I've had pho from hundreds of restaurants and I would say Asian Kitchen is in my top 5. The usual Chinese American dishes are also a 10/10. I've lived in Bethel my whole life and I didn't know I needed this place until it opened. Will, the owner is a very charismatic person who's always so friendly and outgoing. Wish this place great success and highly recommend everyone give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

We then waited for our meal. He returned quickly with my soda, in a glass with lots of ice. Not what I expected. But I guess I wasn't specific about my drink order. My egg roll was good. Cut decoratively in half at an angle, piping hot. Our food arrived shortly. Both plates were generous and came with white rice. Cut a portion in small pieces to taste with rice. Tasted so good, burned my tongue a little it was so hot. Ate a bit more, and that's when my mouth started burning up! The dish was a little more spicy than I expected. Tried to eat more, but it was too much for me. My hubby on the other hand was in his glory. He Loves heat. The spiciest the better. He tried mine and said it was just as spicy as his, which he loved. So, I just thought we would take mine home for him to enjoy later. I have to say it was good, before I had to cry uncle. So would definitely have to return for another try and let them know I can't take the spiciness. I did notice that the restaurant was busy with takeout orders. So I guess that's their main business. So I wouldn't say this was a cozy place. But the food is good. Lots of parking outside since they're next to a supermarket and liquor store. There weren't any 'lunch' specials, so this was over $50 with tip. By the way, lots to choose from the menu. I only took pictures of some pages.

Think I've had tastier pho broth. The shaken beef was a bit too salty. Prices are a bit on the higher end since there is not much in the area. It is part of a strip mall and there is parking. It's not a huge place, maybe about ten tables. Service was ok. I would come back here again if I was in the area.

The iced Vietnamese coffee is already premixed, but the hot version they give a side of the condensed milk so you can add as much or little you want. I tried their spring rolls which had a nice crisp bite. It was also served with pickled daikon and carrots for a nice refresher. For the entree I got the pho bo vein which had beef meatballs as the protein. The basil, jalapeño slices, bean sprouts and lime slice are on the side, so you can add as much to your liking. The noodles were nice and bouncy. The broth was light and flavorful. We always have great service every time we go. Definitely will be back in the future.

On a cold day like today, I figured soup was a must, especially pho. And I know I harped about the pho broth in my previous Sprouts review due to the lack of flavor, but I figured I'd risk the long shot and try it again to see if my initial statement remained true. I ordered out this time around since I didn't have the time to dine in. I went with a small beef combo pho and a side of fresh shrimp spring rolls. The turnaround time from me paying to me actually receiving my food was about 10 minutes, which is pretty great, especially if you're in a rush to get back to work. Everything was packaged up nicely for me to carry back to my office. The amount of broth they give you for a small order didn't seem like much, but it filled out pretty well once all of the soup components were added. The beef, noodles, scallions, and white onions were packaged in one container, while the lime slice, bean sprouts, and basil were packaged separately in a Ziploc bag. The meal also came with a small container of hoisin sauce and sriracha combined, but it only seemed like the hoisin made the appearance. Once everything was added, I dug in. The area looked cleaner from my last visit where it was a bit dusty. I tried their beef with flat noodles, and let me tell you, it was more delicious than I imagined. The noodles were in a thick flavorful broth with veggies such as broccoli and bean sprouts. The portions are always decent here. Just writing this review makes me want another. My daughter also switched it up with a noodle bowl that was topped with pork chops and spring rolls. The service to get my check to pay my bill was slow today. Well they were busy, so it happens. This is some great authentic Vietnamese food, of course I'll be back.
