I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

The free flat repair service was what first brought me to Discount Tire long ago as a first time driver, and the fact that it's free, professional, and informative made me a permanent customer now. Even after buying new cars, I come back to Discount Tire to check the wear and be honest about what my car actually needs (not just be upsold at the dealership). The certificates are always worth it! You never know when something is going to happen to your tire. Replacing a $200+ tire for free (or $49 if you get a cert on the new one) is extreme value in an unexpected time of need. Many complain about the wait. I say this is a variable that isn't always true, but is indicative of a trusted business. They do try to prioritize urgency, so be transparent with them if you have time or don't.

The employees were still so friendly and helpful even though you could see they had been running around all day. We looked at some different tire options and picked what met the needs for my daughter's driving and my budget. We set up an appointment for the install and when we came back 2 days later we were again greeted with smiles and the tires were installed in about an hour. We also got new windshield wiper blades and they threw in the rear blade for free. I highly recommend this location.

So much so that I'm willing to drive an hour from Salt Lake just to buy a car from here rather than any other dealerships in Salt Lake City. Both times Jared has made the process of buying a car simple and painless. He gets all of our information ahead of time and we are usually in and out with a new car in an hour or so. Just wanted to add a quick update since my first review -- we finally got our car back after two…read moredays, and once again, the A.B. Hadley team came through! On day one, Julie kindly gave us a ride from work to the shop and back (such a lifesaver), and when the repair took a little longer than expected, they set us up with a loaner car. My son and I nicknamed it "Babushka Honda" -- that's "G-ma Honda" in Russian -- because it felt like a cozy little time machine straight to the '90s. We had fun with it! When we picked up our car, everything was done perfectly. They used original or top-quality parts, and the rotors and brake pads even come with a 3-year / 100K-mile warranty -- seriously, who can beat that? They are incredibly nice when they tell you they can't fix your Mercedes, so they have that going or them! Otherwise a complete waste of time and money.
