A lot of their flavors were sold out, but luckily, some of the flavors not listed on the TV menus were on the self-service kiosks. I purchased the limited edition Luscious Mango cupcake because it looked interesting. The cupcake itself was decent, it wasn't as moist as I was hoping for, but I loved the tart mango curd inside, and the spiced icing was unique. The service here was phenomenal! The young ladies handling orders were very helpful. They checked on me while I was brewing over the checkout screen, asked me if I had any questions or needed help. I ended up getting stuck while waiting on my son (car battery died..oof!) they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was ok, and offered me a chair and water...I will leave it at that ;-) The cupcakes are the perfect amount of sweet and always moist. Had a long day at work, so decided to treat myself with cupcakes. Remembered how much I liked these last time, so I ordered these again. Ordered delivery around 6:45 PM to be delivered around 7:30-8:00 PM. Order arrived on time and everything was correct. Strawberry - Icing was softer this time - Maybe the cupcakes were fresher. Flavor still just as good - Very natural strawberry flavor. Cake is still moist. Cupcake is still quite heavy. Black & White - Icing was soft on this one also. Chocolate flavor is not super rich, but evidently chocolate. The chocolate shavings on top are a nice touch. Chocolate cake itself was a touch dry. I'm typically not a fan of chocolate cupcakes, but this one was pretty decent. My husband loves chocolate, so he loved this one. Carrot - Ok, so I LOVE carrot cake. Nice balance of cinnamon flavor. Not a fan of the walnut - ginormous whole pieces of walnut in there. Icing had a firmer shell on this one. Cream cheese flavor in the icing is very subtle - I can hardly tell that it's cream cheese unless you taste it by itself. Cake was more moist than the Black & White, but not as moist as the Strawberry. Interesting that there was actually some largely shredded carrot in there - I would've used a pulp (would've helped with moisture better), but at least you know there's fresh ingredients inside. Really disappointed with this one. I found myself having to pick through the cupcake to remove the giant pieces of walnut & I really couldn't enjoy the cupcake itself. Would not get this one again. Overall, quality of the cupcakes are still pretty good. Strawberry one is still my favorite - still haven't found a better strawberry cupcake. I would still recommend this place & I'll probably get a strawberry cupcake again, but probably not the other two. read more

So disappointing Sprinkles was on this most recent visit. Dry were our "Salted Caramel" and "Black & White" cupcakes. Also, there was more of a taste of sugar rather than flavors in their frostings. Granted it's been over a year since back. Have they changed the ingredients in their once winning recipes or is it this location's lack of quality control?
