Jessica was great and squeezed me in and the rest was history from there with my A+ experience here. Swankey was also completely awesome and I will go into that more along with my thanks and gratitude for everyone in the team who contributed to my car in any way throughout my review as well :) Unlike other tint shops that may carry lower tier brands that may cause occasional mishaps and potentially decreased reliability or trust in knowing that you'll be getting what you're asking for, this shop only carries the quality line Llumar which is top notch and right up there close to 3M in terms of tier (only a slight difference in IR but only by a minor difference that translates into a very barely noticeable physical difference in terms of heat) with the same top notch UV rejection except that it has even better clear visibility looking out as you're driving from the inside (which will be really helpful for safety and convenience when driving) and yet an even more BEAUTIFUL gorgeous sleek truly deep charcoal look compared to 3m from the outside, which 3m may sometimes have a more hazy purplish haze from certain angles that doesn't look as clean or impressive from the outside. I am so happy with all of these pros and factors that Studio 94 has given me with their Llumar IRX. And if you are a luxury car driver with lambos or mclarens etc and want the Formula1Stratos, they can order that for you as well. Swankey was the one who helped with my entire experience and he was wonderful from beginning to end. They also gave me a little tour and took me to the back where all the operations are, which is awesome when places want to do that for you because it shows honesty and transparency which I really appreciate (plus it's really intriguing/nice to see), and even showed me the boxes I will be getting. Swankey was amazing and absolutely top notch on the service provided. They are willing to answer all and any questions you may have with understanding and care, and without any hint of defensiveness. They want you to be fully satisfied with the results and to have complete ease of mind with your decision, and that proactive and understanding/caring attitude of theirs goes such a long way and makes a big difference in the comfort and trust of the customer. I also got really sick and almost passed out/body went numb on an entire side and had a vasovagal reaction the same day I was supposed to pick up my car, and Swankey was completely understanding and held onto my car for a little longer because we agreed it probably wouldn't really be safe for me to drive right after that unexpected episode all the way back to Los Angeles. That allowed me the chance to make sure I was safe for at least that day before making the longer drive back and I really really appreciated that. They also cleaned up my car really nicely (thank you!! I loved it) and I am so thankful for everything that Swankey and the team did for me. Also, can I say that I absolutely LOVE how much better my car looks with those new shade of dark tints?? And I also don't have to worry as much about those long sunny drives of mine anymore. Plus the privacy of the Llumar is incredible. I got 5% on all windows and 25 in the front because even with the 25, because of how dark the 5s are it creates the effect where you still can't see me at all inside from the front of the car unless I'm like literally pressing my face against the glass just so that you can KINDA see me LOL. So it pretty much looks like 5s all around and I love it! A 1000/10 experience all around. I reached out to book an appointment and was greeted with quick and efficient communication. This set the tone as to what to expect from Jessica and her team. I am very particular as to how things are cleaned, especially my car. I made the mistake of hiring a mobile detailer that was cheaper than Jessica but they missed key areas and ghosted me when I had questions about it. "You get what you pay for", "buy once cry once". I'm in no way being difficult, but the mobile detailer left streaks on the windshield, certain areas weren't even touched, and me made me lose trust in mobile detailers. Enter Studio 94. When I bought my new car this summer, I promised myself that I would protect the investment. I immediately decided that Studio 94 was where I'd go, because their reputation precedes them and I wanted to ensure that the car was prepped and protected in the best way possible. Brandon, Jess, and their incredible crew were extraordinarily accommodating. I drove 7 hours and bought a night at a hotel. I knew the ceramic would need to cure, but I was hoping to be in and out in about 24 hours- and Studio 94 somehow made it happen! I was introduced to the Llumar tint by Brandon and decided to go for it to reduce heat transfer. Jess discussed colors and options, was informative about what was and wasn't legal, and was willing to give me some time and insight to decide how many windows I wanted to go with. Jess kept me informed about where they were at at the end of the day and what time it would be ready the next morning based on what they accomplished. When I picked it up in the morning, they showed me the car and explained what was done- they had even added a couple little extras since I upsold myself on the Llumar (lol). I had some trouble with my bank paying via Zelle, and they were super patient while I ironed things out. She also spent time going over the transferable Llumar and Studio 94 warranties on the product and work. I am so impressed and pleased with their work and professionalism. The detail and ceramic brought an amazing luster to the paint- even on such a new car- and the tint is incredibly effective against the heat. My car feels and looks brand new again - actually, it looks better than it did the day i picked it up from the dealership when it was new! I was referred to Studio 94 by a friend as my car had been a desperate need of good detail. This poor SUV has been abused for 4 years by our small children and drive through car washes.... Just look at the interior photo. Dark clothing had rubbed off onto the light beige colored interior and stained it, and the team at Studio 94 were able to completely restore the leather, making it look and feel plush and smooth again. The exterior of the car was FLAWLESS as well. There was water etching all over the paint from the vehicle getting blasted by sprinklers often then sitting on the sunlight - all of which are now gone. I recently got my windows tinted here, and holy smokes they do some top notch work. My windows were so perfectly tinted, the line across the top is super even, not even one bubble. The tint they use (Llumar IRX) is some of the best I've ever seen. For being a ceramic it's insane how clear it is and how natural the colors are looking through it. I'm used to the older stuff which would make things discolored and, in the case of the brand I have now on my other car(Rayno S9), hazy on off angles. This Llumar film is just leaps and bounds better visually! Plus it is the top of the line ceramic so you get that huge heat rejection! On a side note! The two cars which I have seen come out of paint correction from this place just BLEW ME AWAY! Both cars were black (one was a BMW X3 the other was a giant GMC Yukon) and were just the most incredibly inky black BLACK I've ever seen. Truly astonishing that a new car can be improved by so much by what the retailers there can accomplish. Shoutout to Brandon, Jessica, and Swanky y'all rock at what you do. So happy I found this place, my interior was very dirty and Studio94 delivered me a beautiful clean car that I could have sworn was brand new.
