When my Trader Joe's told me they weren't doing The Breaded Turkey-less Stuffed Roast this year, I was heartbroken but I knew where I could go to for some similar items. I ended up getting the Big Mountain Plant-Based Roast & Gravy along with a Daiya Pumpkin Cheesecake. While the Big Mountain Plant Based Roast & Gravy will be coming with me to my cousin's Thanksgiving dinner, I don't think I can wait that long to tear into the Daiya Pumpkin Cheesecake. On Wednesdays, we shop at Sprouts. Why? Double Ad Wednesdays! On "Double Ad Wednesdays," prices in the promotional ads from the previous week and the ones in the upcoming week's ad are both honored. The overlapping deals make Wednesdays one of the most popular shopping days. I love me Sprouts. Sanzo seltzers, brown butter sea salt crispy (rice) bars, tubs of wild rice, fresh produce, and other fun things can all be bought here. Recently, I needed ingredients for guacamole to show Lloyd C. out in San Jose, CA (go add him). That and I needed to make guacamole as my contribution to taco night at Priscila A's place. So tada! I went there to purchase the moon and stars watermelon(which is totally awesome, btw) and everyone was very helpful. I also realized I needed a vitamin, so I also got that. This is my local Sprouts and I will say it's one of the smaller locations however the employees here are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help. I do like how their layout here is as well, it's a bit less confusing than the other location I typically shop at over on Val Vista in Gilbert. read more

This parking lot is BUSY and the location has a lot of traffic as well. I tend to shop at Sprouts for fewer crowds and convenience, so this location is one I'll likely avoid due to how many customers shop here and surrounding businesses. I've been here when staying in an Air BnB in July 2025, and recently when in the shopping center September 2025. Great products and atmosphere you'd find at Sprouts, but crowded. read more

Store customer service haven't improved at all. This is deff one of the worst locations as far as customer service; customer service doesn't exist here. The other locations in chandler are so much better. I am hardly ever greeted if at all! The vendors that work here are more tolerable than the associates, and managers here are horrible as well. They never know anything about stock or specials, they are just plain lazy. The prices are overpriced so they need to attract people to keep coming back. That's why I shaky just order my groceries from instacart and get them delivered from this store. This store really makes me hate going in. The cashier today kept rushing me when it was time to pay, I said hold on I need to make sure the rewards discount was taken off the total price. Is she paying for the groceries or am I?!! I doubt she is paying for them. Don't rush you get paid by the hour old lady. The courtesy clerk aka: bagger guy who looked homeless, was rude as well and didn't say hi or even thank you. I'm obsessed with buying seedless grapes from here!! They are the freshest tasting grapes compared to any store I've ever purchased grapes from I like their lemonade which has a $2.00 deposit in which you get back if you return the glass jug that it comes in. I shop here in the evenings. Nearly every visit, there is a disgruntled manager yelling at employees. As a customer, this is extremely unprofessional, uncomfortable, and shocking to see. It is a clear abuse of power and disrespect. Sprouts would benefit by hiring another supervisor. Another important note - be sure to check expiration dates. More than once after arriving home I discover my purchases are expired. read more

Recently moved from out of state, and this is the closest Sprouts to me so I figured I'd check it out. I went around 8pm Friday and needed some help finding a few things and every associate I asked was pleasant and willing to help! Travis in the grocery department knew where all of my items were and made what could've been a 2 hour shopping trip, into probably 30 minutes. I asked for the manager, waited around 10-15 minutes for a different associate to come back and tell me they don't know where their manager is? Hopefully the staff knows how much they are appreciated by us customers, its not like we can compliment them. read more

The customer service was disappointing. Staff seemed unfamiliar with product codes and asked customers to locate codes themselves for nuts & grains. While I was struggling to hold a broken egg carton with both hands full, they simply watched without offering any assistance and I felt they have no motivation to help or work. This is my favorite Sprouts location, though it's not the closes at one to my home, I still drive this way because of the people and the produce. The way this sprouts is set up is really convenient and the space is well utilized. It never feels very busy regardless how full the parking lot may look. My favorite thing about this sprouts is the freshness of the produce. I'm unsure why, but the produce at this specific location always seems the freshest and after I wash it at home, it lasts the longest when appropriately stored. I also notice that I find much fewer rotten fruit post vinegar wash. This is my go to sprouts! read more

Sprouts is atypical. It specializes in organic food. Some of the labels you see may be unfamiliar, but their selection parallels what you'd see in a ;regular' grocery'. The produce is exceptional, with a great variety and high quality. It's maintained well so you never see old or questionable items in the bins. The dairy section is unique with many vegan choices, and the nutrition section is over the top with all manner of remedies, Some for conditions I never heard of. The butcher is superb. They have premixed meals that are perfectly seasoned and ready to cook. Their meat and poultry choices are some of the best in town. read more

I ended up with a sandwich with a ton of lettuce and cheese and pickles, that's it. They forgot the avocado they asked me if I wanted.... I've been shopping here for years and give it five stars for cleanliness and quality. It has ample parking and accessibility for handicapped customers is pretty good. Unfortunately it is overpriced. I paid $5.49 for a bottle of Kefir which was $2 less at Walmart. I had a problem last night, a man with a beard inside the store was watching me park. He watched me get out of my car and walk to the entrance. As I entered he told me the store was closing in 10 minutes. He was agitated. A customer entered as I paid for my item. I noticed the beard said nothing. I ask him why nothing was said to the new customer, he dodges my question but lectures me about how he watches everyone. I ask to speak to the manager, he tells me he is the manager and to "leave the store." I ask for the name of the daytime manager, mumbles and tells me to leave. It's a shame that good customer service isn't a priority anymore. I just hope that corporate learns hiring prejudiced store employees drives customers elsewhere. I'm still a loyal customer, just need to find a new location. read more

Sprouts usually has pretty good deals on meat and produce. And I've noticed their produce tends to be higher quality than some other grocery stores. I do my regular grocery trip at another store but will stop by Sprouts when they have good deals on produce and meat. If you're interested in more healthy, organic, vegetaroan/vegan items, Sprouts has a good selection at a decent price (especially compared to some other health foods grocery stores). read more

This has to be THE WORST SPROUTS IN THE EAST VALLEY!! 1. The store stinks! 2. It's dirty! 3. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE including SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS are rude! None of them seem like they want to be at work! They have attitudes when asked a question! 4. There are definitely racists vibes with a few of the employees! 5. The produce is horrible, nearly going bad! Also Bought some meat that went bad within a day of buying it! Every sprouts I go to is clean, your greeted and helped with no problem, but not this one! I asked one of the guys in produce where something was and he says to me "DO YOU NOT SEE IT RIGHT THERE!" Then I was in line and the cashier ILEAN greeted the white man in front of me with a smile and small talk and a goodbye. When I get to her she says NOTHING then I start talking on the phone so I uncover my nose because the person I'm talking to couldn't hear me. As soon as my nose is uncovered she TELLS ME "YOU NEED TO COVER YOUR NOSE!" Mind you my nose is only being uncovered when I speak so the person on the phone can hear me then I cover it back up. She stops scanning my groceries and says "IM NOT GOING TO CONTINUE UNTIL YOU KEEP YOUR NOSE COVERED." The line is getting longer and longer and she's worried about my nose being covered up. I continue to talk on the phone and uncover my nose every time I speak. She then calls a manager over to tell him that I keep uncovering my nose! The manager tells me the policy then walks away. When he walks away she starts scanning the groceries but not bagging them anymore. So I ask her why my groceries aren't getting bagged. She says with and attitude "YOU CAN WAIT UNTIL IM FINISHED SCANNING!" (Anybody that shops at sprouts knows they bag while they scan!) If I were a different person(WHITE) she would not be so pressed about my nose being covered up! Ijs ‍ Then as I walk away I hear her greet next person(white lady) with same nice greeting that I was not given! The whole store needs a making over inside and out !
