We got here and we were sat right away with our Saturday dinner reservation. The place is very cute, different upholstered chairs and the bar area would be nice for happy hour. Our server was amazing. My husband and I wanted to share our meals but we didn't need it split and he made sure to do it so that it was easier to eat which was so kind! He recommended the drinks too which were delicious. We didn't have room for dessert cause the meal was so big already! We even got a $20 to use for next time with a happy birthday card! Safe to say we will be back!

This was our second visit, and once again they hit it out of the park. Every Wednesday they feature a different region of Italy, and the $49 Sicilian dinner was outstanding. The swordfish was cooked perfectly, the rice ball was delicious, the fresh bread was amazing, and every bite reminded us why we keep coming back. A special thank-you to our wonderful waitress, Meg. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and always had a smile on her face. She even surprised my wife with a birthday card and a special coupon. Those little acts of kindness mean more than people realize, and they're what turn a great meal into a memorable experience. Beautiful restaurant, exceptional food, outstanding service, and genuine hospitality. We can't wait to come back and experience another region of Italy next Wednesday! Bravo, Vic & Olo's! I hope Meg sees this--it gives her the recognition she earned.

We didn't make it to the pool, but we did get to have dinner at Litchfield's and it was such a beautiful resort , the ambiance was incredible. My boyfriend loved all the wooden floors and western aesthetic. He mentioned what great quality wood floors and tables there were. We arrived early and had a cocktail at the bar prior to entering the restaurant, the waitress and service were great as well. At Litchfield's we sat outside and the ambiance was very pleasant, welcoming and cozy. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp puttanesca, very good and I ordered the marinated wagyu flank, very delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had the garlic Parmesan fries and mashed potatoes. Everything was very tasty and definitely did not disappoint. Our server was more than helpful in making suggestions and he accommodated us accordingly. The cocktails were also well made and just the right touch. Overall this restaurant is very inviting and excellent with the treatment of their customers. Will definitely be back when in town.

The patio space also has outdoor misters and is heavily shaded which aids during the summer heat. We were quickly greeted and were given the option for indoor or outdoor seating without a reservation on a Friday evening. We were told the menu had recently been updated so I've attached updated photos. The food was good - but nothing too special. The steak frites had a sauce that was very flavorful but perhaps a bit heavy on the balsamic. We also ordered the happy hour BBQ sliders which has delicious and soft toasted buns, but the pork was overly sauced in my opinion.

What a great evening we had at Tempo Urban Bistro. I found them some time back on Yelp and had to…read moreremember to get my reservation in early. Well, I finally did and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. For starters, the town square square is picturesque, with a pretty little park at the end of the street. There was plenty of parking, so no hassles there. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated by the receptionist. The place has a modern upbeat feel, that is inviting and mood improving at the start. I especially love the garage doors that open to the outside on mild days. They had one open during our visit, which really opens the place up to the beautiful town square view. There was a great special going on that featured that included a Filet Mignon, Lobster Tail, Salad and Cheesecake. I had my mind made up before even entering. I thought the price on it was very reasonable. In addition to the all of the other great things, we had a server named Todd, who was not only a great server, but who seems to genuinely enjoy the people that he serves. He was attentive and friendly throughout. He really made us feel appreciated and special. Now the food. It was fantastic! My filet was perfectly cooked and the lobster tail, sweet and wonderful , nicely served with a fully loaded baked potato. In addition to a great entree, my Caesar salad was one of the best I've ever had and included crouton toast and a slice of pancetta. My wife had a Caprese salad, gigantic shrimp and pasta. We both enjoyed everything. Last, it was nice to see the owner and Chef out in the crowd visiting with his customers. That is a good sign that a business cares about their customers. Tempo Urban Bistro is truly something special and different. It is so nice to have a place like this nearby without driving to the opposite side of Phoenix. Yep, these good folks will see me again!

Instead, we were publicly embarrassed and treated like criminals for absolutely no reason. After we were seated, I closed the curtain because the table next to us was loud and obnoxious. Minutes later, the manager, Hannah, walked over and decided our entire group was "too intoxicated" to be served. Not a single person in our group was causing a scene, being disrespectful, or acting out of control. We were sitting at our table, ordering dinner. What makes this even more ridiculous is that after taking our drink order, Hannah personally brought out three green tea drinks in champagne glasses. Then, almost immediately afterward, she decided we were somehow too intoxicated to stay. Which is it? If we were supposedly too drunk to be there, why were drinks being served in the first place? We had already ordered what would have been around a $700 meal, and instead of being treated with basic respect, we were stereotyped because we were a bachelorette party. It felt like Hannah had already made up her mind before giving us any chance to prove otherwise. Restaurants absolutely have the right to refuse service to genuinely intoxicated guests. What they should not do is make assumptions based on the type of celebration or the size of a group. This wasn't responsible service--it was poor judgment, inconsistent management, and an incredibly embarrassing way to treat paying customers. We'll happily spend our money somewhere that values its guests instead of profiling them. !!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!! We ended up at ZUZUs, they treated us with respect and dignity. Food was 10/10.

We brought family from out of town and had a party of 11 (six adults and five kids). There was a long wait, which we completely understood. We spent the time at the bar where the service was excellent, and the kids browsed the nearby shops. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the experience went downhill. Our server seemed to have little sense of urgency. Everything took an unusually long time, but the biggest issue was the food, which took well over an hour despite being a very simple order of burgers, sandwiches, and other basic menu items. Throughout the wait, we watched tables seated after us receive their food and leave while we were still waiting. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. Rather than checking in or providing an update, our server was frequently visible chatting with coworkers and rolling silverware. When our food finally arrived, it was at best room temperature, making it seem like it had been sitting for quite a while before being brought to the table. We asked to speak with a manager, who said she would look into it, but never returned to follow up. That lack of acknowledgment or accountability was even more disappointing than the delay itself. We declined the offer of dessert because we needed to get the kids home, yet instead of bringing the check promptly, our server spent additional time clearing the table before finally processing our payment. As someone who has worked as a server, I understand that delays happen and kitchens get backed up. What makes the difference is communication, ownership, and making guests feel like their time matters. None of that happened here. It's unfortunate because we've had good experiences in the past, but this visit left us embarrassed that we chose this restaurant to host visiting family.
