It caused unnecessary confusion until I finally spotted a sign with the correct logo. 2. Malfunctioning Screen: Upon arriving, the screen didn't respond at all despite my repeated attempts to push the buttons. I even inserted my card, but nothing happened. I honked for assistance, but no one came out. 3. Help Button Issues: I pressed the help button, hoping for assistance, but still no one responded. Eventually, the screen flickered to life, but it barely worked. 4. Repetitive Membership Offers: During this frustrating transaction, I was offered the membership four times, which felt excessive and unnecessary. I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested. They are super flexible in terms of time and day I work all the way in San Diego and they were able to meet with me even a day earlier than my original appointment to take delivery of the car.
