They're only concerned about pumping out drinks to the tables. If you don't mind shitty service, the people are pretty nice at the bar, but they pay no attention to the food service whatsoever. I have eaten there many times and found the food service at the bar atrocious. But when the food finally does come, it is fairly good. They do have a manager who came up to us and asked how everything was, I said the food took an awful long time to get here as it always does at the bar, he said" we're busy " stupid comment from the Manager. They knew we annoyed, They never asked us for dessert or coffee just handed us the check. Since this is the way of the world now be politically correct and don't speak your mind, people like us are dying off, so hopefully they'll survive another day with all the PC people coming into Scottsdale to eat there. Good luck, they're lucky that the food is good.

A wonderful dining experience all around. Highly recommend!

We didn't make it to the pool, but we did get to have dinner at Litchfield's and it was such a beautiful resort , the ambiance was incredible. My boyfriend loved all the wooden floors and western aesthetic. He mentioned what great quality wood floors and tables there were. We arrived early and had a cocktail at the bar prior to entering the restaurant, the waitress and service were great as well. At Litchfield's we sat outside and the ambiance was very pleasant, welcoming and cozy. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp puttanesca, very good and I ordered the marinated wagyu flank, very delicious and cooked to perfection. We also had the garlic Parmesan fries and mashed potatoes. Everything was very tasty and definitely did not disappoint. Our server was more than helpful in making suggestions and he accommodated us accordingly. The cocktails were also well made and just the right touch. Overall this restaurant is very inviting and excellent with the treatment of their customers. Will definitely be back when in town.

There were many conversation starters in the art and historic artifacts throughout. Decor was rustic southwest, but not dated. Outdoor grounds were just as striking with native fauna and plenty of photo opps. There was plenty of seating both outdoor and indoor. Our reservations were for outside. The weather was perfect and our table location had the right amount of privacy. We didn't feel like we were on top of other diners. Our brunch items seemed light but was packed with flavor. We were absolutely stuffed! The presentation was colorful and photo worthy. Every bite was delicious and satisfying. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. Everyone who came to our table was friendly and kept the same delightful energy. We appreciated the handwritten and signed card! What a nice touch. On our way out, a manager wished us a happy anniversary. This was a nice and consistent touch in hospitality. We will definitely be back!

First, Madison was an outstanding liason, helped me make perfect selections and quantities, pricing, and payment. Second the staff at the Vig were amazing, helpful, and super attentive to our party. They even boxed up the leftover sandwiches and appetizers for us to take home. The chef brought it out looking well done, again. I asked the chef if this was medium and he said "yes" which tells me they don't know how to make a steak. This took at least 20 minutes to come out. The person next to us complained about her steak as well. I didn't take any pictures unfortunately but I don't think we will be coming back.

Our waiter was attentive, but my wife asked for the bottle of wine we ordered to be chilled before it was brought out. When it arrived, it was delivered in an ice bucket which I initially thought was cool, but the reason it was in an ice bucket was because it was not pre-chilled as requested. The food was excellent as always, but we were both disappointed by the very small menu. We had been there only a few weeks ago and the menu was two pages with many more selections. There were at least 3 burger options on the old menu, and was surprised to only see the Wagyu burger on the new one (the most expensive of the 3 btw). I really liked the one I ordered previously and wanted to order again, but it was not on the newer single page menu. My wife also found her favorite salad (a one with beets missing). We were lucky enough that it happened to be restaurant week (1 appetizer, 1 entree, & 1 dessert for the price of $55!) I decided to get their infamous original chopped salad, fair trade short ribs, & blueberry pudding cake. My partner opted for the burrata paired with their noble bread, crispy salmon, & midnight brownie. Our favorites were their burrata & crispy salmon, with our not so favorites being the rest. The chopped salad was mediocre at best, nothing worth coming back for. The short ribs were overcooked, making it extremely dry. The blueberry pudding cake was incredibly dense and dry. The brownie was as hard as a rock, making it difficult to pick up a piece without breaking the plate while at it. Overall, my partner and I were quite disappointed with our meals. The only silver lining was that our server, Nicholas, was phenomenal!
