    Blackened salmon salad
    Gina W.

Long bar on one side, tables on the other in this long narrow restaurant. TV's at the bar. Open for lunch; dinner not served until 5. Craft beers ( the street fight red ale was awesome. Very creative dishes: I had the blackened salmon salad, my husband the brisket melt. Service was provided by the bartender. Very pleasant atmosphere.

These burgers were very well done and had great flavor. I got truffle fries which were excellent, not over powering at all. We had great service.

My husband said it was the best Mac and Cheese he's ever had (& he has tried 1000000 Mac and Cheese dishes! Good service. Fair prices. Definitely worth a stop!

Had a lovely dinner here yesterday. We arrived around 5:30 and almost all the seating was available, but by the time we left an hour later, it was packed! It's sort of a sports bar, and if your back is to the TV screens, you can still join the party by watching through the mirrors hung across the walls. My husband and I shared three appetizers that were all excellent! The fried green tomatoes were perfect, the stuffed naan was delicious, and the wedge salad was so good, we didn't even need the dressing. I am vegetarian so I asked for the salad without the bacon. The grilled halloumi taco bowl (they will convert tacos into a bowl if requested) was so fantastic, I didn't need the dressing for that, either (I just used the fresh guacamole and salsa instead). The desserts are also great and totally made in-house. The chocolate cake is a generous slice and the bananas foster crème brûlée speaks for itself! I wish I had taken photos of the rest of the meal, but everything was well presented and looked so good, we just dove in.

A Disappointing Evening at Stacked, A Montana Grill My recent solo visit to Stacked, a Montana Grill, on a Tuesday night around 7 PM was unfortunately a letdown. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the service was exceptionally slow and frustrating. I opted to sit at the bar and ordered a draft beer along with the chicken fried chicken. What followed was a bewildering wait. It took a full 30 minutes for the server to even take my order. I had to ask "can I please order?" She continued to mess around in the back by the server station with another server and take 5 more minutes to come back for my order. This was particularly baffling as an older couple seated at a table behind me, who had arrived before me, also had to actively seek out a server to place their order even later than I did. Adding to the frustration, about 10 minutes after finally ordering, I was informed that the chicken fried chicken was unavailable. This lack of timely communication meant I had to quickly choose an alternative- the "Best Burger." The wait for my revised order was approximately 20 minutes, which might not sound terrible, but the issue was the glaring inconsistency. A family of four who arrived at the bar well after I did not only received their food but were actually leaving by the time my meal finally arrived. This was incredibly irritating and highlighted a clear disconnect in the kitchen's pacing or the server's attention. Throughout the entire experience, my server, who sported a "wanna-be Billie Eileish" look, exhibited a noticeable lack of concern for customer service. Her tone of voice was indifferent and certainly didn't inspire confidence that she cared about my experience. The burger I ordered was okay, it had good flavor and was put together well, but quickly fell apart and became soggy due to the thin un-toasted bun It was served on. the fries sprinkled with Parmesan cheese "truffle fries" resembled a diner's generic fry and were okay as well. Nothing worth $20 however. Given the incredibly slow service, the disorganization, and the overall indifferent attitude of the staff, I will definitely not be returning to Stacked, a Montana Grill. I was genuinely excited to try a new local spot, and this experience left me feeling thoroughly disappointed.

    Sirloin and Fettuccine.

A very surprising place! Was greeted right away in a kinda of an old bar looking place, and still thinking it was more of a bar than a place to eat. Bar food can be a BIG hit or miss. I took a seated and was helped right away. Smelling the food that had been served to them, looked amazing and smelt good! Well, I ordered the "Sirloin on Fettuccine " Medium cooked. I know, a risk in a bar looking joint. Well, it was served quick and was I surprised! The steak was extremely juicy and flavorful, and the Fettuccine was marvelous!! The red peppers gave it a little kick and all around, was great and the bread that came with it, warm and moist!! This is a place I will surely go back to!

    Western burger with truffle fries.

Let me say we were in for a quick dinner after driving 650 miles. We were the first customers after opening. Told to take any seat we wanted. The place was clean but clearly felt its age and lack of care. The server was good, offered several suggestions which I did take and ordered. I had the Best Bite Burger with truffle fries and my Wife had the Western Burger with the same fries. On the wall behind our seats were trophies and plaques declaring the best burger, champion burger, world class burger, etc., so my expectations were high to say the least. My burger had bacon jam, goat cheese, arugula, tomato slice on a thick sourdough type roll, not a bun. I asked for it to be hot pink in the middle and it came out as rare, just warm in the center. Good size patty with no flavor at all, not even salt or pepper. The bacon jam was cold and VERY sweet. The goat cheese was overpowering and the rest of it had no taste or texture benefit at all. The wife's burger was not very hot and had little flavor either. The star was a beautifully crispy and flavorful plate of fries with truffle seasoning sprinkled over the top. This would not be in my top ten to go back to.

Fried green tomatoes with goat cheese and honey. If you get nothing else, get these

Large portions, good food and service. Not very busy, but we showed up after 1 o'clock, most of the lunch crowd were leaving.

I also had the French chip with the JoJos. The French dip was pretty good. I added a little bit of salt to mine and the Jojo's were interesting and I glad I've tried them. There's salt and pepper sweet potatoes with molasses and cardamom custard dipping sauce. Sweet potatoes are not usually my thing. But these were actually delicious. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and the sauce was interesting enough that I'm glad I gave it a try if you like sweet potatoes with sweet things you'll love it and the sweet potatoes themselves with the salt and pepper were delicious for me. Wheelchair accessibility: the front door is very heavy and right when you come in there's a flight of stairs, but there is an elevator off to the side. There's plenty of room with lots of different seating options as well as a patio in the back. The bathroom was fine. The door is a little bit heavy, but should be manageable for most users.

The flavors were good, but the shrimp were very small and the knife work on the dish was a little rough. It also came with only two pieces of baguette, which felt a bit light for a shared appetizer. For dinner, I originally ordered the pork schnitzel and my wife ordered the lamb. About 20 minutes later, we were told they were out of the pork, which was disappointing and something I would have expected the kitchen to know much earlier in service. I switched to the veal piccata. The veal itself was very good, plenty of lemon and capers. The potatoes and asparagus served alongside it did very little for me, though. I think pasta would have been a much better accompaniment. To their credit, the restaurant handled the pork issue well and comped us a crème brûlée as an apology, which was appreciated. Enzo is beer and wine only. I had a Sauvignon Blanc with the appetizer, and we ordered a bottle of Barolo for dinner that was fantastic. The wine list is decent, but I wouldn't describe it as particularly deep or exceptional. Service was friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and the main courses were good. There are some operational and execution details that could be tightened up, but overall we enjoyed the meal and I'd return.

Ok, so, we started with crab cakes and oysters. The oysters were East Coast oysters and I'm from NY, so I had to get them. I haven't had raw oysters in over 20 years, and these did not disappoint! They were so delicious, I ordered 4 more, but they only had one more of the one I wanted, and I happily took it. The crab cakes were good, too. So maybe we should have quit while were ahead.... It took an hour to get our meals, and when we did, I was unimpressed. Mine was slopped onto the plate, with mashed potatoes smeared on the side and the sauce dripped on sides of the inside of the rimmed plate. The potatoes looked congealed, like they had been sitting out, and they had, because the food was cold. I asked for it to be heated up, and I'm fairly convinced they microwaved it, because the plate was warm, but the food still wasn't. The steak was extremely salty, potatoes gluely, and the broccolini was bitter and woefully under seasoned. My husband offered to switch plates. He has the pasta, which was also not very good, but at least it was hot. The description said andouille sausage, but it was clearly kielbasa, and the sauce was greasy and separated. Who hired these so-called chefs? Where did they get their degree? Do they even have one? We go out to eat so rarely. I'm a fantastic cook myself, so when we go out, we want the food we order to be better than what I can make at home. Especially at $30 a plate. So, alas, they get 2 stars, for the excellent service, the delicious oysters, and the beautiful ambiance. They apologized profusely and took my horrible dinner off our bill. We are so grateful for that. We will be back for a pretzel. And more oysters.
