Warning: I strongly recommend going to another Nissan dealership or at least reading this for awareness. We came in Sunday night to trade our car for a Nissan Pathfinder. The vehicle was at the Redlands location, and the dealership promised to transfer it to Orange for pickup Monday. We signed paperwork and were excited to collect the car, but instead were told conflicting stories: the tailgate was broken, the car was in transit, or that we'd need to wait. This felt like a breach of our verbal agreement. When I tried to cancel and retrieve our Tacoma, I was told the key wouldn't be available until our sales manager returned. After mentioning legal action, Alfredo--the sales manager on duty--treated us as a threat. He was dismissive, defensive, and even mocked us with a "did someone hold a gun to your head?" gesture when I explained how pressured I felt signing. Worse, he threatened to report our Tacoma stolen if we drove it off the lot. Alfredo repeatedly refused to provide a copy of our contract, while the general manager avoided us altogether. When I politely asked finance for it, Alfredo intervened again, insisting police involvement was required. Ultimately, it took two hours and the presence of law enforcement just to receive the paperwork. This ordeal could have been resolved in ten minutes. Incredibly unethical team at Stadium Nissan in the service department. Do not trust them to communicate in an upfront fashion. We made the mistake of trying to handle an engine claim with them with our extended warranty (these are not quick avenues but we did our best to get all the pieces we were asked for in a timely fashion) and then we were unable to move forward with service as the claim was denied. We agreed to pay the diagnostic and pick up the car but now they are trying to assess $2k in storage fees I guess because they didn't get the service contract (smh) Never did they communicate "hey we need you to get the car asap or as of this date we have to assess a fee". Just presented the bill and pointed to a sign in the back. The manager Elias was unavailable all day to discuss it Yaz in service saying it's out of his hands even though he was directly involved in the full process. Lately, I've noticed that some of the employees have been a bit rude when I go in for service. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for a recall inspection. It turned out my car was part of the recall, and they told me they'd contact me once the part arrived. After a month with no updates, I called to follow up. I wasn't sure who to contact, so I tried the parts department. The person there was helpful and confirmed they had the part my car needed. Since I didn't know what the next step was, they transferred me to someone to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, the person who answered was rude. I explained my situation and mentioned that the parts department had confirmed the part was in. He seemed doubtful and asked for my VIN, which I didn't have at the moment. When I suggested using my phone number instead (since the parts department had no issue finding me that way), he acted irritated. Once he did confirm my recall using my number, he asked--rather rudely--when I could come in. I said weekends worked best, but he made it seem like there was no availability. So I asked what about another weekend and he responded in a dismissive tone, saying, "That's why I asked when you can come." He told me to come in on a Saturday before noon and ask for someone named Wilson but didn't confirm any appointment, which made me uncomfortable. The next day, I ended up calling back and made a proper appointment. Overall, I just feel like the service lately hasn't been as considerate. I bought a certified 2020 Nissan Sentra from Stadium Nissan this past October. I wasn't planning on car shopping and it had been a stressful few weeks since my previous car was totalled. I was in a rental Altima and knew I wanted a Nissan but tried a few other makes 1st. I came here to look at an Altima and to try a Sentra, and for me my bright blue Sentra is perfect. My sales woman Xochilth (pronounced "Sochi") was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I financed through Nissan and while I didn't really have time to line up my own financing, I think the price and terms were fair and Eduardo (I think) explained things and the process was efficient. Meanwhile, while I was doing the paperwork Ray at the dealership took care of my rental so I could just drive off in my new car. Overall, they made a stressful time easier and I am still in love with my car and get 3 free oil changes. The only downsides were that: 1. The 1st car I looked at had rashed wheels. I would think when the car went through its inspection that would be fixed. The car I bought is in great condition. 2. I wrote this review in December b/c it took six weeks to get my license plates and registration which was a pain as I couldn't use the Nissan app or apply for a toll road sticker until I had permanent plates. Whether this was the dealer, the registration service, DMV, or all 3, six weeks is a long time. I think if dealers worked directly with the DMV a few weeks could be shaved off. read more

Don't Come Here! Brought my new 400z for repairs. I shared a story of what I was experiencing prior to taking it in. Next day received call from Yazan (Service Advisor) they claimed I caused the damage, indicating nothing would be covered under warranty's. I never mentioned warranty's, my main focus was learning what happen and to get it fixed. In the diagnostic they took my story and used it to terminate all possible warranty coverage. After going back and forth with Yazan and Elias (Elias Head Service Advisor) I paid for repairs, before that. I decide to get the list of parts from Elias and was able to find the same parts, arrive same time estimated in repairs, close to $2000 saved on repairs from Buena Park Nissan. I informed Elias I would have the parts shipped and he can do the repairs. He did not like that. He then tells me I'm doing him dirty taking the list and going behind his back, claims parts won't arrive in time, they will add storage fees, that I'm getting the best deal. Clearly was not the better deal. It's been 3 weeks after repairs from Stadium Nissan and my Z has abnormal sounds. BUENA PARK NISSAN is the spot, ask for Filipe! Filipe is awesome actually works deals not just talks a big game. They're currently helping me. Basically if you go to Stadium Nissan for a repair and could possible be covered under warranty. I find it ironic that I drive a Honda Accord but because of the dealership relationship and my recent relocation this dealership takes care of the servicing for my vehicle. I will have to say they are incredibly friendly in the service department and they have a wonderful lobby to sit in, nicer than my old dealership lol's! Well I took the car back because there was coolant leaking out of the front end. Sales manager says you hit something?? Anyway I showed the sales manager, used car manager and the finance manager the car. Well the used car manager said. " Well you bought an 18 year old car and it's not perfect" Well I took the car to a Corvette specialist just to see the overall condition. After $550 I got a horrific estimate. I was ok with that but they came out and said do you want to change the oil and filter. I said no The Car Fax said they did that already. Well everything the car fax said they did was never done Worst part is the radiator was never hit. It was leaking from the tanks and had been for some time. After a long a fruitless day of driving around dealerships from Temecula to Anaheim, we had all but given up on finding the right vehicle. That is until we got to Stadium Nissan. From the start, Juan did everything possible to make us feel welcome, even though we arrived late in the day and they were closing shortly. Juan was kind and informative. His manner was easy and the conversation was light throughout the test drive. We never felt like we were being sold a vehicle like the stereotypical used car salesman woukd. After selecting the vehicle, we did have to wait quite a while to talk to Sol in financing because they were busy that evening. It was now well after closing. They checked on us, pointed out places we could go eat nearby and made sure we were in the loop as far as how long it would take. When it was finally our turn, it was nearing 10:00 pm. Although two hours past closing, Sol took his time and was thorough in explaining everything and answering all our questions. We never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. At 11:59 on 7/11/24, we signed the last blank and completed the purchase! Although exhausted, my son got to drive back to Temecula in his own beautiful and clean vehicle. He was thrilled. I was exhausted, but left feeling like we had a solid vehicle, backed by a reputable dealership. Juan followed up with us a couple times and I even stoped in to ask a question of David. David was kind, informative and thorough in his answer. Bombastic, overweight, bulging veins and insultingly rude. He blew the sale with his offensive attitude in two short minutes. We were prepared to buy, until we met him. His prices are lower because they falsely advertise online, only to add $8,000 to the car from unwanted add-ons. And then he's crying to us that he's losing money on the car. This erroneous decision directly contributed to the hazardous malfunctioning of my vehicle, posing a severe safety risk. ***Unfortunately, this has resulted in multiple NEW mechanical and safety issues that were NOT ever present prior to my vehicle being serviced by Stadium Nissan's team.** Here are the specifics of the issues post-service: 1. Transmission Shifter Malfunction: The shifter NOW moves between P-R-N-D without requiring engagement of the safety button, a fundamental safety feature. It was suggested that this defect arose due to failure in disengaging the metal clips connecting the shifter to the transmission. 2.
