I laid face down and the lady (Susan, the receptionist) was taking doing my massage. She asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure; I pick medium. But I feel I should have ask for hard. After taking care of my back I was told to turn over. She did great works on my neck and shoulder. Hands and arms are good. My favorite was when she massage my feet. I felt most of knots were relieve. Forced Tip: Tipping is optional. I am typically a generous tipper (normally $30-$35 for good service) and was still going to leave $25 despite the subpar session. Instead, she demanded a $30 tip and entered the amount herself without my consent. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting.
