I stopped into sprouts state to pick up some fresh muffins after a previous visit which they were not good. I was refunded for the two muffins previously purchased and also given a four pack of new muffins. They were fresh and moist, and out of the three kinds I received the chocolate one was probably the freshest and best tasting.. while I was there I also picked up a couple other things, some plums and nectarines, which were both wonderful. Everyone there was friend, friendly, and inviting and very accommodating.. It's good to see proper customer service in this day and age.. read more

One thing I always look for in a grocery store is this it clean? the store was very clean. The other thing is the staff, the staff were very friendly and helpful and they were all wearing masks. They also had some plastic separation protection for their cashiers They're not totally organic but they have quite a bit of organic stuff. They were working on making sure everything looked well stocked and orderly. The vegetables seem to be plentiful and for a typical family grocery store that seemed like they had a fair selection of organic items. They also had grass-fed beef and bacon that was uncured. They also have some individually prepped items which are good for a senior that may want to not have to prepare everything. They even have some Frozen organic items which were particularly of interest to me. They also had an extensive selection of vitamins and other individual health care items. Their baked goods are pretty good too they have half loaves of bread which I think you're really nice. I've been when it's been crowded and not crowded and the line through the checkout area has always been fast. It's a complete grocery store with about everything that you could want. read more

Great selection of unique products. They have produce both organic and non organic. They have a variety of items you don't always find in other stores. Golden beets, lettuce beyond ice berg, a variety of peppers including ghost peppers. Not only is there a vast variety but it's more radiant and less expensive. The store also gives you a discount if you bring in your own bags including produce bags. Saving the earth one bag at time. The layout is nice because you can start with dry and non refrigerated item and conclude with produce. Items are easily found. Unlike other locations it is an easy in out and isn't crowded together. read more

Ah, Sprouts! How I love you. Let me spell out the ways. This store is right next to my dreaded location of Smith's (see Albertson's review). However, I never see any problems coming in or out of their store compared to Smiths. This location is perfect for those headed over to the East Mountains. It's located in a large shopping center, but parking usually never is a problem. Sprouts is my favorite grocery store to find much of our organic needs without spending a fortunate verses spending somewhere like Whole Foods. Trader Joe's is comparable, but it just doesn't have the same appeal to me as Sprouts does. The produce section is especially large and well maintained. Sprouts also offers a wide array of natural vitamins, minerals and hygiene products. The store is always immaculate and Covid practices are strongly enforced. Carts and baskets are always cleaned and ready to go. You can bring in your own reusable bag here, you just have to bag your groceries yourself. This Sprouts has a terrific variety of items. Merchandise is organized and priced. The store is clean. Produce is fresh. I usually find what I'm looking for. There's tons of parking. They could work on customer service though. Staff rarely are proactive in communicating with customers. read more

I went to the Sprout's to look for a supplement called PEA.I have never purchased it before so I do not know where it would be. I asked a lady working in that department named Carolyn. She so what is this a joke. I said no I can give you the scientific name if you want. She said I do not have 20 letter names of stuff in my computer. I went to go look for it by myself. she starts yelling at me and says what do you think it's going to do jump off the shelf at you. Carolyn and said all problems start in the gut the Chinese have been doing it for millions of years you need probiotics. Carolyn just yelled at me the whole time I was there. I asked the lady at the register to talk to a manager and give me the district managers phone number. She would not do it. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Sprout's. read more

I do not know what happened to this store. I have been a long-term customer. I've paid more to them for supplements than some people pay on rent. And I never had a problem with them. Out of nowhere pretty much every aspect of the store just crumbled. Even worse, it wasn't like the quality just started to slacken: all of the changes I've seen in the last six months or so have been a big "F you" to the customers. They're slowly starting to make checking out in a real lane impossible. Initially they just shut down the registers an hour before closing, forcing you to use the automated lanes to work for them and check yourself out. Now they close them TWO hours before closing time. And why wouldn't they do that? It saves them money while effectively making you their employee. Then they decided to virtue signal their concern for the environment by charging YOU for bags to carry your groceries. Whole Foods GIVES you a rebate for bringing your own bag. finally, they're hiring terrible new employees that have no knowledge their job and terrible attitudes that don't give one crap about doing their job to help you. I've started going out of my way to find other places to shop--even buying online, which is something I hate doing. Don't go here. This place is terrible. read more

4 stars for spacious and decorated vestibule, wider isles, mostly cheerful staff, additional variety of hot and cold made-to-order food selections... a few pluses this location has comparing with the rest in town. 1 star off for the attitude of few younger staff, maybe this is their first job. I want to move to a different part of town and part of that decision includes living near a Sprouts. The home-cooked meals that you can put in a microwave are healthy and delicious for a reasonable price. I became addicted to the fresh squeezed juices and if they are too expensive for you, check out the shelves because if there are two days from the expiration date you can get them for a dollar--in other words less than it costs to get a coke. Staff is always friendly and helpful--although I'd like to see management hire more people as there are often lines during lunch. There are many other great products and brands--awesome produce and wines, but I seem to stick to the easy to make side of the store in my quest for good health. read more

Sprouts is one of my favorite stores to buy groceries. Along with the Growers Market I can't think of a better place to buy your fruits and vegetables from. But Sprouts has so much more than fresh vegetables, they offer a way to get what you want but in a healthier version. When you walk into Sprouts it's like walking into a floral store. The layout is fantastic but I feel that the produce is the star of the show. I've never had a staff member not helping in more of a way than I expected. They could be in the middle of putting several of cans of coconut milk on the shelves but they will stop doing what they are doing and not just give you directions to whay you want but walk you to what your in search of without the attitude that other grocery stores staff have. When I shop at Sprouts I feel like I'm doing something good for my body something healthy. You won't find a bag of Oreos in this store nor a can of Coca-Cola but you will find a healthier version of chocolate cookies and a way healthier drink thats just as satisfying. Who knew fermented tea could taste so good? Sprouts gives you more for your buck. Sprouts is my store and I can happily say that I am a true supporter of sprouts and what they do to help you be a healthier and better you! read more

I've always liked Sprouts. Everything is fresh. They have a decent selection of wine. And they also have pre-packaged meals which are healthy. However most of the time it's very pricey so I don't go here often. They do have sales on Wednesdays. I've heard they were pretty good. read more

You do not need your whole paycheck to shop at Sprouts. I mostly stick to produce and fish. Both are always fresh and in stock. Come by on Wednesday and grab some $5 sushi rolls. Good deal. Not the best stretch of Central, but private security does an excellent job of making sure you do not get bothered in the parking lot. read more

The elusive. The exclusive... The FIVE STAR RATING... You have to earn it, and Sprouts Farmers Market, on Central and Tramway has definitely earned it. In the ghetto, you don't expect many 5 star reviews. If I ever move back over to the Western Mesa, I'll still frequent the 4 Hills Sprouts. Why? Well, on July 31, 2016, after an already stressful morning, at around 10:00, I stopped in to buy some Chai tea. I grabbed an organic, and when it was rung, I questioned the price discrepancy. The cashier went back, checked, found that I was wrong, and promptly gave me the discount on the sale, anyway! That's not a 5 star, but it's pretty nice. I've never had a bad experience, my service dog has been accommodated, and we've been treated the same as all other customers, every time we've shopped; which is 2x monthly./ Then, today, I went to just grab a beer and some bananas. As I was walking out, the handle on the 6 pack broke, it hit the floor, and done. Instead of any trouble, the store, employees, and even security went above and beyond, not just in helping me deal with the loud noises, and the stress caused by the drop, but, they replaced the 6 pack, and the security guard, seeing I had a service animal, made a point to talk to me, and make sure I was OK... That right there is the service that gets you 5 stars, and a customer who'll do is grocery shopping with you, as long as we're both around read more

After receiving my store pick-up order, I found that all four bags of carrots I had purchased were full of grey, moldy, mushy carrots. It was beyond repulsive. I have never seen such expired and disgusting produce in any store before. I also received a container of kiwis where one of the 4 kiwis was split down the middle and growing grey/black mold. How is this acceptable? The produce in Sprouts is either not kept fresh or the Sprouts personal shoppers are not trained on how to choose fresh produce for their customers. read more

This Sprouts location is clean and not terribly crowded. Maybe because I was there on a Tuesday afternoon. There is adequate options for common veggies and fruits found just like in other grocery stores like Smith's but smaller and more specialized on fresh produce. Of course this place is spouting organic option. The good thing is there is not much difference price wise with organic and non organic. It makes it easier for me to choose the organic. Before when I shop, I run away from organic because the overpricing and I am very suspicious that not all with organic tags are really organic. read more

Not very friendly in the meat and deli dept. rotisserie chickens are put out at 3:30 and 7:00 pm on wed 9-28-16. What about the working people that get off work at 5:00 and 6:00 and want to grab a chicken on the way home. I shop at the Central and Tramway, Albuquerque store. I have celiac disease and therefore must eat gluten free. Two years ago I found many products, frozen and shelf, to accommodate my diet and the items were very good. However, when I've gone back to re-purchase these items, they are no longer carried. I love sprouts! Basically live there. I've noticed though that the sushi at this location isn't nearly as good as other locations. San Mateo and academy location is amazing in comparison.
