I've found Lululemon, Patagonia, Nike, and other brand items for affordable prices. They have a lot of jerseys and sports team apparel. I went to a Sox game recently and wanted a jersey for the game. Luckily I found one here for $10! The store is always clean and organized by size. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommended checking this place out. Pro tip: follow them in Facebook because they post new items there and post when they have their 50% off sale days.

"Cindy" was extremely rude when I went to this shop on a Saturday afternoon. I checked my watch and told her I still had 8 minutes, then continued browsing. She immediately followed up in an angry tone with, "Seven minutes!" I fully intended to leave by 4. She eventually walked away, and I continued looking around. A moment later, I heard her loudly say "We've been here all day!" and I noticed her speaking about me with her two coworkers while they all stared in my direction. I approached the counter and asked for her manager's name. She gave it to me, and when I said I would be speaking to the manager about her behavior, she again responded angrily, saying " I'll make sure to let her know." For a shop that claims to be a charity benefiting domestic violence victims, the attitude displayed by its staff does not reflect the mission they promote. I am a long time La Grange resident, and I've both donated and purchased items here over the years, but after this experience, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

The donations are impeccably checked for cleanliness, chips, holes and working order. There are some awesome deals to be had. By the way, Goodwill is much higher priced and lacks the discretion of the Gingham Tree. Go find out for yourself and you will not be disappointed. There are special sales each week from books to dishware to clothing. The Gingham Tree is located on the south side of Good Samaritan Hospital.

Very small selection of shirts and jeans. Don't get me wrong some of the stuff looks really nice there's just a very minimal selection. Usually at thrift stores they have a wide selection and you can get stuck in the store for an hour but with this one I was in and out in about 5 minutes. This to relax a lot of great items that should be featured like most thrift stores. There are more practical items than unusual finds.

They have many items on par with typical Goodwill donations, but for 3 times the price. For example, a $38 Sonoma leather jacket from Kohl's. Regarding service, the clerk clearly did not plan to speak to me. However, I kept eye contact until she was forced to acknowledge me. At which point she said hello and I replied in kind. The next customer who entered received a much more enthusiastic greeting that I did. Towards the back, a male clerk walked by me several times, but also didn't speak. Overall, it's a cute set up, but not worth the time or the consideration of spending money. Especially if they can't be bothered to speak.

Firstly, what I really enjoy about this Goodwill that I always try to find at other locations is that it has a restroom and a fair amount of changing rooms. This is one of the busiest Goodwill locations that we have ever been to and I reviewed a lot of Goodwill locations! It's almost like Black Friday inside. Staff here was friendly and courteous and plenty of mine was will be replenished as quickly as they were taken off the shelves. If you're going to tape up the boxes, then make sure all components are in the box or just throw it away. These are FREE donations and you are stealing people's money. They think they are getting a complete puzzle or game. Top it off, this location is dirty, unorganized, and a mess. Do better.
