We had such a great experience working with Tim and his team. In our new home we were looking to get our (small) backyard completed entirely from scratch and had designs ready. After contacting several landscapers we ended up moving forward with Tim for several reasons that all held true throughout the project: - He gave us a very fair and honest quote that allowed us to get close to our budget and didn't have any surprises at the end. He even helped us out with some unexpected changes to the original plan (we had to add stairs in our pavers) that were extra work. - Although our initial quote was higher than what we anticipated, he quickly worked with us to get the project in a place we were comfortable with and still maintained all the important elements (seating, turf, pavers, etc.). - He was incredibly responsive and overall just gave us a really good vibe. He felt like one of our friends dads! Our project timeline was right as he told us it would be, he gave us regular updates and we always knew what was happening, and his team worked quickly. The final product is incredible - we are SO happy with how it turned out and are enjoying our outdoor space on a daily basis. I would recommend Tim and his team to anyone - he's fair, honest, and does great work. If we ever need anything done in the future this is where we will take our business!

We've had major work done around our house (full HVAC and ducting, kitchen remodel, patio cover, shade sail) and I have to say that upgrading our back yard with Tim has been the best experience with a contractor we've ever had. Tim is very easy to work with and highly responsive. He and his crew always show up on to time, have high attention to detail, take pride in their work, and clean up at the end of the day. Very good communication throughout the process and Tim made sure we were good with every detail before proceeding (light and plant locations, hardscaping colors, area shapes and sizes, etc). Tim even navigated the heavy rainy season this winter to finish our yard before our three year old son's birthday party (hosted in our new back yard of course!). We are thrilled with how it all turned out and excited to have a space the whole family can enjoy!

We had our whole backyard and part of the front yard remodeled by Tim and his team. My husband and I had high expectations for the details and Tim was very flexible for changes and he tried his best to meet our expectations. Tim also gave lots of good and practical advice during the remodel. Tim is a very responsible person as well. After the job finished, we found some small problems, he helped us to fix all of these. Overall, we are very satisfied with our yard remodeling by Tim and his team, The final result was beyond our expectations and we do enjoy our yard a lot. We would strongly recommend him and his team.

Tim and his team were amazing to work with. He referred me to an awesome designer and once the yard was designed, Tim offered the best quote out of all the contractors I contacted. He was also the most responsive and helpful. Throughout the whole process, Tim was super communicative and provided budget-minded recommendations for several aspects of my design that enhanced the overall final product including adding shade sails and an affordable patio cover. He even went above and beyond in repairing my broken backyard gate lock. Tim kept me updated every step of the way and brought our design to life to a tee. I have not written a review in a while but this deserves a review. Tim and his team and the work was amazing! Tim replaced an area of rocks that was under utilized and added pavers and made a step up paver deck. Tim is super thorough and helped us even design out and think through a couple ideas which was really helpful because we have a yard that is big and oddly shaped and has a lot of "old" things done from previous owners that were not ideal. Tim fixed some stuff and even made it better on top of the work they planned on. He communicated really well through the process and made it really easy to understand what they were doing. We are happy with the work, looks so much better.

We had a great experience with Springview Landscape. Tim was extremely responsive and had great ideas for our project. Our project included pavers, rock scape, turf, and planting. Tim and his crew were hard working and meticulous. Our front and back yard turned out better than we ever thought it would!

We hired this company to completely renovate our backyard. I have to first say, the owner of this company, Tim Vu, is one of the most reliable, honest and reasonable contractors we've worked with to date. He walked us through every step of the project and made suggestions on both aesthetics and function of the backyard design (I wish we didn't hire a separate designer, Tim gave us better pointers). His team was punctual and worked diligently throughout the day. They also gave us a heads up on days they planned to bring in the more disruptive machines, which was nice since I work from home and could plan my meetings accordingly. What I really appreciated is that Tim went above and beyond what we hired him to do. My husband likes learning about construction and tries to dabble in it. Tim proactively volunteered to lend us his equipment (which could have cost a pretty penny to rent out) and coached my husband on how to go about executing certain projects around the house such as replacing our floorboards. Tim did run into an issue when constructing the built in fireplace (there was a leaking gas pipe). However, his approach to a solution was logical and fair - he offered to re-do the whole project due to the complexity of the issue (which would mean a huge loss on his part) or to refund us for this amount. I've been recommending Tim's business for anyone who's looking to renovate their backyard, he deserves it!

I have a backyard that needs to install artificial turf, and one side yard installed new paver step with river rock, the other side yard a dog area. Tim is very knowledgeable and responsible! He gives me useful suggestions while we discuss and he is very nice to work with. They are also quite professional. We worried for the rain and Tim told me their plan for drainage on the 1st time we meet. (Some other vendor told me it is not necessary as turf is natural drainage...) They did very thorough work and the communication is very smooth! I would highly recommend SpringView Landscape.

Tim and his team were great to work with! He is very responsive and answered all of our questions. He worked with us as our vision for the backyard changed throughout the process. In addition, he took time to visit a nursery to help us select plants and provided guidance/recommendations. We had a lot of dead space in the backyard, but now it's open and will be great for entertaining guests. We would definitely work with Tim again on any future projects. Thank you Tim and team!

We hired Tim to demo our existing patio and remove some foliage, and replace it with a larger patio and pergola. We also wanted to improve the drainage since the back patio floods every year during heavy rains. When we interviewed landscapers, we were looking for someone that was knowledgeable about drainage, could work around a few design issues, and would deliver an excellent product. I met with 6 companies, and did countless hours of research. During out first meeting, Tim showed us he knew how to handle all of our design concerns. I could tell by the way he surveyed the backyard, measured, and provided solutions to our problems that he would be the best fit. He understood the correct height of the cement in relation to the house, how to angle concrete pour to help move flooding hazards away from our house, and immediately knew the cement color and style I was looking for based on my verbal description. We discussed options for drainage and possible outcomes. He also directed us to Pergoladepot.com, a pergola company, and we purchased an over-sized, beautiful pergola ourselves. The execution of the project went as planned. Fortunately he didn't have to dig up our entire side yard to add drainage. He installed pipes around the trouble areas of the patio and connected to an existing pipe that led to the front yard. The patio was completed in 2 weeks on time. Tim was even available to help unload the pergola wood when it arrived via freight, and then he built it within a week. We did have a full backyard design drawn up, but I imagine he could have easily created our vision without it. We are really happy with the look of our backyard and do plan to hire Tim for our 2nd phase next year, which will be to install turf and plantings. I also can't say enough about Tim's chill demeanor. We have remodeled nearly all of our house and worked with a variety of contractors and frankly many of them have no bedside manner and are terrible at communicating. Tim is super nice and easy to communicate with. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Tim and his crew.

We worked with Tim to install pavers in the front yard of our townhouse. Tim took the time to answer all of my questions, and suggested which colors would look best based on the color of our stucco. He was always very prompt in getting back to me, and took the extra time to make sure we were happy. Him and his crew did an excellent job, and we are very happy with the result.
