provide an honest and factual account of my experience. UPDATE: After my review, I received repeated messages from 7:00 AM throughout my workday asking me to remove it. I felt pressured and uncomfortable all day. I shared my honest experience to help others, not for a refund. The screenshots speak for themselves.

I was loyal to another lash studio for over 8 years until there were some issues that came up with some of their personnel. Following those incidents, I was on a hunt for a new lash home and tried a few other places that didn't do it for me until I landed here. I inquired for a lash appointment after reading some prior reviews and ended up getting booked with Gianna. When we first met, I told her how I generally like my lash extensions -- she listened, added her own twist, and the rest is history. I have been seeing her religiously since -- and, I think we are going on 3 years. On average, I see her every two weeks but sometimes more if I have a special engagement or travel plans in the horizon. Now, on to her skills of this trade. Some people acquire a particular skill set through rigorous training and certifications and while that may be true in this case -- I would argue that she is simply gifted. I often tease her that she's a perfectionist because she doesn't cut corners and never settles for just the average. She focuses on ensuring that each lash extension really matches her client's lash line because as we all know, no pair of eyes are ever the same. I appreciate how she makes the style of the extension work to bring more of a dramatic and elevated look without making it overbearing to the face. And overall, I always remind her how sweet and kind of a person she is. She's down to earth and speaks from the heart when we talk about life, family, travel, relationships, etc. -- I'm so lucky to have found her. Now, if you want a talented and very sweet artist added to your beauty team then Gianna is your girl. Book in advance though because she doesn't accept walk-ins. Cash only.
