He likes to take everybodys money but doesnt fix the car. When is time to get the car, he didnt do what he was supposed to. So he likes to rip people off. If someone wants to take a car there they should think again. If you want to report him do it with the cops. I reported him because he worked on my car, he said he will have it ready by 3 days but he took 3 weeks, yet he didnt do anything to it. I took the car with the tow truck so he can fix it saying it was the motor and it took him 3 weeks just for him to say to take my car back home with a tow truck. What kind of mechanic he think he is, having to bring my car home with A TOW TRUCK . I recommend for no one to being their car there. Now i have to take him to court to get my money back because he didnt do anything. Thats not fair that i have to take my car home with a tow truck. All yall do is rip people off and take their money. I called back to let them know and I was told he would re order the same product and call me when the product arrived. I called a few times and after a month or two I decided to go up there and see what was going on. The owner came out to speak with me and ordered the product and got me in the next day or so. After that instal I noticed about a week or so a ton of bubbles inside the tint. Unsure if it was user error or just a defective product. I decided to take it off and just go a different route all together. Nothing against the shop but Ive heard a lot of good things about them and I was recommended to them as well. The used vehicle that they swore was inspected and wonderful died in 8 days!!!!! EIGHT DAYS- due to transmission issues and they could care less!!! I wouldn't trust this dealership at all with any vehicle purchases. They'll take your money to boost their numbers and you're nothing. You're just another dollar sign and commission. No integrity. Stay away!!! We helped a homeless teen who battled through domestic violence buy her first car and trusted this dealership with her healing journey after much hesitation (their customer service was awful and they hesitated to release inspection documents.) Instinct should always be listened too!! Never again. The car died the day she moved into college dorms just 8 days after purchase and they basically said too bad. SO heartbreaking!!
