As seen in other one star reviews and even my own personal experiences they have somehow never learned from their mistakes and refuse to do anything to make these special events easier for attendees. It would be one thing if they were still a small independant cafe who had never done something like this before but they regularly work with big name fandoms and do official collabs with things like Undertale and Digital Circus. There is no excuse at this point for them to be so incompetent when it comes to line management and getting people in and out who get stuck waiting outside for hours. However, today's visit felt different. We ordered our usual strawberry coffee drinks but they weren't pink. When I asked the barista about it she said the syrup has changed. The drinks barely tasted like strawberry and we were disappointed. I immediately regretted upgrading my size to 20oz too. SO I looked up other recent yelp reviews, and I saw that someone posted a picture of their drink 17 hours ago and it was still pink. That makes me question what happened to our drinks.
