let me start off by saying this location is clean and beautiful and the bathroom is clean. My 1st visit was a week ago and it was packed , luckily there was one large table left, the service was stupendous. Was that a one time thing? Upon arriving yesterday the six of us found a comfortable spot and were immediately taken care of, the waitresses are using some type of tablet device to take orders which means order accuracy. This is a family friendly restaurant , my niece and nephew were with us, the Kid's menu is super gracious and low priced but I must say, the prices and portions in general are fabulous, for 2kids and 4 adults our total bill was less than 50$ and included ; Squeeze in Taco, BLT, 2 Cheeseburgers 4 orders of fries and 2 kids meals (chicken wings & a Corndog ) and we LEFT with food as the shakes were super filling. This is a great place for people , the atmosphere, fast service, openly viewable dining experience, prices & clean facility means Squeeze Inn Earns my Respect. Never again Squeeze Inn... never again. Last 3 times I've gone in there. Shitty waitress giving a shitty attitude. Tonight we walked in 35 minutes before closing. Mind you that's more than enough time to make a cheeseburger... waitress: "for here?" "Yep." (Eye roll while huffing) "let me clear a table." God forbid. Then she walks away and another waitress says "there's a couple seats in the back. Grab one of those." "Okay." First waitress comes back this time. Slaps 2 menus on the table far away from us and walks away, RBF a-blazing, didn't take a drink order or anything. We sat there for 10 minutes wondering what was with the attitude and they took no orders while they stood around. We walked out. Last time, same thing. Horrible attitude. Terrible service. This is easily one of my favorite local restaurants. The breakfasts are phenomenal, with large portions. The banana & cinnamon pancakes are awesome. On our way to the "hills" and decided to stop here for a bite. Had gone to the other location before they closed and opened this location. As usual, the huge burger surrounded with a gooey, fried cheese skirt didn't disappoint. We also ordered the steak sandwich, fries and onion rings (these were light and crispy... very good!) The staff was friendly, and our waitress was very attentive. I've been here about 3 times. First visit would have given this place 4 Stars. But having gone more times it's just okay. The burgers are good. Sides are average. Location is convenient as there is always parking. The prices are decent. It's the service that gets me. The first time it was awesome, and the other 2 it wasn't even okay, it was lacking and they were more busy the first time than the last 2 times. Server took my order but never revisited my table the last two times. One of those times it was just my baby and me. I really needed water and other things and I hated that I had to get their attention for every request. I think they can work on their people skills. I felt unwelcome. I haven't been back because of their service and I don't plan on it. It's sad because sometimes I want a burger that isn't fast food, but when I'm driving back I think... So today we finally made the decision to try it for dinner an I must say it was not bad at all I was surprised the burger was a lot bigger then I thought it was gonna (that's a hood thing for me lol) the hot dog was huge as well but good! Always excellent food, beers and service. Convenient seating for our family of five or hanging out with friends. The burgers, sandwiches and breakfast are always amazing. Biscuits and gravy and the Loco Moco are my personal favorite breakfast items. All of the burgers are amazing. Kids love the Crispy Chicken sandwich and Pesto Chicken sandwich. Good luck getting an order to go these days. They close at 8pm? But don't answer the phone after 7pm. The hours are inconsistent at best. Always get the vibe they don't want you there. First I want to say I love the franchise Squeeze Burger. When the location was on Pringle in Galt I felt that I had less or dare I say no wrong orders. The last two times I've ordered out has not been the case. The first time was missing an order of large fries and where charged for it. This was about maybe 6 months ago. Didn't contact and just let it happen. Figured small business and covid impacts. This time... I order online and got screwed again. Ordered three large fries and got two. Ordered 4 burgers and all of them were different and guess what...none of them were labeled. At least I got my onion rings. I still give them a three star because the food was good. Just would expect spending 90+ dollars would actually get my full order and labels on the burgers. When I do order breakfast burritos those tend to be spot on too but not on this review. read more

This is still the Squeeze Inn that moved from their Industrial Dr. location. Ever since my family and I discovered this restaurant, this place became a staple of our simple American food cravings. Not much has changed here. The cheese skirt is still exactly what you want out of your horrible cheese fantasies. They also improved upon their sweet potato fries by making them wavy and therefore a bit crunchier. The best part is that their pricing remains to be reasonable. Four burgers and two large baskets of sides is just as much as going to an Applebee's or a Denny's, except that you'll actually enjoy eating the burgers. A great place to stop as you head along Hwy 99 to or from Sacramento, just a couple of minutes east of the freeway. No-nonsense burgers with the incredible, edible, cheese "skirt". Maximize your skirt fix with a double Squeeze. The attached photo of the burger I had on this visit was topped with pastrami. The flat-top griddled patties have that nice crispy outside that sears in the juices. Order fries or o-rings, if you must, but I prefer a solo burger so that nothing interferes with the combined taste of bun, meat, cheese, and all the fixings. Love this new location in same strip mall as the Tractor Store. We hit this place whenever I am up in this area and the staff has always been wonderful and food consistent. The other day we stopped and split one of the huge burgers as we had an engagement a bit later and did not want to fill up. I just have to say i love the food here but the customer service here was at a zero today. I ordered 3 shakes when the girl came to hand them to us she replied we had 3 strawberry shake, I then asked if one was a strawberry cheesecake shake which is what I ordered. She replied maybe and put them in the fridge to keep cold as we were waiting on a take out order. Our food was done I then said thank you is there ranch in the bag for our onion rings she said I don't know I hope so check the bag. As she went and grabbed our shakes and brought them to us I then asked so one of them is the seasonal shake right? The best so far. I've been going to Squeeze in (in Sacramento, the original one) & the one in Galt hadn't held up to par until my most recent trip. Not sure if it's cause it was "slower" than other visits or the cook/staff? Either way, I was very pleased and glad they have local micro beers!
