Sprouts is a great store for healthy shopping. There are usually good weekly sales. You can always find something. I buy meat, veggies, fruit, coconut and almond milk, protein shakes and more. I can always count on them for decent prices on lamb chops. Prices have definitely gone up. However, that's life at the moment with groceries increasing in cost. They are my go to for lamb chops that look great. The staff is always pleasant and friendly.Always helpful when I can't find something. The store is well stocked. The ambiance is pleasing to the eye with all the great colors of fruit and veggies. It's clean and simple, but inviting. I am happy to have Sprouts on my journey to healthy living. read more

This is a great location! I stopped by here not long ago to get last minute items for Thanksgiving dinner at mama's. I always find amazing mark downs for their gourmet cheeses, as well as their produce. Their produce is probably my favorite thing about Sprouts, I can always find what I am looking for. Their canned goods can be hit or miss, they don't stock them as good as the fresh foods. So I prefer to come here for meats and veggies. Life hack get familiar with their chicken sausage...they make it fresh and it's always freaking amazing! Also I really enjoy their bulk selection of dried goods and dips/hummus. I love shopping at Sprouts and in particular the Allen location. Recently, I really enjoyed their non-alcoholic beverages display and offering as I'm doing dry January. Hop is my new favorite beverage that I might continue buying after dry January is over. I would not have even considered trying it if it wasn't for the lovely display, samples and kind staff that let me try it. The store manager is so friendly and attentive and made me feel welcomed. I've been coming to this store for years and frankly, it's time to move on. First the good: - Store is always clean and the staff is friendly. On the most part. - Inventory is pretty decent and I could get most of what I buy. The bad: - Produce is poor quality. It looks nice and fresh for the most part but it just does not taste like it. Apples taste old, berries unripe, peaches unripe around the pit and mushy on the outside.. and you can just go one with just about everything. My kids don't even the real flavor of ripe fruits anymore. - I mostly avoid meat from this store. I have bought bad meat about 4 times in 2 years. - lacking basic stuff. I needed powdered sugar and found a baggie for $7. I just went to Walmart and got it for $2. read more

You cannot trust this location. I quit buying most of my produce bere especially the lettuces. If they are not moldy (gray and black) at the store they will be within a day or two at home I ordered two deli sandwhiches. with mustard. I toss the bread and roll it up to eat. guess the kid thought i said i wanted meat lettuce and cheese with my mustard (slathered comes to mind). I ate the first sandwhich roll (meat on outside). The second the meat was cut in small pieces so rolling it up wasnt working. I did notice the lettuce. leaves were covered in black mold. I love the layout and feel of a Sprouts store. I'm not big on buying all "healthy and organic" stuff so my purchases are often just for fruit and veggies. They have the best selection of both, usually at a good price when they are on sale and they do seem to last longer than fruit/veggies from other stores for some reason. They do carry items that are not found in most grocery stores, staff is always friendly and store is always clean. If your on a strict grocery budget, Sprouts is not the place to shop. read more

Please bring back Surely wine (alcohol removed). It was the only NA wine you offered for a brief period, and I loved it. Your NA beer selection isn't bad (thank you for adding Corona to that lineup), but be sure there are lots of people that cannot or do not want alcohol but still like the taste of some wine or beer, especially spring and summer months! Also, this is our local store and we shop it 1-2x a week. Please be more thorough checking expiry dates .. have too frequently noticed expired fresh foods, meats etc. Love the staff here! read more

This is my first visit to this Sprouts location. I knew in my heart it would be an "expensive" shopping spree. ( I should have eaten before I came here). I spent way to much on stuff I didn't need. Many of the items for sale aren't from local Texas farmers, rather they are "imported" from areas like Delaware, Vermont, and a significant amount from Canada and Mexico!! When I see farmers market in the name I associate this with local farms. Very little was locally produced. The honey selection is disappointing. I found several honeys and the majority of them were from out of state and/or country. A good portion of them were from Mexico and Canada. Found one honey pot that is local to Collin county. Not a good selection of local Texas honey, considering we have multiple apiaries in the metroplex. In general the employees working the stations are great! They have a large selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Many of the items are on the pricy side. For specialized items like fresh squeezed juices and the wonderful salad bar this is the place to go. read more

I'm absolutely falling in love with Sprouts. Their excellent customer service, well-stocked shelves, great variety, and clean location make me want to come here more often. I'm more of a "if I can get the same item without the name brand for a lower price, I'll buy it" type of person so whenever I see an awesome deal at Sprouts I jump on it. I'm also conscious of quality and they definitely have a wonderful selection of quality goods here. Their bulk bins are legit and it's refreshing to have variety in what kind of oats I want, for example. The guy at the sushi counter is the absolute best. If there's something you want that isn't there, he'll make it for you and it'll be the best tasting "store-bought" sushi you've ever had. The dude's at the deli counter are just as cool. They're knowledgeable and give great recommendations on what you can do with seafood items. The cashiers are also cool as hell. They'll chat and crack jokes with you, even if it's early AF on a Saturday. I can't rave enough about their level of customer service. read more

Gotta love a newer Sprouts! They have more of a selected of prepared foods from the deli for an easy grab and staff has been helpful. If you go on Wednesday's, you can double up on savings from the previous weeks ad and the next weeks ad! Be sure to check the back section by the restrooms for goodies on clearance! read more

Love this place. Priced well on fresh produce, fruit and meat. Pricier on pantry items. Ethical, organic and ethnic foods and spices available. I love the size, not too big! Sometimes I spend more than I would like here just to avoid a trip to Walmart, Target or Kroger, so annoyingly big. Meat from anywhere else does not agree with me, even Costco's bargain organic chicken in bulk doesn't sit well but the regular vegetarian fed chicken here tastes better and it's not even organic. Since I'm a very high-low shopper and animal lover this place suits me. I'll buy $2 rice noodles and pay $5 for eggs so the chickens can run free. I scored $8 for 1lb of wild, raw shrimp. But then blew another $8 on a supposed "sale" for 14oz of lamb chops for my dog. They're fresh baked chocolate muffins are my kryptonite and the Sprouts branded Italian blood orange soda and lemonade. Love their green juice & the small blue bag of Sprouts corn chips. When I make chili, nothing else will do except for that small bag of Sprouts corn chips. Beats the heck out of Frito Lay. For a grocery store, Sprouts is the gold standard for me. read more

While Allen is a great city, it is very cookie cutter and Walmart, Kroger, & Tom Thumb just don't cut it for the modern day home chefs. You could run across 75 to Whole Foods, but when feeding a family it gets pretty expensive getting all your food there. In comes Sprouts. We liked how it was laid out, easy to get in and out if you know what you need. Unlike the large grocery stores around us. Add in good looking produce, the dry food (nuts, dried fruits, candy, chocolate,etc.) Bins that you find at Whole Foods, meats, and juice bar and you've got yourself a great little spot to grab something to cook or heat up for lunch or dinner! read more

Things are about to get interesting in Allen. This new Sprouts is literally within walking distance of my home (I did it on Saturday). It's obviously got the new store smell, look, buzz, everything. There's a lot to see, do and buy! Today, I was mainly looking for fruit, bread and chocolate. I found all three, but the results were mixed. In the fruit department, which is obviously one of the stars of the show here, with it being a farmer's market style store, there's a lot to choose from. The cherries and grapes were on sale, and I partook of both. They were plump, juicy and sweet, and a great bargain! The bulk bins are nearby, and there is a ton of stuff for recipes or just munching in there. I couldn't resist a small bag of milk chocolate malted milk balls, they were superb. Looking over the bars of chocolate, I selected a Sprouts branded bar that was 70% dark, and upon sampling, it wasn't really that impressive. Sure, it had the characteristic dark chocolate look, smell and basic taste, but it just didn't really wow me. Maybe some of the other bars would fare better. On the bread front, I picked up a tomato cheese foccacia bread that was really good, very rich and "moist" (read: oily, in a good way). It was a pretty decently sized loaf, and it didn't make it through a full 24 hours in our house without getting gobbled up. I also picked up some unscheduled deli meat and cheese (genoa salami and chipotle gouda), both of them were nice as well. Everytime I go to sprouts the workers are helpful and kind. They have curbside pickup and home delivery services as well. I love Sprouts.

For all of our produce needs, this is our choice of store to shop! They generally always have a wonderful selection of what the freshest fruits and vegetables are for the time of year. I also enjoy the other options of foods that are much healthier options if you know how and where to shop the aisles. The only complaint I have is that they are not very "vegetarian friendly" regarding their fresh soups and other items I have searched for around the store. I was hoping a store of this caliber would have better vegetarian foods, but so far, all of the soups are meat based. Thank you. read more

I give this store stars only because it always has a great selection and is clean. Unfortunately the store manager I encountered was horrendous. I came in with the sprouts app for digital coupons and during checkout the cashier called him over to assist because my barcode didn't scan my coupons. He proceeded to tell me I had to have physical copies of my DIGITALLY CLIPPED COUPONS?! The cashiers told him he was incorrect and the coupons were still good. I had to argue to have them applied manually then when I wanted to use manufactured physical coupons I had with me he proceeded to tell me they wouldn't work and I couldn't use them. So I told him to scan them and see what happens.. what do you know they went through. He was so rude for no reason and incredibly unprofessional. I know I'm just one person so whether I shop at this store won't make a different but I won't be back. read more

On Saturday I purchased 1 lb. of Black Forest Ham at the Deli for the sale price of $6.99. On Monday we returned to get another half pound and after slicing it very thin as requested he charged me $9.99. I showed him the price in the ad and he said oh well and wouldn't change the price. I shop at this store weekly and if they don't want my business there is another location the same distance from my home or Kroger is even closer. read more

This Sprouts has a weird, negative vibe. As I was shopping, I heard a customer making small talk with a female employee. He asked her how she was, and she said, "I'm okay, only a couple more hours until I can leave." To me, Customer Service Rule #1 should be "Don't complain about being at work to customers who are basically paying your salary by spending money at your company." When I went to check out, there were four or five employees milling around, but only one register was open. My cashier was fine, but the overall mood I got from employees was glum and they didn't want to be there. Note: Please don't over-pack the bags, and put the softer items on top! This is consistent at all Sprouts locations, not just this one, so I'm assuming this is part of training. Packing heavy apples on top of tender raspberries is not a good idea! read more

I was so thrilled when this location opened but have increasing been disappointed with this store. Each and every single time I visit the meat dept, the employees ignore customers and are rude and cranky. Every time! Most recently I've experienced incorrect pricing, double scanning and empty bins resulting in me asking for items from the back. Yesterday topped it off with an employee ranting to another employee using the F word and MF loudly and I was literally 3 ft away from them. Not a place I could see myself continuing to v ***update. Visited again today, and received the same HORRIBLE customer service at the meat counter. This employee blatantly ignored me as OTHER employees passing asked if I needed help. when he finally addressed me did he apologize? No! Was he friendly? No! read more

I went to Sprouts anticipating another over priced, organic food store. BOY WAS I WRONG !!!!! This place is awesome. The place is very organized, very clean and very nicely priced. Everything fresh there looked awesome. The vegetables and fruits were beautiful and nicely priced. What we bought was full flavored and totally fresh. We did not buy any of the meats or fish but they looked very nice and we will definitely buy some in the future. For me, it is usually hard to get worked up about a store but Sprouts Farmers Market was all that. I never really liked fresh foods shopping for such products (meats, produce, fruits, etc) at places like Kroger, Albertsons or the like. With Sprouts not too far away, I have no reason to anymore. Seriously and no doubt, if you like really nice looking, really good quality produce, fish and meats then you must try this place once. I assure you that at the very least you will be impressed and more than likely you will be hooked for your food shopping. read more

This used to be my favorite place to get fruits and veggies, but man has it gone downhill in a year. I had to sift through the fruits and veggies today to find products that weren't moldy and rotten, even the organic products. I was so excited to find my favorite splurge-treat, cotton candy grapes, and after finding a bag that looked decent--picked it up to find the bag slimy and sticky. The carts blocked the sanitizing wipes, a must have in today's new normal. The other sanitizing wipes were blocked by a display. The workers were not very friendly and seemed annoyed to be there. I will pay a little extra to shop at Whole Foods instead. So disappointed! :( read more
