I'm not really happy about the whole process. It's a fast in/out type place. First time coming here and I was told to lie down without even looking at my eyes, their shape or asking what I was looking for.. after I forced them to listen to what I wanted, the end result was def not what I was expecting or hoping for. Little clumps of lashes on individual lashes means your going to lose a bunch of lashes at once and have hold spots! But the WORST part of all is the chemical burn I have. It's been several days and my eyes are super red inflamed and itchy. I kept feeling the glue burning me as she worked on it. The lashes don't look too bad except u can see all the glue! Hi, I strongly recommend you AVOID this place . I never take the time to write any reviews . This is my first ever review . I was tearing up leaving the place . 1 because Susan poked my eyes multiple times and was so rough , she kept claiming my lashes were stuck. Minding I have worked in a lash lounge and that's not normal unless you are not isolating properly . 2 my lashes were completely uneven on both eyes. She had me waiting holding 2 fans up for about 15 mins , continuously saying it's normal . (That's not normal) And to top it of I didn't mind waiting 15-20 mins when I got there . She was running behind . I know how that goes as I do work in the service industry doing hair . What made me upset was that when I didn't like my lashes at all, and they were blood shot red , and tearing up she said if I wanted to leave without paying I need to lay back down for another 30 mins . I told her I had to go home because I was already running behind in my schedule too. Overall I just had the worse experience at this place . And yes they did still charge me ( 30% off) I have never had an experience like this and it's been a few hours since and my eyes are so irritated . read more
