Delicious burgers!!! This fun, eclectic spot serves up seriously good food. The burgers are huge, juicy, and packed with flavor - with tons of creative options alongside a perfectly executed classic. The patties are griddled to perfection and just melt in your mouth. The sides were awesome too! The buffalo toasted ravioli had such great buffalo chicken flavor, stuffed inside a ravioli then deep fried served with a homemade herby ranch. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the chili cheese fries were classic diner divine. If we lived closer, this would 100% be a weekly stop. Totally worth the trip - so, so good!

Walking in I thought the place looked neat!!! Tons of art work on the walls. The hostess was super sweet told her we had a pick up order she went and checked it wasn't done yet. They got the food out to us shortly after. My honest opinion is the burger didn't have much seasoning. We got 5 different burgers, and only one was cooked to the temp we ordered. Will try again to see if maybe they just had a off night

We came here and ordered a couple burgers to try. I loved the el fuego and the trips was good too. Their patty was really flavorful. Service was quick! Highly recommend them if you're in the mood for burgers!

This place is QUITE nummy! My cocktail was DELISH and the fact that they serve cocktails is very much appreciated!!! I especially liked that you could design your own "burger" and get EXACTLY what you want, without anything you're not that keen on. I had a Salmon Patty on Sourdough, with Dill Havarti, Pickled Red Onions, Onion Jam (someone raaaaaved about it, so had to try), and Roasted Tomatoes. I ordered the Steamed Broccoli as my side. I don't know if you can tell, but I was tryin' to be moderately healthy here. But it didn't taste healthy, it tasted WONDERFUL! But then I blew it by ordering the Pie Bites. They were out of ice cream which was fine with me, but the bites didn't have enough filling in them (cherry). The service was good and the place is decorated up great. Enjoyed me meal and the visit.

Pub setting, casual welcoming atmosphere in Carondelet area of St. Louis. Service a bit solicitous, but accommodating and courteous. Food fun for make-your-own burger choices or choices on menu. Fish , salads , desserts cocktails and beer available. My fish sandwich was fish sticks.Nice place for a burger craving.

Recently visited on a Saturday night around 7 PM, and it was the least crowded I'd ever seen this place. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our table, and in my past experiences, we've waited much longer! The host who sat us was friendly and welcoming. Our server was efficient and attentive. My partner and I decided to split an appetizer of chips and onion dip. We had never tried it before, and it was pretty good! For my meal, I always love creating my own burger and filling out the notepad at the table of all my choices. This time, I got a burger on a brioche bun with provolone cheese, spinach, and rosemary aioli. SO delicious, and I can't get over how flavorful the rosemary aioli was! As someone who loves sweet potato fries, I wholeheartedly approve of the ones at Stacked. My partner had his usual, the Hay Stacked burger, which comes with pub cheddar cheese, matchstick potatoes and their house made onion dip on a brioche bun. He loves dipping his fries in the spicy ketchup at the table. If you've never been to Stacked STL, you're missing out!

There was a lone and a waitlist upon entering. There was a huge mural on the wall representing St Louis. It was a comfortable and clean restaurant. They had TVs fir your viewing pleasure. The staff was very nice. Our server was great. She took our order and cleared the table of dirty dishes as we ate. She did an excellent job of keeping our drinks full. Our food came out and immediately I noticed that the portion sizes are huge. I knew there wouldn't be room for dessert. The hot wings also had parmesan cheese on them. They were delicious. I also had the Wet Nap. It's a burger with brisket and onion rings stacked on it.

Good place for a burger, all sorts of variations and you can custom build your own with chicken, black bean (wish it was gluten free) or different styles of buns. The service was good, and consistent with checking in. I wouldn't frequent it, but definitely worth a try or a place when you're craving a burger!

Wife was looking for a good burger. Was not disappointed. Great selection of custom burgers and staff was very friendly. Will definitely return when in the area. Neat area as well.

Excellent. Very unique burgers. Friendly staff. Our waitress Fatima was great. I'm visiting from California and this was recommended by a few people. You should definitely try Stacked Burger Bar.

Went and ordered food to-go from Stacked STL in South City, and honestly this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I ordered the fish sandwich, fries, cheese and guacamole bites. When I got home, the "fish sandwich" was basically three burnt fish sticks, and the bites were poorly made and not fresh at all. I called to speak with the manager hoping to resolve the issue, but instead was met with a rude response and raised voice. Due to the rudeness and loud talking directed at me, there is nothing that can be done to fix this -- I don't trust the establishment at this point at all, and because of the continued rudeness, I will not return. This is now the second time I've had a bad experience here, and unfortunately it will be my last. Based on the quality of the food and the customer service I received, I cannot recommend Stacked STL for dine-in or carry-out. Very disappointing.

My husbands FAVORITE burger spot in the city! He loves the create your own options! I love the Frys and the Bloody Mary's they have a LOT of tasty options! The service is always fast and friendly and we love the recommendations they make. If you find yourself down that way, stop in and have one of the best burgers in town! You won't be disappointed!

Living in St. Louis for a long time, never been to this part of the city. We came on a Friday night, the place was very busy. The drink menu is pretty good, and love the creativity on the burgers. Street parking only but we found a close by spot pretty easily.

Service was great at both the counter and the table. I had the Split & Melt which was delicious. Crispy smash patties, gooey cheese, buttery bread. I also opted to add heirloom tomato to it which added a nice brightness to it. My mom ordered the double, which she said was amazing. We ordered a variety of sides to share. The mac and cheese was amazing, the onion rings were flavorful and crispy, and the fries were also very well seasoned and crispy. Overall, everything was a 10/10. Price: All together, with a dollar tip, I paid $27 and change, which to me is incredibly pricey for counter service. $2 for a dipping sauce is steep, and for a small container. Next time? I'd skip the dipping sauce and homemade lemonade to save $7. I'll be back but not running to pay this much again. The storefront: the direct out front, small parking lot was packed and people were going into the gated lot to find parking. Only one person working the counter when you first walk in which lead to a long line at the dinner rush that seemed to be moving pretty slow. We got in before the rush and got our food quickly after. Staff were kind and very helpful! Fairly clean with the food runners circling tables often to remove trash.

The CBGB fries are legit, loaded with grilled onions, chopped bacon, and a house-made beer cheese sauce featuring Busch beer. The deviled egg appetizer is another must. I'm not sure what kind of magic they use because the ingredients are very traditional. Maybe it's the love they put into making them, the cold beer you're drinking when they arrive, or the old-school neighborhood bar you're sitting in. Whatever it is, it works. The worst aspect is the ventilation which needs much work. We came out smelling so greasy and smokey. We seated ourselves and waited a minute for our waitress to assist us. She kept saying she was new, that it was like her second day or something and didn't quite know the menu. She also didn't know how to make a drink, with that being the case why are you allowed to make any cocktails. If you have a limited cocktail menu but an extensive bar selection you would think their cocktail specials were on point. Nooooo. The BF tried a margarita special and it was awful. I tried a special crafted cocktail that was cool that our waitress asked the guy bartending to specially make because she had no clue about what I was talking about. I hate going to a spot where I make drinks better than the bartenders on hand and that's your job. The BF ordered the the garlic burger and I ordered the Korean wings which NEVER came out because our waitress forgot to order them. So I shared food with the BF. The burger was extremely underwhelming, not seasoned at all. How do you specialize in burgers and mess that up. The best item we ate was the fries and the comedy show was good. I love dinner and entertainment. We are burger enthusiast and if this what your restaurant specializes in I expect to be wowed. We saw all the social media hype surrounding this place and were so excited to try them. To find out it was ALL just hype is a real let down. A guy from my running group asked me which way it was, and I was like, "Uh, I think it's that way." A few places on this strip all have similar awnings. I thought I was lucky finding such a good spot. By the time I was done with my run, maybe an hour later, all of Clayton was an absolute ghost town. It makes me wonder what they'd have to put here to get people to visit Clayton during the evening, a 7 Brew? Inside is more along the lines of a bar, with a number of beers on tap and decor that may have been purchased from a Kohl's. I appreciated the way they had the beers on tap written on the wall in ginormous fonts, and I'm sure the elderly are similarly appreciative. Sometimes you ask these waiters what beers they have on tap and they act like they're doing you a favor by listing them. I asked this hillbilly they've got waiting tables at the Syberg's over on Dorsett what beers they have on tap, and he just said they have 30 of them. Uh, thanks? I wonder if he counted them. I went with the 4 Hands Incarnation, which I have at least once a week, because I get it for free. It seemed less "high gravity" than it does when you get it in the tall cans.Hmm... Usually, my move at these burger places is to order a bacon cheeseburger or a specialty burger that has bacon on it. 5 Star had such a burger listed first on their menu, making my choice easy enough. I toyed with the idea of ordering the Green Chile Cheeseburger, but not seriously. I wasn't sure what the green chiles would taste like, and what if they turned out to be gross? The Blue Ribbon Burger comes with bacon, port-braised onions and Gorgonzola cheese, along with LTOP. No, that's not a typo. You get thinly sliced red onions in addition to the port-braised onions. It feels weirdly generous of them, even though they're just onions, and all the fresh toppings are of a seemingly high quality. I was more ambivalent about the toppings specific to the Blue Ribbon Burger. I didn't dislike them, but I was less impressed by them than I would have expected. The bacon was good, but it was in crumbles and I think I would have liked it more if it were in thick, crispy strips. No Diddy. The cheese was either not flavorful enough or in not abundant enough quantity to be much of a factor. The onions, on the other hand, provided a nice flavor kick--less tart than I expected, more along the lines of the onions in a french onion soup. The fries were kinda whatever. They were good, being french fries and all, but not as gourmet as the menu would have you think. And they don't give you very many of them, if you get the regular serving. Weirdly, the regular serving doesn't cost much money, by Brandon-era standards, but the serving-size is decidedly skimpy. Why not just charge a normal amount and give you a normal quantity? Even the large won't exactly break the bank. I went with the small because I just wanted to see what they were like, for the sake of citizen food journalism. You're welcome.
