Everybody raved about this restaurant and it seems like the best in the vicinity. Being a seafood lover, I had to try it. Service was meh but I'm used to the Asian service anyway. It was a busy Sunday and we waited maybe 40 min which was still ok since I could kill time in the casino. The food tasted great on the spot. The 20% over 50 senior discount w the casino players membership card was great. However, id think if you want to charge this price then you outta have a real kitchen w open flame and not just heating food up in front of us. Moreover, this is the final straw. Both me and my bf had major tummy issue afterward and hes usually the one w the steel stomach. So if you want to eat here, id suggest to stick with the non shellfish. I really wanted to love this but i just couldn't.

I absolutely love this place. Their seafood is always fresh & made to order, stir fry's are always fresh & delicious & the crab bisque is absolutely delicious. The staff is always very friendly & attentive. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is always friendly, clean, comfortable & very laid back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The freshness & quality of the food for very reasonable prices definitely makes it worth the drive.

We were heading to Shelton and needed a place for breakfast. We drove by the casino and thought they have to have breakfast there. Luckily we were able to get in wit the late brunch crowd an hour before they closed the restaurant to prep for lunch. I got the eggs benny which of course was fine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is a lot smaller than you'd expect from a casino, and I wasn't expecting Las Vegas or anything, but they probably only have capacity for 30 people in there[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], so [[HIGHLIGHT]]it wasn't fancy, but maybe it's a little nicer at dinner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is based solely on my recent to go order. I have always had 5 star dining in . Dont order to go !!!!!!!!! Oyster stew $14 served in beutiful collossel bowl with bread dine in...4 ounce cup to go not even crackers. Sautee dishes beutiful but to go you maybe get 1 oz rice as to dine in its truely a meal. Pretty disappointing for $94 plus 18% gratuity to go.........after a couple days, truely thinking about it,my crab cakes came with my choice salad or chowder, I chose chowder ,which was the 4 one cup. I didn't receive my oyster stew. So maybe it's a good portion, I won't ever know,to go isn't an option for me next time.

The one on the left is what is advertised you get about half.

I love seafood and it's really hard to mess up on crab, shrimp or clams and they didn't. The seafood (what we got of it) was absolutely delicious. This restaurant is located inside the Little Creek Casino in Shelton. Since we were heading north I started researching where to go and what seafood we might be lucy enough to have. That's when I ran across the add for their Seafood Broil on Thursday night, the same night we could/would be in the area. However, even though the seafood was delicious the picture was grossly deceptive. We had a great server but when I showed her the picture, the first word she said was "deceptive". What you actually get is about half of the advertised photo. Thus, the 3 stars. Potatoes were good but I didn't order it for the potatoes and I didn't care for the sausage -- very spicy. Also, one other reason we stopped was for the oyster stew. Can you believe they make the oyster stew with sambuco -- licorice tasting? Didn't order it.

Chef's special was crab stuffed halibut. Perfection!

I love this seafood restaurant. Its menu serves a wide variety of different dishes specializing in seafood. I love the Tri Louis! Their shrimp, oysters and various sauté specialties are wonderful! Service is professional and speedy. They host a variety of types of seating, ranging from small intimate tables, bar front tables, or larger group tables. Smoke free casino.

This is a gem, hidden inside the Little Creek Casino. Arrived on a Friday night at an early dinner hour and there was a line out the door. There was no staff to tell us the procedure, so we stood in line. There are 2 sections of seating: inside the restaurant with counter seating around the cooks, or outside the restaurant with tables in an area that looks and feels like a hotel lobby. When a host arrived at the line, we were given the option to wait for a seat by the counter or outside. We opted for "outside" and were immediately seated. Servers immediately brought waters and we ordered a bottle of white wine. Servers paced the food well and we ordered the following: Clam Chowder-thick and delicious. A dozen Kumamoto oysters-$40. Fresh and spot on. A pound king crab legs steamed- $40. Fresh and perfect. This alone makes a stop worth it. Amazing. Bread Pudding-chocolate croissant bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. Very good and they make the ice cream in house. This unassuming little restaurant provides a fantastic seafood dinner. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Service was a tad slow here but it saves on spending at the casino. Crab was a bit overcooked but decent. Little too much oil in the whole dish and the spicyness isn't JO or Old Bay like the photo may look like but based on crushed red peppers. Fish and Chips is one of the best though with their beer batter. All in all, decent seafood bar and grill.

Possibly the best seafood I have ever had in my whole life! LOL I know that's a bold statement but this place is so delicious. This is my second visit and I was once again amazed at the flavor, freshness and portion size. Their is always a wait to be seated but it is so worth it. With all the seafood in this area, this is my favorite spot for sure. Customer service is awesome. Very friendly and they usually remember anyone that has been here before. They explained where the seafood came from, the best way to cook it and explain the food. For example, "the oysters are very big so I recommend steamed, not raw". Just friendly down to earth guys. The food. Amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. My portion of crab and shrimp was the small and it had to be over a pound and a half of seafood. Each meal ordered was delicious. Crab bisque was so creamy and flavorful and had tons of extra crab added. I will be be back. I recommend this place if you are within 50 miles of this Casino.

Half lb shrimp

We were seated at the Seafood Bar in a lobby area, very cozy patio set up. The Pacific oysters I had was very fresh, slightly briney, succulent with the taste of ocean, excellent. Portion of Trio cocktail was generous, a combo of Dungeness crab meat, prawn and bay shrimp cocktail. The crab meat was firm with a natural sweetness , very tempting and irresistable. Texture of Prawns were meaty and savory, and bay shrimp was freshly tasty too. A good choice for appetizer. Seared Scallops was on point, not overcooked, golden brown on both side, served on mash potato and with arugula on the plate. Clam chowder was served with our entree, very creamy and flavorful, delicious. I ordered the Seafood Cioppino for my main dish, which consisted of shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams; salmom and halibut. The tomato broth was very rich and flavorful but a bit salty. My lady's selection of half lb shrimp was filling and satsifying. Service was effecient and courteous, food quality is fresh and of fine grade, I recommend the Squaxin Island Seafood Bar for anyone looking for good quality seafood!

All I ever get is a dozen local oysters and a bowl of crab bisque. Both are amazing. Worth the 1/2 hour visit, driving by on 101.

The shrimp was good, through the seasoning was inconsistent despite my best efforts. I ordered the spiciest option, and the shrimp was the only part I got the spice from. Sometimes I'm there was no heat, other times it felt like it was trying to kill me. My biggest gripe with the food was the lack of potatoes. Why get stingy with potatoes? There were only 2 in the boil I got. It was a generous amount of food overall, but I feel like potatoes are the weirdest part to skimp out on. The restaurant looked nice and had good lighting. My biggest complaint overall was the choice of music. Objectively, it was not appropriate for a family joint. It was Kanye West, Childish Gambino, Tyler the Creator, and other similar artists. The songs were explicit, and there were many families with children in the restaurant. I can't rate it too low because all the food I tried was great, and I hope to come again in the future.

The decor is very similar to what it was with a splash of sea decor. They had some summer specials so we opted for one. We asked for the Cajun seasoning and I wanted extra spicy but the waiter thought spicy was enough. Get. The. Extra. Spicy. I like to feel the spice inflammation and where the food is in my gi system. I wanted to sweat. I had maybe a slightly sweaty upper lip but that was it. Wear all black. The sauce gets EVERYWHERE. All in all, it was good but everything was slightly over cooked for my liking. It comes in the large steamy bag I'm used to at restaurants but it's definitely not like my house where the pot gets poured out on the table. The portions are literally just enough to be completely satisfying and the service was superb!

Even though it was packed, we really lucked out and they were able to seat us on their covered porch for large groups which was perfect for escaping the midday sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and despite how busy they were, our food came out surprisingly fast. I loved that they had imported oysters while local toxin levels were elevated, and everything we ordered from the raw and roasted oysters to the steamed clams, fried baskets, beers, and rosé was delicious. They also have plenty of options for non-oyster lovers, which was great since we had lots of kids with us. Amazing food, beautiful views, and well worth the drive. Exceeded all my expectations. My wife had the burger which was decent, and I had the rockfish bowl which came with smoked rockfish (delicious) complemented by kale, sweet potatoes, fluffy eggs, chives, and more. Healthy and good. What I love about the menu items here is that they offer very nutrient dense foods. I love their use of colors and vegetables in their dishes. Ambiance is a casual setting. You go to the counter and order food, pick up a bucket with a number on it, and they bring it to you. You find a seat outside by the water or in the restaurant. And you just enjoy the beautiful scenes. Service is spectacular. Very nice and they come and check on you regularly. Parking is relatively easy (there's a parking lot). The ambience is beautiful inside…read more The best part of the Baked Eggs dish was the cheese. The cheese was so flavorful, creamy, and delicious. Next best was the bread - it was perfectly soft inside with a crispy crust. Between how oily the dish was and my nose running from the increased spice as I continued eating, I wouldn't return for this dish. The eggs weren't noticeable in appearance or taste- I had to search for them. The "creamy grits" were creamy, but the black pepper taste was STRONG. Definitely ordered the side for the "creamy" factor, hoping when the server said harissa in the eggs would have a mild spice, that the grits would calm my mouth. The amount of pepper made this unsuccessful. But if you like black pepper a lot then you'll enjoy them. My son enjoyed the beignet's. The server was also the host and he was kind. It was easy to get his attention when needed. I didn't see anyone with a grin on their face after taking bites of their food. I looked around quite a bit out of curiosity. So for ambiance, kind and prompt service, and the possibilities of the menu I gave it 4 stars. We only tried the few things I mentioned. I did also appreciate the bottle of water ready on every table. Note that there is no kids menu and it's mostly table seating. So maybe try on your own or with other adults, and leave the kids at home?
