Finally tried pho Vietnam in Eagle Road. I'm loyal to the one in Panadaram Road. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The layout of the restaurant is well done, and it's cozy and nicely decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was friendly and prompt. I tried the Bo luc lac, medium-rare, and it was incredible!! Paired with rice, it was an awesome lunch. I just wished they put more greens in the dish. I can't wait to go back!

Pho Vietnam is a great place for excellent Vietnamese food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bar seating is very convenient for single diners & couples and ensures quick service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a great selection of different pho, with the option to add extra ingredients. Highly recommend the ginger & pork dumplings as started as well, and I absolutely loved the crunchy, freshness of the bean sprouts with the lime juice squeezed over them.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is very modern, but with authentic taste in flavor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We dined on a weekday and was very surprised of how packed it was.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was very friendly and helpful. It's definitely a great place to check out if you are in the Danberry area.

My first time trying Pho Vietnam on Eagle Rd. When I first entered for a late lunch there were four other diners. There was a small hostess stand with no one standing there. No one approached me so I sat myself. Soon after a waitress noticed me and brought over a menu. I ordered crispy wontons for an app. Amazing!! Temperature hot, really nice crisp with plenty of meat on the inside. Not sure what the sauce was but it had a nice kick. As my meal I ordered the Shaken Beef that came with cooked onions, white rice; and a green. Im not a veggie eater so I could not tell You what the green was. The beef was very tender and only two pieces of grizzle. The rice was good with the accompanying brown gravy. I could of used some more water while I was finishing up my meal. But the really friendly waitress never came back after her first check after my meal came. A new waitress cleaned up and gave me my bill, I paid, and was on my way.

We have been going to Pho Vietnam on Padanaram Road in Danbury for a decade. Just tried their new place and it's great. We had the spring rolls, papaya salad, pho, shaken beef, and lychee bubble tea. Everything was great. Casual dining, great service, alcohol served as well

I absolutely loved the pho! My first time trying it. However, the dumplings, fried rice and wings are below par. The to-go portion sizes could be better compared to what is usually served. The fried rice seemed to be cooked with stale meat and vegetables. Absolutely disappointed. The wings were hard to chew. They seemed like the ones that were reheated and served. The ambience of the place seems very welcoming. However, we placed a pick up order and had to wait for 40 mins after receiving a notification the food was ready. We requested the manager if we could have our food served on the table as we(i and wife) were having to wait for too long. GOT DENIED TO DINE IN BCOZ I PLACED A TO-GO ORDER! Interesting policy!!! I hope they start taking customers time and requests seriously.

Tried Pho Vietnam for the first time, and wow did we love it. My husband and I split the Classic spring rolls, which were very good, what you expect from a spring roll. I ordered the Pho Ga (chicken pho). The broth was so flavorful and the bowl was massive. The chicken in the photo was good, but I definitely want to try a beef variety next time. My husband got the street potatoes to split with our baby and they both loved it. Another huge portion too! We will definitely be back.

This is a much modern looking pho joint, so was a bit cautious when ordering Pho as I am kind of a Pho snob. The prices were a bit higher but when it arrived, all was forgiven. Its pretty authentic pho and the quantity is pretty generous too. We also ordered a beef Banh mi, which was presented a bit differently as it came with fries and Au jus, which I thought was a nice touch. The place is spacious with a very impressive ceiling and decor. The best part is that the service is awesome, all the waitresses had such a positive and friendly attitude, servicing with a smile. Well done!

Love the decor in this place. It's bright, clean, and inviting. The menu is smallish but clear and concise. I went on their Instagram to reference some menu items so that could help me order. I got a short rib pho and we shared the chicken spring rolls app. My friend got their Vietnamese version of an espresso martini and I got a brown sugar boba milk. Everything was so good and came with cute glasses and plates. The short rib was a bit chewy for me but it's also hard to eat it in a soup with no knife. Everything tasted really good and we had a very sweet waitress who was kind and bubbly. I'll definitely go back!

My go-to sick take out restaurant. I always have to get some pho from here when I'm sick it's a guaranteed cure. The waiters are very nice and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the place is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is Pho Shore. This was absolutely an amazing dish.

Rude staff and the pho just tastes like it's not fresh. Pretty pricy as well considering it's soup.

Stopped by for a late lunch…read more Open floor. No one was there seated, but it was around 2pm on a Friday. We were led to a table against the wall. Waiter was friendly and gave us some time to make our selections. I chose the egg roll, tangerine beef. Hubby chose the orange chicken. I asked the waiter if the soda came in a can. He said yes. We then waited for our meal. He returned quickly with my soda, in a glass with lots of ice. Not what I expected. But I guess I wasn't specific about my drink order. My egg roll was good. Cut decoratively in half at an angle, piping hot. Our food arrived shortly. Both plates were generous and came with white rice. Cut a portion in small pieces to taste with rice. Tasted so good, burned my tongue a little it was so hot. Ate a bit more, and that's when my mouth started burning up! The dish was a little more spicy than I expected. Tried to eat more, but it was too much for me. My hubby on the other hand was in his glory. He Loves heat. The spiciest the better. He tried mine and said it was just as spicy as his, which he loved. So, I just thought we would take mine home for him to enjoy later. I have to say it was good, before I had to cry uncle. So would definitely have to return for another try and let them know I can't take the spiciness. I did notice that the restaurant was busy with takeout orders. So I guess that's their main business. So I wouldn't say this was a cozy place. But the food is good. Lots of parking outside since they're next to a supermarket and liquor store. There weren't any 'lunch' specials, so this was over $50 with tip. By the way, lots to choose from the menu. I only took pictures of some pages.

I got the Pho with duck, and my wife got the crispy duck dinner. Both dishes were "meh" at best. Below average. As far as service... it was harried and we were only one of two couples eating in this "NOT so cozy" restaurant. We went at 5:30 expecting to wait because it was small and "cozy" and it was Chinese New year. (1) no problem eating in during dinner hours (2) not a stitch of celebratory anything for Chinese New Year.. not even a place mat. No chinese noodles at the table and there was one continuous plain bench and brown tables (no table cloths) on the opposite side aka cafe style and cafeteria style seats. Hardly "cozy" at all. Overall high expectations, below average experience, ambiance and food.

Had Bun Xao and Pho Ga, and my son meant to order rare beef pho but accidentally ordered beef stew, but he had zero regrets it was delicious with huge chunks of beef. I've never had Vietnamese beef stew before but it was very much like American except with vermicelli noodles. My Pho was excellent, but I would have appreciated a bit more protein and it seemed to be lacking a little in saltiness could have been light on salt, soy or fish sauce. Easily remedied at the table. The bun xao also would have appreciated a bit more protein. I cant emphasize enough these were minor issues. Pricing was very good, no complaints.

Service was friendly and helpful and the establishment was very clean including the restrooms. We started out with a pot of hot tea which was so welcomed. The beef stew pho was excellent, warming, and fresh. The fried rice was delicious. Parking can be challenging to find, but other than that we would highly recommend. We are looking forward to trying many more dishes here.

My aunt, who is handicapped and has Down syndrome, needed to use the restroom, but the waitress told them they couldn't use it. They had to walk all the way to Dunkin' Donuts instead, which was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. When my dad and I finally came in, the waitress asked if it was for two, and I said no, for four. When my mom and aunt returned, it felt awkward knowing the restaurant had a restroom but didn't allow them to use it. That was very rude and disappointing. We did have a male server who was kind, and the food itself was good, so credit to the chef. However, after we finished eating, no one checked on us. I had to go up to the counter to pay, and no one asked if we needed a to-go box--I ended up getting one myself and packing my own food. Overall, while the food was good, the customer service and basic courtesy need serious improvement.

That gives it a near 5 star rating review-wise, which I do not think is warranted. I felt mislead. Service was decent. Ambiance could use improvement. It was decorated to the brim, but it felt like I was still in an old storefront in Poughkeepsie. With that being said, this was a decent option for Vietnamese food. I had the Pho, which had a delectable salty broth. The beef was also juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately, the sides - limes, basil, bean sprouts - were a little old. The noodles were also soggy. Perhaps it a style of pho that I'm not accustomed to, but it wasn't for me. Finally, I wished the Pho came out much hotter. I would certainly come back to try the other dishes, but will be trying other Pho spots when the cravings hit.
