Tonight's dinner was delicious but it took an hour and a half to get it. We literally ordered and waited for about 40 minutes and watched others be served their meals when we asked our server what's up. He indicated that our meals were on the way and that they were pretty busy (they were not). Twenty ish minutes later the manager checked on us and found that our orders were only just submitted to the kitchen. If this were the end, my review would rate them a 1, but the manager jumped in and got our meals. The burgers and onion rings were absolutely delicious. My husband and I both got burgers, I can't remember which ones we got but they were both delicious. We also got a couple flights of whiskey, it was cool to try the different types that we normally wouldn't. We went on Black Friday so it wasn't very busy. Literally I have two complaints and I hope the owners make these changes! Since it's a whiskey bar, they serve the table water in small whiskey glasses and provide a carafe of water for the table. The cups were so small that I refilled my cup about 15 times. I'm pregnant so water was what I was drinking with my meal...I wanted to ask for a larger cup but didn't want to offend them? PLEASE GET LARGWR WATER CUPS! I don't want to take 12 shots of water to remain hydrated. Also, they provided dipping sauces (x3) with the fries and rings. My boyfriend decided to go in at the last minute and were completely wowed! The food was fantastic as was our waitress, Virginia. She was super nice and answered any question we had as well as gave us recommendations. Only down side, we wanted to talk to the manager to let him know how much we appreciated the service, unfortunately he very loudly declined speaking with us. This was an upsetting way to leave our visit since we were so impressed and the manager just did not care to hear from his customers. Manager, if you're reading this, you can't have a restaurant without customers, you could have taken 30 seconds instead of embarrassing your waitress and seeming like our business doesn't matter to you. I went there on the recommendation of a friend. I wasn't impressed. It's new, but that's not my problem. My problem is primarily the price. The burger was good. Not great. It looked huge, but mostly it was shredded iceberg lettuce. The meat was actually "crispy, crunchy." They squish it on the flattop (I watch the food channel) and then overcook it. They say their beef is from a quality ranch in Eastern Washington, but after it's overcooked, who can tell. The server didn't ask my how I wanted it cooked, and it was seriously overcooked. I'm not a fan of mustard and their sauce is very heavily mustardy. OK, I'm actually OK with with burger itself, not perfect, but not bad either. My real problem was the price. I had a burger with Tillamook extra sharp cheddar, I've actually never seen so many cheese choices. It was about a buck for the cheese, about average. And I had a diet Coke. The burger doesn't come with fries. They're $5.50 extra. This was lunch. My bill for a cheeseburger and a coke was $15.50. Nothing extra. I can spend about the same for a bacon cheeseburger with a coke and unlimited fries at Red Robin. And service was OK. No complaints there! read more

Been here a few times with friends. Umm. It's okay. They have some great ideas for burgers, but so far what you get it just meh. The last burger I had was the poutine. If you know what poutine is, then this burger wont make you happy. Mixed drinks are okay but expensive. They do carry Crater Lake which is a good thing. Lots of whiskeys if you like that, and i think you can do whiskey flights here, though i have not tried. Overall food is pretty expensive as it is ala'carte. We ordered fried cauliflower and brussel sprout as a appetizer. It took 30 mins to cook it was missing Buffalo sauce. Not a big deal. Our dinner took over 1 hour for our order and our order still was not right. I asked for our shakes to be to go and our bill. Our kids never got their ice cream that came with their meal and our shakes were not right. We had quite a few charges on our bill that we never recieved or got rang in wrong. The server said it was his 3rd day on the job. The manager talked with us and comped our part of our bill. At this point we had been at the restaurants for over two and half hours. I'm not the biggest fan of burgers, but my husband is and he was so excited to try this place out. It is located inside capitol mall, next to the movie theater. My husband wasn't even done with his glass yet. I ordered another blueberry smash and he ordered the whiskey mule, which he didn't even touch until after his burger was devoured. We got the buffalo calamari to share from the happy hour menu. I'm not sure if portions are different if you order from the regular menu, but for $6 they were smaller than I expected. Nevertheless, we enjoyed every bite. I didn't wanna get too full before my sandwich came but I would have asked for another order of those because they were just so darn good. They were not really buffalo-sauce flavored. They were more on the sweet asian flavored side. My husband ordered the three pepper bomb burger. He said it was pretty spicy, but he enjoyed it. I was torn between the Alaskan salmon and the Nashville chicken sandwich. The server recommended the Alaskan salmon so that's what I got. The burgers/sandwiches don't come with fries on the side. We ordered the truffle Parmesan fries, which came with three different sauces. I wasn't a fan of any of them so I asked for ketchup and mayo and was content. To be honest I think I was a little drunk at this point, I don't even remember how my sandwich tasted hahaha. I ate half, and my husband who was also pretty drunk happily ate the rest of my sandwich. Service was great but the food is horrible. Wanted the dipped burger, requested it to be cooked med rare but it came to be overly well done! It was so dry & chewy that it could not be eaten. Wanted it to be redone & all I got was excuses. Decided to get the fried buttermilk chicken instead & while the inside of the chicken was moist, everything else about the sandwich tasted horrible. I don't know what happened in the last 6 months but I was really disappointed. The food wasn't fresh. I mean seriously dehydrated corn that turned into dust in my salad. Terrible couldnt even eat it. We went here yesterday and were shocked when we saw the prices of the burgers and then we were told that the menu is "a la carte" so if you want fries to go with your $14 burger you will have to pay another $5.50 to get them! I live on the west side and I saw this place opened recently. Anyone who lives over here know we lack quality places to eat so the fam and I stopped by after our little one had gymnastics. It's what I would have done if a burger patty fell apart on the grill and it was the only meat I had to eat at the end of a long day. Hardly what I would serve to someone at a restaurant. Always great to start a meal off with something that looks half eaten. And as I looked around it became apparent there were no fries that came with the burger. That sure would have been nice to know. I mean it's probably posted on the menu but as a server if you see someone order 2 burgers you should let them know fries aren't included. And as a server you should want to make sure they know fries aren't included so you can get some add ons to the bill. We wanted to try a shake but our server never came back after taking our food order. So I haven't even gotten into how the food tastes!
