JESUS! You made my day today. I was in the self checkout line with some chicken that had a coupon attached. A precious attendant asked me if I really wanted to check out here because it takes long to add the coupon to the system as it would have to be done manually. I had already scanned all of my items except the chicken. I told him I'd rather not have to go check out again at a normal line (which is what he suggested). He said "okay, scan the chicken and I can help out when done". I scanned it and as I was finishing he walked away! To the back of the store. Not to be seen. I hit the "help" button and Jesus comes in, I explained the situation and he took the time to add my coupons. What a saint. What a wonderful attitude he had. I told him next time I won't be such a bother and he was so polite telling me it was no issue at all. Please keep him and give him a raise. We need more people like him. I ran out to Whole Foods for a quick lunch and grabbed some sushi from the refrigerated section. The sushi is always good quality. Prices I'm being honest are a bit much for to go food but I will pay the price in the name of convenience and quality. I got the salmon nigiri and roll combo and both were very good. read more

I always enjoy coming to this Whole Foods because there's a woman working the Amazon returns counter who is always so friendly. I haven't caught her name, but she's been consistently upbeat and helpful every time I've stopped by--such a rockstar. Today, the line got real busy for returns, but she was connecting with each person individually, even shared a quick story about pink flamingos after noticing one on my shirt. She makes running errands feel like more of a bright spot of the day. And you already know the food at Whole Foods is great, especially when planning for a picnic or charcuterie board. i am in tears this morning right before work! i tried to switch up and be healthy- minded parent.. i canceled that stinky ole walmart app, with the fake meat and the old food. .. i rejoibed whole foods through amazon prime.. this was the worst idea ever.. i dont mind the increase in prices.. you get what you pay for. however, it took 4 hours in the wee hours of the morning just to get no result and no food. if rather starve then go through this again. going ti work with tears in my throat.. the agents constant hang up on you, for this expensive.. the payment process gave me so much trouble with my rbt card.. i will have to figure something else out for my kidfos . bc this ain't it! the prices and order options were just horrible.. read more

This Whole Foods is always a great option. It's a busy shopping center with all yours within the area. It has Amazon returns, food bars and most of the groceries. It's a smaller Whole Foods so not as much of a selection. read more

The first few times I started coming to this location the hot bar (s) were always stocked....fast forward 5 months later and they slowly phased out one of the bars and now a total of 2 (1 salad type 1 hot type). Today I came in at 11 am and almost everything in the hot bar had been pretty much emptied. Seems like this has happened alot the past month. I could understand at maybe straight up noon but not 11 am. The food is always good ...when you can get it. read more

Whole Foods came through! I grabbed a slice of the Chantilly cake and wow so good. Light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. I also picked up some fruit and it was super fresh and juicy. The store was spotless inside, and I gotta say, their alcohol section was a pleasant surprise. I picked up some local IPAs and hazys that I can't wait to open. Ugh, I have absolutely no clue why the employees at this location as soo rude. I am from Southern California and I have NEVER met a Whole Foods employee that was rude. The Addison north Dallas location is terrible. This is literally 2 blocks from my home, but I'd rather make the drive to Preston Whole Foods. The employees here don't greet. Don't say you're welcome, they're are just rude. They don't belong in customer service. Cashiers need training. However the recent addition of Ms Janice has been soo nice. First big grocery list purchase since we moved here from cross country. We also bought a halloween 3D pumpkin on Saturday for our family dinner here for $30.00. The cake was very moist fluffy and creamy without being too sweet. It was a hit with the toodles (niece and nephew) and the service from the bakery was swift and fun. Today's TEXAS size grocery included 2 full size shopping carts snd about 100 items. Our convertible was packed and we had to bring the top down. It was interesting. Everyone was very friendly and our cashier was also super sweet. I like that they are still recommending the social distance and mask guidelines. You can bring your own grocery reusable bags .10 cents for plastic or cloth and .5cents for paper. However, you have to bag them yourself. Love the fact that this location has a caffe or coffee house on the second level. We lived in down town Chicago (Streeterville) and they did not gave a second floor. Love me some Whole Foods but am chronically let down by this location. Why? It seems like lately every time I buy my produce here, it's moldy and starting to turn within 1-3 days! It most recently happened with tomatoes, before that it was the bananas, and before that it was peaches. Somethings up with the timing of the produce and I wish they'd get on that. I'm happy to spend top dollar on good fruits and vegetables but it's a bummer when you get them home and they're on the verge of spoilage. Produce doesn't get any fresher! I love apples and with at least 8 varieties, I will never get bored with my sack lunch. Yum! Local and imported cheeses and wines from all across the world and local! I come here often, almost 3 times a week. Generally the staff is pleasant especially in the poultry area , sarah, Greg , John, and Sean However I notice any time I use self checkout which is often, the staff tends to watch you like a hawk while ringing up your groceries. They don't speak or engage just stare and it's very uncomfortable. I have noticed this before but today I asked the gentleman's name and it's Carlos. He never acknowledged me the entire time I was ringing up items but stared. Didn't say hello or thanks for coming in. Do you hire people at self checkout to police your customers ? This is so odd especially if they choose to stare and not interact with the customers by offering any assistance. DO BETTER you are not security guards you are customer service so act like it. Stop making us feel like thieves while ringing up our groceries and offer help by coming over to bag since you want to lurk around. You are not detectives!!! Service the customer. However I was very disappointed with the bag boys/cashiers that worked up front , they were honestly acting really immature and childish. You would think Whole Foods has better standards for behavior in front of guests. It seems they love to stare and laugh , apparently according to reviews this is a common problem. Everything here is fresh and clean , they always have people here promoting wines , cheese and other miscellaneous items. Make sure you have amazon prime membership for discounted price. Couldn't find a good butcher for rib eyes so I decided to come here Prime ribs steak here . It turned out to be pretty high quality and dinner was a success. Glorious WF location with an Addison touch. Full of light, life and goodies or course. I went in for General Tso Mock Chicken which we have year-round in STL. The super nice lady working at the prepared food counter apologetically informed me that Addison o my offers this tofu recipe during certain months and unfortunately now ain't the season. Whoop whomp whomp.... To lighten the blow she was sweet enough to offer me another tofu item to try on the house. I appreciated that. I wandered down to the pizza oven to see if I could cop a slice only to see what appeared to be a deathly ill piece of pizza. It really should've been thrown out but they were still more than an hour from closing time. I asked the pizza girl if she was prepping g anymore for the evening; when she said no I was severely disappointed with this store's trash policy. Their deli prices have gone up but their deli's range and quality of deli items has not. It used to have cool unique sides and higher quality meat and fish. Now all the sides are just simple things I can make at home for way cheaper. And the only meat options tonight were cold cut up deli meat ham and chicken, no chicken breasts or fish filets. Also, please make sure your express line cashiers are enforcing the "10 items or less" signs. Every time I am looking for a specific item that is gluten free, grain free, non GMO, organic, no high fructose corn syrup or soy free I find it here. Whole Foods is organized so well and has so much to offer for delicious and nutritious food. The barbecue bar is my favorite part of the store. I return my Amazon to this Whole Foods store. The staff is always very helpful. Ruby at the flower department is very nice. She showed me how to take care of the flowers I bought there. We were in the neighbourhood and went in today to buy some dark chocolate and chia seeds. I come home and realized the dark chocolate I bought expired in August 2013. How can a store that claims that its top quality sell something that expired more than a year ago. Ofcourse, they will ask us to come and return the product, if we did contact them. Came here for National Pie Day and I could not be more disappointed. They had a limited selection of pies (Apple and Peach). Also the pizza pies were not yet available. It was almost noon! I was reading the pizza pie menu when a lady barked at me that the pizzas would not be ready until later. Not a time estimate or a specific time, just "later". Another employee came up to make a feeble attempt at an apology. He basically shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know when the pizzas will be ready. If I'm traveling somewhere for more than one-night, I always stop at a grocery store to pick up some water, snacks, fruit, etc. This was a quick drive from my hotel and I was able to easily find everything I needed here. Amazon is making it easier to take your $$ If you're like me sometimes the price is so good and you can't decide so you buy both. Then it's like best the clock when I need to ship things back but we have a solution. At several Whole Foods has kiosks to pick up as well and make returns. You just have the item. No problem. They'll provide you with packing pods. I still had my box so I gladly used their tape and ship away. I previously went through Amazon to notify I would return items. It gave me options to the nearest drop off station. So, when I put in my info it automatically printed my label. This location outstrips the Irving, Colleyville, and Arlington branches, but overall there is a lot left to be desired. Their deli only has one type of ham, Wellshire Farms Boneless Black Forest Ham, it's not that this specific ham isn't good, but I've never seen such a sad deli with such a minimalistic selection. This sort of theme carries over to most other departments. Selection is low, but prices are high. I am definitely not oppugnant to paying more for better quality, but with WFM, I feel that often times customers are simply paying more without receiving anything in kind. They do occasionally run decent sales, but then they don't stock enough of the aforementioned on sale items. Like the grass fed New York Strip steaks this weekend for $9.99 a lb, the Addison location did not have any in stock as of Saturday night, and offered no recourse. While the beer selection is scant, the wine assortment at WFM is always to my liking. They typically feature less Californian wines, and more international choices, which is right up my alley. Also they do have many health food store type items, cosmetics, alternative cooking oils, and a somewhat decent bulk food section. However, Central Market (part of HEB) does all of this, and plays the role of a regular grocery store much better, and with lower prices. Though there are still a few items I can only find at WFM, hence why I keep it in my general grocery rotation. read more
