Felt like like some Thai today so I forget I had this placed bookmarked and it popped so I decided to Thai. I ordered veggie Drunken Noodles spicy and Chicken fried rice, oh and egg rolls. Tried this place out on a whim. Super glad I did. 4.5 stars. I love Thai food, but I've had a hard time finding a really Thai place close to my house. I've tried a few, but only Smile Thai came close to being amazing. But the food from this place really wowed me. By the looks of it, you wouldn't really think the food would be super good. The decor is minimal. The tables and chairs are simple and straight forward. No real background music playing. It's really just a tiny hole-in-the-wall type of place. I ordered Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. First, the Pad Thai... Usually I squeeze some lemon on my Pad Thai, but these noodles didn't need any help. The flavor was really well balanced and the chicken wasn't overly dry. Excellent. Second, the curry... Yellow curry is my favorite type of curry. But a lot of the time, it's overly coconut-y and rather one-sided. This is where Sriracha Thai really shined. The Yellow Curry was suburb. It had an even balance of curry to coconut flavor ratio, plus it was even a little bit spicy! and not too sweet, either. One of the best tasting Yellow Curries I've ever had. And it already comes with a side of rice, which is a definite plus! Most places charge you extra for rice. Only downsides to Sriracha Thai: parking lot is small, no public restroom, and they charge $0.50 for credit card transactions under $15. And none of these downsides are even really that bad. Sriracha Thai happens to be located in a very small plaza with other businesses that do pretty well. There is street parking, which was available but I parked at the shopping plaza across. There are around five to six tables and with my guess around 15 guests can be seated comfortably. I don't remember if there were decorations on the wall but they do have a fish tank that needs cleaning. I ordered their Pad Thai with tofu and a Thai tea, to-go and it took no time at all. I actually took longer in deciding what to order than my wait. The woman that took my order was kind. She was patient with my indecisiveness. Their Pad Thai is delicious. They serve it with a variety of different proteins. I had tofu with mine and I enjoyed it. However, the bites that did not include tofu, I found were a tad bit too sweet for my taste. I was thinking that maybe in the future, I can ask him to under dress the noodles or lessen the sweeten. Other than that, I found it yummy and would order it again. There were 7 small tables total. I would say, the best thing going for them here is their friendliness. pretty good Thai place in Carson. it's a small mom and pop Thai place and it's also more of a to-go place. There are seats inside but it only fits like 20 people. I got the pad Thai which was pretty good. it's more vinegar-y rather more "spice" flavored. it wasn't bad though, a bit too much bean sprouts for my taste but i just picked a lot out. my friend got the green curry and he said it was kinda spicy for him, but he can't handle spicy. so it was probably just him... haha I wish I asked for hot sauce on the side. totally forgot until I got back to my office with the food. parking- it's located in a small plaza with multiple businesses so parking can be hard to find so you'll prob end up having to park on the street read more

Ordered the basil beef and green curry chicken. The basil beef had extra vegetables not listed on the menu but it did not take away from the flavor. The basil beef was delicious and the meat didn't taste old like some other places. We got the green curry mild. Had some vegetables but not too much. It was also delicious. It smelled SOOOOO good that we had to have some in the parking lot before we hit the road. It was so good I swear we inhaled half our food in 5 minutes! We ordered the veggie egg rolls, Beef Pad See Yew, Shrimp Yellow Curry, and the mango sticky rice. You can choose the level of spiciness, with a 4 being the hottest. They also have chilies and other spice you can add at the table if you want more heat. Everything was delish, especially the mango sticky rice. This was just a bad experience all around. First we weren't greeted and waited to be served on. When I finally ordered, they were out of the two drinks. (How can a Thai restaurant be out of Thai tea?) Expect to bring cash because their system went down and it looks super outdated. The food wasn't good as well. So yummy I couldn't stop eating! Last night I stopped here for dinner and it's my new favorite Thai place. I got the tom kha soup and it was so rich and flavorful. I also tried the seafood salad and the fish was melt in your mouth delicious. For my entree I got the drunken noodles with chicken, the portion was huge and the noodles were fantastic. I HAD to try the mango sticky rice too even though I was stuffed and I'm so glad I did because it was the perfectly sweet way to end my meal. This is a very very very small place, with only one person in the kitchen and one person managing the billing station,taking the phone orders, serving all the tables and cleaning them.He looked like one heck of a Multi Tasker. This is more like a 3.5 star review. So my friend called me raving about this place after she ate here and told me it was a must try, so off I go. I placed an order online and the wait time was pretty lengthy almost 45 minutes. I ordered the veggie spring rolls, these I will pass on next time. The fried crispy chicken wings with tamarind sauce is a must try they were really good. Now I ordered the combination fried rice which was very good especially the shrimp it was cooked to perfection, BUT I only got a couple of shrimp. I think instead of skimping on the shrimp just have an option to pay for extra shrimp then I wouldn't have a problem.
