The person doing the repair told me the adhesive used was just ok and that's why dust was able to get inside. He then told me the inside of the phone had been torn up, the graphite paper that keeps the phone cool was in several pieces and wasn't doing the job is was supposed to do. Now I know why my phone is getting hot . Also there was a connection that was not connected so he fixed that. His words were I wouldn't take your phone back to that place and don't recommend to others. I'm pretty unhappy.

I keep getting billed even though my account was zeroed out almost 4 months ago. I've been into their store twice to rectify this issue, I have made countless call most of the time I talk to no one. They gave me two numbers to call for billing, one was 611, when the phone answered, it was T-Mobile! When I asked, " when did you merge with AT&T?", they said that they had no idea that they did. And promptly told me they can only speak to T-Mobile products and T-Mobile billing. So I tried the next number. 1-800-301-0050 which was supposedly the direct line to AT&T billing department, when the phone was answered this time it was "Liberty Wireless", they had no explanation why AT&T would give me a number that was to a different wireless company and they didn't have any AT&T phone numbers that would get me in touch with AT&T. I have not been signed up with AT&T for almost 4 months and that is how long I've been dealing with them erroneously sending bills to me, which at this point equates to harassment.

Was able to get us up and rolling with 2 new cell phones, pared down our account with $35 less a month per phone. Who can argue with that? Daray was extremely efficient, quick and very ready to help us. He transferred our phones over and had us go shopping for 1.5 hrs while this was taking place. We returned 15 minutes earlier than was quoted and we were able to relax on nice comfortable chairs while the transfers finished. He had everything done, liquid glass put on the phones, new phone holders, covers on the lenses of the cameras, all items put into a bag. He handled everything so nicely. I can't say enough good for Daray. He was simply amazing. This is the first time ever since owning cell phones since 1988 that we have ever had such seamless service.

The cellairis tech was able to inspect and install an adhesive strip to fix the trim piece and reaffix the rubber seal - all without charging me a dime.
