I travel every week for business and this is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I am a "Platinum" member so stay at a lot of Marriott properties and I am comparing to other SHS and Marriott casual business hotels. This place is totally run down for the most part and is in an extremely dirty, noisy part of town just off the I-15 freeway. First room the TV did not work. They finally got it working but I wasn't in the mood to have to keep fooling around with it so decided to ask for a different room after I also noticed the closet doors are all hanging there but do not fit or close. Evidently they know about this and it's crazy! No extra touches in the rooms really. I felt like I was at a roadside motel in a seedy part of town. The second room was only slightly better. Same dismal interior with CFL lighting which takes awhile to brighten up. Closet doors in this room all gone but evidence there was once doors. Furniture was beat up, windows so dirty you could barely see out of them. A bug rested in my sink and the refrigerator froze my salad solid overnight. I should known better on that. I went for a walk at around noon on a map given to me by the front desk. If that wasn't the most horrible place to walk! Trash along every street in the bushes and on the sidewalk. So dirty -- I don't think the city ever cleans their sidewalks! If you are getting an impression that Corona CA is a dirty disgusting place - that is what this place and my stay was. I am sure there is better and next time I will do my research! ON a good note, the staff was apologetic and accommodating. Do NOT stay here if you need a safe clean place to stay and go out after dark and want a relaxing bright environment. read more

BRING YOUR EARPLUGS WOW NOISY NOISY located Right on the freeway and you hear every bit of it. When I checked in it was Friday 5pm traffic and not moving going South at all, so there was no road noise. By 8pm-- man I was ON the freeway! really loud, had to turn the tv up to block it out! and the interior is so bad they even have a note to guests on the desk regarding the VERY heavy front doors slamming shut and talking and tv too loud because you can hear right thru the walls! NO insulation between rooms at all. I awoke at 645 to my Indian neighbor singing and talking on the telephone to someone! Awoke at 3:45 to my other neighbor somehow awake talking and could hear the zipper on the luggage! no idea why they were up that early and leaving as I heard them check in at 7pm! because I heard them laughing talking at door and slamming door shut. Because I had the tv loud to block the freeway guessing they weren't happy with me either! ok for the Good: GREAT room really pretty and BIG with mini kitchen and full living room office area so very nice for extend a stay. Lobby very pretty modern and LA looking. really nice. plenty of parking and located in a business park with everything you need in one mile even Home Depot. Didn't see any nice restaurants but tons of fast food/pharmacy/grocery stores/gas etc tons of nail salons! just no good restaurants but as long as its not commuter traffic time within 3 miles was movies/tons of restaurants shopping mall so a lot to do right near by in 5 min. Glen Ivy springs Spa is 10 min away so great location if visiting the spa read more

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on was here! They are so comfortable that I have not stopped thinking about it! I've even went so far as to put in an inquiry to the GM, asking what brand and type of mattress they have on their king size beds. I'll give an update as soon as I find out. read more

Amazingly cheap, clean, nicely appointed hotel?rooms. I liked it there in my king sized business suite, and all for an albeit worked upon special deal, but only 89.99 a night! and free breakfast! also can;t beat that it is legitimately RIGHT across the street from my Office read more

After the second break in of my vehicle, that's it! The hotel and staff are great, although this hotel DOES NOT have any security and has knowledge of the hotels clients becoming victims upon their property. The owners and general manager are negligent and should do more to protect their guests. I've moved on and happy for it. Good luck! read more

Just returned from a business trip and stayed here. I had a very late check-in (1 am) which I advised the evening manager of the afternoon before. She had a room ready and located close to the parking lot for my convenience. (Becca?) The housekeeping staff was friendly and kept the room tidy. The suite I got had a microwave and refrigerator, which worked for me as I usually prepare my own meals when I travel. Although the standard daily rate is higher than my budget allows (my job paid for this stay), I would stay here again and recommend it to colleagues and friends. We got a king size suite. Sofa is great (west elm) we didn't use it to sleep but one person would fit (twin size) Room was VERY CLEAN. We checked in around 10pm and receptionist was nice. Continental breakfast is included with your stay and parking is free. About 30 minutes from Disneyland. read more

I stayed here last weekend for a wedding and I have to say that I was impressed! The staff was very friendly and the rooms and hotel were very nice. It was very fast and easy to check in and out, as well. Also, the prices were pretty standard for the room size. We have stayed here several times at different times of the year. All staff were very friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. We were able to get an early checkin with NO hesitation which is extremely rare. Rooms are very clean and we have never encountered any problems regarding the room at any of our stays. Here's what I like most; they don't immediately shut down their complimentary breakfast at "said" hour. Many other hotels I've stayed at pull the plug at 9:00AM no if ands or buts. I was surprised to see this time extended on several days which made life a little easier, the lady resupplying the food was a real team player, she was restocking to accommodate even after the allotted time. Kudos to her. The only inconvenience (not related to the hotel) is accessing hwy 15 North or South. Whoever designed that one should be shot. Great hotel, check it out! read more

We booked last minute and was part of a wedding group- we asked for wedding group rate- and she didn't even hesitate to give us the discount. Valerie was awesome! Got there and both rooms not ready so we took the one and said we'd call down in a few minutes to see if the second one was ready. She processed us in - said let me just photo copy your Glen ivy cards so you don't have to wait around while I enter each card. Great. Went to our room; nice and clean good suite setup. The two of us took our luggage of the luggage rack and started getting things together. Knock on the door and Valerie apologized said still waiting for the 2nd room, here are 2 complimentary bottles of wine - I'm so sorry. Since we were heading down to Glen ivy we said we'd just drop by the desk when we left to get the card key then. Went down a few minutes later and we were set. Apologized again - no worries. Asked about breakfast in the morning - told to try the oatmeal - it actually was good even though I'm sort of meh about oatmeal. Breakfast area was crowded in the morning but they kept everything well stocked and flowing. read more

A very pleasent vacay:) Came here with my husband for our wedding anniversary and paid only $600.00 for a week! I was very pleased with the coustmer service and the cleaners. They were all very nice and sweet. The cleaners were very thoughtful with our belongings and our food that we had out on the counters. I would come here again in the future. read more

Front Desk- Excellent Hotel- Excellent Room-Excellent Breakfast- horrible it was just nasty and not clean. We had to bust our own table. Throw away the trash and just with a napkin wipe the table off. Ive been to other Marriotts in the last 7 months. The eggs were sort of cold and look gross. We recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Corona, for our grandsons wedding, in fact both sides of the wedding party stayed. I have traveled for almost 40 years in my sales experience, and have to say this was one of the most friendliest staff, I believe I have ever met! The General Manager, (forget her Name) was more than accommodating, along with her staff. My senior discount was also accepted, and helped with the room rate. Okay, staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean, and the location was good. However, as the night approached the demons came. Kids running up and down the hall, I had one kid knock my door and run off... ding dong ditch in a hotel? Really?. I let that incident go. The walls are so very thin. I could hear everything. I heard my next door neighbor snoring, the walking and showering from upstairs neighbors, the coughing in the room next to me. I swear this is a hotel with a motel ambiance. I didn't get more than 3hrs sleep. The tv's have Netflix and Hulu, but good luck getting the WiFi to stream them. If understand if I brought my own way of accessing those streaming services, but these are apps already programmed into your tv... you should get a provider that can hang. I was told to disconnect the tv and wait, then connect it back by the staff. It didn't work. I ended up just watching from my phone with my own gigs because the WiFi's wouldn't let me surf my phone either. If you go here make sure they put you on the 4th floor to avoid the sleep interruptions at least from the ceiling. read more

We recently stayed here as our wedding was just a couple of miles down the street. If you're planning on reserving a block, be aware you want to start the process early. It took me months to get in contact with the one person I was told would help me with the reservations. It was a joke. Every time I called she was unavailable. I would try to email and she was out of the office many times. How can there only be one person capable of helping arrange a block of rooms and she's never there?! The night of our stay the window AC unit was awful. It kept clanking and making noise which we could not control. We tried adjusting the temp and speed of the fan but nothing worked. So much for getting a good nights sleep the night before my wedding. If it wouldn't have been 1am I would have called someone but I didn't want someone coming into the room at that time and wanting to work because then I really wouldn't sleep. My parents ended up not being able to sleep because the room was so hot and they weren't able to work the AC either. They ended up leaving super early because they were over it. read more

i cannot recall staying anywhere worse in my life. i will not ramble on about ALL of the bad things that occurred during our family's three night stay here, but i will outline the most prevalent. first, the microwave did not work upon arrival. the young man at the front desk said "oh, sorry, there is nothing i can do about that" when i wished for them to swap it out so i could make something for our little man after returning to the room rather late. the next morning i was thoroughly apologized to and a "repair order" would be put in and it would be fix or replaced straight away. after three nights there, nothing. by the third night there, our room was HUGELY infested with ants. i cannot even explain to you how many ants were there. it was disgusting. they were in our son's box of cereal and all over the counter and walls. it took me three bath towels, two hand towels and a wash cloth to wipe the infestation up. i immediately went down to the front desk to inform them that i'd placed an infested box of cereal and several ant-covered towels into the hall and they may wish to clean them up before other guests saw them (took me almost 45 minutes to clean the infestation, just to let you know) and they said "yes, we have a huge insect issue here" and went on to tell me that our room's infestation was likely due to them not spraying our room with poisonous pesticide the first two of the three nights we were there. long story short -- if you don't have a "do not disturb" sign up while there, they will come in to clean your room and spray poison all over your belongings without notifying you (they did this on the third day). as a result i had a three day migraine as i am hugely allergic to chemicals and pesticides. our stay here was quite miserable. and just to forewarn, you don't get a discount or refund for waking up to bugs all over the walls, spiders, ants or otherwise. they get pissy with you for not letting them spray your items with poison then sneak in and do it anyway. the "free breakfast" was not at all worthy of human consumption. orange little pancakes called eggs and hard green bananas -- that is the gist of it. and the grossest specimen they called "coffee" you could imagine. all in all corona was a fun and interesting place, but i will most definitely find a different hotel when we return next march, even though this hotel is infinitely closer than any other to my in-laws we were visiting. i would MUCH rather stay somewhere decent and not infested 20 miles away than stay here again. read more

Not bad....my hubby and I stayed her for 2 nights this past weekend. Very clean with comfortable bed. The various workers were very nice and there are plenty of places in the area to eat. My only complaint/concern was that there was NOTHING really interesting to watch on television. Considering I live in southern Cali and I know in this area that the channel options are the same as my home, I was a lot disappointed that the hotel didn't offer more options for program choices. Luckily, we were really only in the room late in the evening and because it was SO HOT outside, we were able to shower, and fall asleep fairly quickly. Now for my major complaint that I neglected to tell the front desk when checking out (and I would lower one star, but it really wasn't the hotels fault) but we received TWO prank phone calls around 4 or 4:30 this morning. Not only did it happen to us, but also to our friends who were staying about 2 doors down the hall from us. SOOOOOOO annoyed by this. It took me a really long time to fall asleep again after the second one. read more

This hotel has great employees! Sylvia works the morning FREE buffet and does a better job than some 5 star places! The food was good and displayed beautifully! The front desk staff are also helpful! I stayed there last night. I left this morning, leaving my Samsung Tab 3 on the night stand. I called the Hotel and informed them that I had left it and that I would be back for it at end of Business today. Rebecca, who was at the desk when I checked out, just happened to be the one I talked to when I called. I told her that I was now in Riverside for work. She said she would bring it to me as she lives in Riverside. I told her where I was and would be, and sure enough, she delivered my Tab 3 to me. I cannot not say enough great things about this hotel and their WONDERFUL staff. On October 13th I was married at a location about 4 miles from this hotel. With the proximity of the venue and the amount of out of town guests I had attending, I decided to set up a block of rooms for the weekends events, including two rooms for me and my bridesmaids. From the moment of our first contact the staff was informative, communicative, and gracious. In fact, upon mentioning that I planned to have my hair and makeup team come to the hotel to get us all ready (8 girls total) the staff offered me a meeting room to use as a "brides room" that day, which they set up with tables, mirrors and extension cords. In all I had about 30 family members staying at this location, and the lobby was a great place to all visit after the rehearsal dinner. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, and the continental breakfast is impressive. And the front desk staff always made this bride feel incredibly special!
