My December delivery was delayed because backsplash was damaged. January delivery: 1 cabinet was damaged and 1 cabinet was wrong. Erika was present for the delivery. Trinice, my salesperson, was also texted photos and taking care of it. February delivery: order paid in full for delivery. The wrong cabinet that was delivered in January was apparently not even addressed so the installer wouldn't install, the replacement cabinet is fine but the drawers don't fit and the countertop company won't measure until everything is installed. April: Trinice won't answer voicemails and emails. I'm approaching 9 weeks since the February delivery. This is a customer service nightmare which could have been resolved in the warehouse receiving department before it ever got to me.

A floor job for removal of subfloor, floors, as well as install of subfloor and pine wood…read morefloors was started by 2 Spanish speaking workers from Classic Hardwood Floors for 2 rooms in our home. The first day Steven, the supervisor did not come to the site till 11:30am. At the end of 1st day we reported that trash was left all over the jobsite, nails sticking out of wood, damage to joists, walls, and baseboards. Steven said that the 2 workers were "his best team." The next day, 3 different Spanish speaking workers installed the subfloor, which had terrible cuts that left gaps where you could see the ground through the cracks and/or 1/2" or greater gaps between subfloor boards. When we showed this to Steven, only 1 bad subfloor cut was corrected; the remaining cracks and gaps were sealed with canned foam. For the floors, single boards were cut with 1/2" or greater spaces from the walls where the shoe molding barely coverd. After the install, Steven said "we had to move out of our house for 5 days because of the chemicals from the stains." We were not told this in the beginning. When we asked if there was another product with less VOC chemicals, Steven said there was "a Bona water-based product with 1/2 the VOCs"; but that "product was not available in LA." We called Bona and was told you could order their product and receive it in 2 days. Overall, the job took about 2 months for 2 rooms. The whole job was completed by "untrained and unskilled workers" with very little if any supervision. We paid the total bid; however, we are COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED and would NOT recommend Classic Hardwood Floors or hire them again. See photos.

They came in and taped off the area where they would be working, my cabinets and pictures/tv on the wall. They were on time everyday and communicated with us the entire way through. I was so impressed with the match they did. It was unbelievable. They did 4 samples before they stained and I think he still "tweaked" the sample I picked when it was done because it was so impressive.
