I love this place! All of the teachers have a different way of teaching so you really have to try them all and see who you like the best. They will all definitely kick your butt! In the Other World, I took group reformer classes from Stability, but now due to COVID-19 I am in the Matrix--Virtual World. These well trained instructors are very good--Katie is funny which sometimes easiest the pain. Although I miss the cardio reformer class on Sunday (Megan another favorite instructor), I've come to grips that things are different. I love this studio be it in person or in the Matrix. I have been taking Pilates classes at Stability since I moved to Atlanta six years ago! The classes are well tailored and defined to meet the needs of Pilates students of all levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, well educated and extraordinarily helpful! In addition, I have had the opportunity to be treated by the physical therapists at Stability. Just as I was about to give up on physical therapy as a means of rehabbing my injured meniscus, a dear friend of mine turned me on to this life-changing rehabilitation oasis. Everything about this place - the beautifully crafted building, along with its majestic interior, the top notch client service, and well-informed staff - it all adds up to the kind of experience that you look forward to. Don't get me wrong, "rehab" is not my middle name, nor am I usually excited about medical visits that are normally associated with discomfort, but it is impossible to deny the comfort level of this facility that makes you want to return regularly. Kimberly, Marci and Jessica (oh my god, Jessica is the best!), they're all such fantastic therapists, and so passionate about the help they provide. And Katie - wow - what a knock out. This was my first real pilates and yoga experience. I took advantage of the groupon that they had a few months ago and man did they kick my butt!! The instructors were great and their classes were really small so they could focus on whatever position it is you are doing that doesn't look quite right. My first session was the pilates intro which I had with one other lady, which was nice but a little intimidating initially since the instructor was like... "umm you need to do this to your rib-cage", and what not in a nice way of course! . Anyway they teach you the pilates lingo and the various most common positions/moves. I went to a couple of more sessions and really loved it. I was aching like crazy... even the muscles in my hands!! Anyway their yoga was also really cool... they had this really laid back chick leading the class and she made it a point to learn your name which was totally different experience. This session was probably made up of about 6 girls. And man did I get a work out here as well. I tell ya, I'm not really one to sweat when I work out, even when doing weights and running, but this time... man! I was feeling all sorts of nasty and sore all over, but a different kind of sore. This class totally challenged me and realy enjoyed it. So... so far this is getting stellar reviews, well my only complaint is that its a bit expensive to do regularly, which I really wanted to pursue despite the distance to my house. Sure, you get one on one support and their instructors are top notch, it's just for a budget conscious girl, this is a bit too pricey. read more

I can't say enough about the physical therapy here. I've been to a ton of doctors and done several rounds of physical therapy for a nasty ongoing problem with my SI joint. Kim blew all my other PTs out of the water -- she taught me SO much about what was causing the problem, what I could do to correct it, and what I should *not* do, because it was making it worse. The exercises and other techniques she gave me have been hugely helpful. Yay less pain! Plus everyone there is super helpful and friendly, especially Jessica and Jasmine. And the studio is so pretty and bright. Everyone I know who's done Pilates there has loved it. Go here, get strong, regret nothing! read more

I love Stability Pilates! I have been going to classes for over a year now and can tell a difference in my body. You will actually start to see changes in as soon as six sessions. The instructors are awesome and so welcoming! I really appreciate the online classes the studio has made available to their customers during this crazy time. I had my first pilates experience here. Maybe I was expecting a little too much. I come from a background of tough workouts like crossfit, kickboxing, and hot yoga. I thought pilates would be like yoga & might involve stretching. I was very confused by what it actually turned out to be. Some sort of strange & unnatural spinal position needs to be maintained during your workout. You do small repetitive movements that seem too easy for someone in good physical shape. After an hour of "working out" I hadn't even broken a sweat. I'm a little confused. I could've sworn all the celebrities were doing pilates a few years ago...I don't really feel like this place pushed me at all physically. Honestly a boring workout if you ask me. read more

Business must be good over at Stability... I bought two Groupons earlier this year fully intending to take care of myself this year. Well, our three children started at new schools, my husband traveled more than expected, and I had one work situation after another to attend to. I honestly thought my Groupons expired in January -- come to find out, they expire today! My total negligent mistake, but I called Stability and explained the situation yesterday. I received aloof, distracted, ambivalent...nothing. "Yeah, but we're not extending those, so..." I'm not one of those people with an entitlement complex who thinks that the world should bend all of its rules to suit my needs; but, I do think that Stability's team would have served us both, their business and a potential customer, better by finding a way to bring me in for classes despite my expiration date oversight, get me hooked on their awesomeness, and then make oodles of money off of me. A friend recommended to me as a way to get back into exercising. As someone who has taken time off from exercise for quite a while, I was more than skeptical skeptical walking in. However, from the moment I walked in I was welcomed by a friendly, great staff... after a quick one on one assessment. I spent an hour doing some flexibility and core exercises, the time was fun and interesting.. at a comfortable pace . After getting injured in a tennis match, surgery, and the thought of pain in rehab for 6-8 months... I knew I needed a therapist and environment that would fit my needs of re-energizing my health and wellness life journey. Jessica provided me with an actionable plan pre-surgery to ensure I went into surgery as strong as possible. Post surgery she sets targets that we've been exceeding weekly. When she gives you an at-home plan, do it b/c it makes the difference in your recovery progression. Stability Pilates was a life saver for me! I got engaged and realized quickly that I wanted to be as toned and fit as possible for the big day. To the rescue came Kim and Katie from Stability. I started to go to Pilates on the mat and the bar class every week. Not only did it kick my butt each time, but it also helped me lose 20 pounds. It is not high intensity cardio so if you are looking for that, you may want to try a kickboxing class instead. However, if you want to build core strength and tone your stomach, arms, and legs, then Stability Pilates is a great place to go. Normally I dislike group workout classes, but the pilates classes here are great. The instructors are helpful, friendly and make you want to workout. You don't feel like a number here and they work hard to get to know you. Even in a class, they will address any individual needs, like helping me get back to my prebaby shape. I have taken mat classes, bosu classes and reformer classes and have enjoyed them all. If I had time during the day I would try the individual sessions because I have heard they are a great workout also. read more
