I ordered 1/3 lb bacon cheese burger: Food was made to order and came out fairly quick. I loved the thickness of the bacon, freshness of the patty and produce, and THE CHEESE SKIRT! The bun holds the burger together well and tastes perfect with all the other ingredients. I'm not one for mustard in my burgers but this was acceptable. The fries came out piping hot, well seasoned, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My boyfriend got the BLT with jalapenos and a cheese skirt and that was delicious as well. I like that Squeeze Burger has options other than burgers - I saw hot dogs, tacos, and sandwiches. They even have a breakfast menu for their breakfast hours. Its Mother's Day my family wanted Squeeze Burger. I called around 3:30 PM to place a to go order. The phone is answered and no talks just they hang up the phone. I go to the door I see a cardboard sign taped to the window saying they were closing at 4PM today instead of their posted regular business hours. It is like 4:02 PM a guy and a girl on sitting on a stool inside and tell me they are closed. Ok I get it. They were not busy at all perhaps that is why they decided to close early. We've been to the Roseville Squeeze Burger and always had great service, great food and a welcome environment. Tried the Galt location today for takeout. Wasn't impressed with the environment with too many tables and chairs making it very crowded. I ordered a cheese skirt burger with onion rings, but got fries in the bag, remember this was a to go order so I didn't see what was in the bag until I got home. I ordered a steak sandwich for my wife, and when she took her first bite, it was a mouthful of gristle. She took the sandwich apart and most of the steak was gristle. Our dogs ate her lunch! Back to the dining area, as I waited for our food to be somewhat prepared, I started looking closely at the floors and overall areas. I don't think this pkace has seen a mop and soap in a very long time. The floor below the counter where you can sit to eat was simply filthy. The ambience looked more like a converted auto repair garage. I will never ever go there again. I would go next-door to the Taco Bell for a cleaner environment and better food. Go to the Roseville location if possible. I would drive the extra hour to get better food, environment, and service! read more

My friend again ordered cheeseburger, which was loaded and looked yummy. My steak sandwich was supposed to be rib eye. But every bite there was so much connecting tissues I had to spit it out (actually I had to use my hand to pull it out a few times) because it was tough to chew. The "steak" sandwich was not a (expected to be a thin) steak neither; the beef was in small pieces, soaked in sauce. Disappointing. Th place was clean. The staff was friendly. It's mediocre tasting, the real highlight was the cheddar-melted cheese skirt. It's kinda hard to get an over over the phone with them, recommend you order with them via their website, prices are a bit on the high side (7.90) for a standard 1/3" lb single patty with the cheese skirt and sesame seed bun, doesn't include seasoned fries or fried onion rings or a to-go soft drink (a la cart). I had their Hawaiian without their red onions bc of food allegories but their pineapple slices were very sticky and most likely out of a can.
