I purchased a scooter on 4/22/23 for $1298, but only had $1200 so "they offered" to allow me to pay the remainder $98 when I returned for my first oil change. Well, my first oil change never came because on 4/23/23 (30 hours later) I was struck by a car and the scooter was destroyed, for which I informed Florida Powersports of the incident. On 5/16/23 I returned to Florida Powersports to purchase another scooter and during the payment transaction Wally "reminded" me that I still owed $98 from the balanced on the wrecked scooter; and I acknowledged him. Once I returned home after completing the purchase I realized Wally charged me $1398. So, I called up there to inquire about the price and Wally pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up. So, the next day I went there and asked Wally when did they go up on their prices for the scooters, and why didn't he inform me of the price difference. Wally says, I always charge $1398 for them. I couldn't help but ask, "if you always charge $1398 then why when I purchased my first scooter did you charge me $1298?" Wally says, "I guess "he" gave you a good deal." (LOL, Wally was the one who told me the price of the scooters the first time I went there). So I couldn't help but call him an F...ing liar (yes, too his face). Needless to say, they did not ask for the $98 at the first oil change, but they did sabotage my bike because all of a sudden i am having troubles with it starting, it's revving high and now it doesn't even work. It will start but will NOT accelerate. WTF is the scooter a P.O.S OR IS FLORIDA POWERSPORTS? You decide. This Place is a joke, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, YOU'LL REGRET IT....

I took my 2008 Road King classic there for new tires. The white walls on there had tread that did…read morenot look worn but they were dated made in 2007. I had the tires changed out to blackwall metzler's that fit the road king. These guys did an excellent job installing balancing and pointed out in the old tires on the inside were brittle. Those tires could have blown at any time. Do the math those original tires were going on 18 years old. They were very efficient and I would highly highly recommend 8 ball do your tire work for you.

Made an appointment online (super easy) showed up and filled out some paperwork. The guys informed me that the tires i brought in were over 10 years old and that they weren't able to mount them (I didn't check when I bough from Facebook marketplace) the staff gave me some recommendations and got the new tires on my R1. They offer a great tire warranty which I bought and thank goodness because just 2 months later I got a nail in my tire and when I took it back they replaced it. Quick, easy and affordable. Highly recommend.

I had to bring it back in and it took about a month and a half more to get everything fixed on top of having it already being worked on for a couple weeks prior to that. I originally was talking to them about putting some new lights on the bike, but after going through a lot of of issues with them, I was very unhappy and told them that I didn't want to do any of that anymore. They went ahead and changed all my lights to lights that look like crap and it's a total disaster. My headlight is like half as bright as my old high-beam And on top of that, they screwed up the light indicator so that it just constantly looks like I have my high-beams on. Clearly they were just trying to make me a little bit happier so I wouldn't leave a bad review but they ended up doing what I did didn't want them to do anyways, and took many many days extra to do all this extra stuff that I didn't want them to do. I mean, who does that really!? It's such a violation.. i told you I didn't want to do anymore business with you and just settle up. If I could I would have gotten out of the deal but we had gone to far and so I went along with it but to go behind my back to do that extra stuff is just so silly and disrespectful. I will never be going to this place. It's new ownership. The old guy was good, but this younger couple are terrible at this. Do not deal with this company at either location in my opinion as they are owned by the same people. $1000+ bill later and two months later, I'm completely dissatisfied. If could I'm prove something it would be to not lie to their customers and disclose the whole truth!!! First off the post and the actual ski they had posted were two different skis not even the same color. I was interested in their 2016 rxpx 300 and they were selling for 9000$. Which they had listed with 12 hours on the ski. I drove all the way from Ohio to look at. On the way there they have informed me that they posted wrong pictures and the one I was buying was actually a 2021 seadoo wake pro 170. So they said they will sell me this one for this price. I went back in the link to find the posting and they updated it to the actual rxpx Jetski. Which I seen when I was there, and it was too beat up that nobody would pay 9000$ for it. I have a video of the ski too!! When buying the ski yesterday asked if I could go test drive it before buying and sounded like they would take it out for me but then said they would close before getting it done. So was not able to test ride the Seadoo Jetski 2021. They informed me the mechanic has done a thorough test through the ski and nothing was mechanically wrong and everything was sound no issues. So idiot that I am I believed them!!! So I have finally made it home and wanted to test the ski in the water, and when I placed ski in the water within 2 minutes of having it run in the water the engine light came on! Ecu module error popped up! Engine was stuttering. Basically a shit ton of issues that they never mentioned or told me!!! If possible I'd stay away from this shop if I were you!! The guys at the shop were nice yes, but to not disclose such a major issue with the ski is a scam and honestly I'd drive all the way back to Florida and return it for my money!!
