I really love this place! Went here the first time for my uncles birthday, had the chicken masala, and got a bite of the burger from my mom. The food is amazing! Everything from the quality, to the authenticity, down to the taste! I went here a second time to order the masala again, just as good as it was the first time! The spice was just hot enough to enjoy but not hot enough to tear open my tastebuds! And the staff here was so polite and friendly I couldn't help but have a good time!

I've been wanting to come here for a while. Made a reservation for Friday night. Wasn't sure what to expect and Stage exceeded all expectations. Located in the new restaurant row in front of Boca Town Center and in between El Camino and Motek. There's free parking in the lot, it can get crowded but there's always a spot. As soon as I walked up to the hostess stand I was impressed. We had a nice table outside. Service was better than excellent. Our server John took good care of us and didn't miss a beat. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was amazing and attentive. Ambience as nice and the food was special Each dish was better than the one before. The menus is creative inspired Indian with some Asian fusion mixed in. A little something for everyone. We ordered 2 entrees. The Wood Grilled Spanish Octopus and the Chicken Masala. We were sharing both and started with the Octopus. It was so tender and served on top of crispy potato and with a green apple nuoc cham - a vibrant tart dipping sauce. They had me here, it was so good. The the Chicken Masala came out. This was one of the best Chicken Tikka dishes, I've had. Not too spicy and so flavorful. I was so impressed. Not only was the food and service on point, but the next morning I got an email from the restaurant thanking me for dining. Now thats excellent customer service. A fabulous addition to Mid-Boca and I can't wait to go back.

This place keeps getting better and better. After dining a few times ourselves, took my family here and was skeptical if they would enjoy it as much as we do. The hostess was sweet and allowed us to choose where we wanted to sit for happy hour. I will say that every time we have eaten here we've been told different things as to happy hour. Our first visit they told us there was happy hour but you could only sit at the bar area to get happy hour bites meanwhile you could order drinks wherever you sat. The second time we were told happy hour was offered throughout the restaurant, inside or outside. This visit they told us it was only at the bar area and high tops. We sat at the high tops and ordered a few drinks. Our server, Jon, was great and reassured us of our order. I want to express my sincerest appropriation of him to tell us the lunch menu would be changing to their dinner menu by 4pm and he allowed us the opportunity to graze over both menus while we decided (thank you again so much Jon!) we ordered the green chickpea hummus to share along with the oysters which were decent. As far as main dishes I have been eager to try the butter chicken and it did not disappoint! My other family members ordered the Korean BBQ ribs which were spicy but delicious. And 2 of my other family members ordered the happy hour smash burger which they said was incredible. For dessert ordered an espresso martini which was blended so well by the bartender, Enrique. Overall, I love this place because you can truly seem to get a diverse food experience. We had American, Mediterranean, Indian and Asian. The drinks are phenomenal (which I didn't take too many photos this time around since on by previous reviews contained majority of them). The staff here are really pleasant and feel like they value their customers. Another perk is that they're on InKind (please, please, please keep on there!) I noticed at the bottom of my receipt there is a 3% surcharge when you pay from a credit card which using InKind eliminates that fee for customers. Definitely will be returning!

Food: Wow. Wow wow wow. Also, wow. The flavors were, in a word, intense... one dish (the Plantain Chaat) was too delicious for words. There are simply not enough Indian restaurants in Boca and it's great to have a new goto. Everything had depth, interesting layers, and savory intensity (really for lack of a better word); we'll be back to try the deserts, but were just too full the first time around! Service: Extremely friendly, very helpful with recommendations, quick to bring out orders, and absolutely no rush to clear you out the door, just relaxing and pleasant from beginning to end; my only criticism was that the water glasses were set lip down on the outdoor tables when we arrived, which keeps the bugs out but unfortunately coats the lip with whatever was on the table and/or on the last rag that wiped the table down - and the linen napkins were coldly wet from a recent light shower... outdoor tables should be set once a party is seated if the canopy isn't 100%. Ambiance: a very smartly decorated spacious eating area with a classic back-lit bar along the west wall and a spacious patio overlooking the flower and fountain area, all set along with three other trendy restaurants (all of which were extremely busy)

I've noticed people discover Stage when they come to the area to enjoy one of the other spots, and it's so crowded that they gravitate to the excellent ambiance of this fantastic place. While I do like the other eateries in this small complex, this place has the most impressive chow. Stopped by a couple of times the past few weeks, craving the Spicy Cheese Naan at the bar with a glass of Tempranillo... a match made in heaven! All the food is outstanding, a comfortable bar, and excellent, friendly service. I love everything about Stage.

If you're still thinking about trying out Stage Kitchen in Boca Raton, go now, before the crowds of foodies catch on. This place deserves the spotlight, and it's only a matter of time before everyone discovers it. This is not just an overflow option for when Motek is fully booked. Stage stands completely on its own as a destination restaurant. The space is beautiful, with plenty of shaded seating both indoors and outdoors, making it perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. The menu offers a mild fusion of Indian cuisine, but in a very approachable way. If you're someone who usually avoids Indian food because of heavy curry flavors, you'll appreciate how balanced and subtle everything is. We ordered several dishes and every one of them impressed. The tuna bomb was outstanding, the local beets, and the shredded Pachadi house salad which is now officially one of my favorite salads anywhere. We also had the patatas bravas (a bit more Spanish-inspired), which were crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. We were three people sharing dishes, tapas style. And then there was dessert. The incredibly luscious Date Cake, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that melted perfectly into the warm sweetness. Absolutely amazing and the perfect way to finish the meal. Everything we tried was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. Stage is a restaurant worth checking out.

Ate at Stage for my birthday dinner and the meal was superb! The restaurant encourages a sort of tapas style of ordering so that you can try as much as possible with different flavors and combinations. The servers are all very attentive and sitting outside or inside is definitely the move. Definitely check out their happy hour and their specials such as the roll the die special. So fun and so unique! Will definitely be back to try out more items! Such an amazing night!

    SPICY CHEESE NAAN

I'm not sure I can suggest this place, as the service does not match the high prices. Came for dinner and 15 minutes after arriving the place was packed. We were sat promptly and then waited and waited. The manager came over and asked if we were waiting for water, I said we were waiting for menus. He brought them over and a man appeared who said he was our waiter. A few minutes later a woman appeared and said she was our waiter. Ok?! She took the order and suggested two apps that go well together. The Spicy Naan arrived which was great, and really is spicy, but the Plantain Chaat which complemented it did not arrive. Eventually it came out. Both were really good, although $14 for naan with cheese? Then we sat and waited some more. The waitress came over and said "How was everything? Did you want to order dessert?. I explained the entrees never came. She looked confused and hurried away. Then the food came flying out. I had the butter chicken masala, which was a huge portion, but I've had better in NYC for $10 than this for $28. Then a third man appeared (what happened to the woman???) and he asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. We said no. He plopped down a device and said pay when you want. 2 drinks, 2 entrees, 2 apps = $150.00. Not worth it. Beautifully designed space. Cool vibes. I'm not sure if it's a design flaw, but I was sitting right next to my friend and could hardly hear her.

Easy, free parking. Safe neighborhood. Friendly and efficient service. Amazing flavors and food. Oysters were nicely dressed, flavorful. The lamb kebob was maybe one of the best I've had. The tamarind date chutney with black truffle naan was amazing. Honestly I loved every bite but one, the last one. The pumpkin chai sorbet (appreciate the nine flavor option) was a bit too strong with the flavor for me. Otherwise, it's a beautiful indoor, outdoor restaurant. Perfect on a cool night. Nice decor.

Stage Kitchen & Bar opened March 2025; friends made Saturday evening reservations & included us. It's across from the Boca Town Mall off Butts Road with valet & lots of free parking in back. It's nestled between Mediterranean Motek & Mexican El Camino. Michelin Chef Pushkar Marathe is a nominated James Beard chef from Nagpur, India, he was trained in Switzerland. In 2020, he opened Stage Kitchen in Palm Beach Gardens with partner Andy Dugard. Andy was a hospitality major from Liverpool who worked for Disney before joining Stage. Then came Ela Curry & Cocktails serving Indian street food & regional dishes, then Mango Mercado, a grab-and-go market with ready made breakfast & lunch sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. There were outdoor tables as well as seating inside. The small-plates menu, offers international & fusion flavors with fresh & local ingredients that come together in vital, new & very flavorful way. The dinner menu was broken up into hot & cold snacks, vegetables & grains, meats & fish, breads & chutneys and two cuts of steak. I started with Palm Beach Problems a refreshing gin cocktail with blood orange, watermelon, grapefruit, ginger, rosemary & club soda. We began by sharing the smoked fish dip with tortilla chips. Our 4 spicy tuna bombs were interesting with spicy soy green goddess avocado, semolina puri & spicy soy sauces. The bang bang cauliflower had some interesting flavors; mushrooms, paneer, mint & cilantro. We were wowed by the grilled oysters with chorizo butter, grilled lemon, and herbed Panko. We dipped the naan into amazing green chickpea hummus with an olive tapande, and Zaatar. The triple chocolate cookies & the warm sticky toffee date cake was the best dessert I think I've ever had. Zoya our Bulgarian waitress was on point. The restaurant is beautiful. It's like sitting on the west coast. There were fans & heat lamps outdoors to keep us comfortable. I can't wait to come back!

Food was delicious! My table shared a bunch of appetizers and everything had a very unique flavor combinations and everything tasted excellent. I can tell a lot of thought and care went into this menu and the chefs were great at their job. I went during happy hour and they had a great selection of both drinks and bites offered for a reasonable price. We had a number of wait staff take care of us, some better than others, but overall our food was served timely and they were all accommodating and assistive with questions. Only complaint is we ordered a spicy appetizer (which was delicious) but we were without water for a good amount of time and had to flag down a wait staff to serve us water. I understand restaurants and staff get busy, but we went during slow hours before happy hour got very busy . But the guest services manager, Yanelle, made our experience amazing! She was extremely personable and took a lot of care for her job. She gave us appetizer recommendations and we were wowed by everything we ate. The restaurant itself was beautiful! Everything from the food to the ambiance of the restaurant was aesthetically pleasing.

**Vegetarian Friendly** Unique restaurant snuggled between El Camino and Motek outside Boca Town Centre Mall. Much larger restaurant than expected with a sizeable patio. Great place for a large group! The staff was knowledgeable on vegetarian options (rare for south florida!) We were impressed with the number of vegetarian options available - and they could even make their Butter Chicken entree with paneer instead. Our Order: (1) Great Pretender Mocktail - described as light and refreshing but was overly sweet due to the hibiscus, therefore did not enjoy (2) Black Gold Fashioned - their spin on an old fashion, but was overly sweet due to the housemade syrup (3) Plantain Chaat - I've never seen this before, and was delicious! The sweetness of the plantains balances the tangy yogurt. (4) Bang Bang Cauliflower - crispy and tangy! Really liked the variation that it included other vegetables than just cauliflower. (5) Truffle Brie Grilled Cheese - crispy and gooey, however the mango sauce was too sweet with the brie. Truffle flavor is mid but muted between the brie and mango sauce. (6) Spicy Cheese Naan - indian spin on a cheese quesadilla, excellent spice flavor but was too cheesy for our taste. It needs a dipping sauce. (7) Pistachio and Saffron Gelato - the gelato is made in house and the flavors rotate. You can taste the pistachio (doesn't have an artificial flavor) but couldn't taste saffron. Overall, we would be back. PS: The online menu is small compared to the actual menu.

Unfortunately, someone in management apparently looked at a perfectly good menu item that customers actually enjoyed and thought, "You know what? Let's get rid of that." The potatoes were the reason I came back. Crispy, flavorful, and somehow capable of making any meal better. Now they're gone, replaced by disappointment and confusion. I asked if they would be coming back and was told to write a review. For now, it seems these potatoes have been permanently exiled for reasons known only to the menu gods. The rest of the meal was fine, but it's hard to enjoy anything when you're mourning the loss of what was clearly the star of the show. Removing your best side dish is a bold strategy. Let's see if it pays off. Until the potatoes return, I'll likely be spending my dining budget at establishments that haven't declared war on happiness.

Although it has a beautiful menu of wines and spirits, we stuck to their filtered water, and asked KC for any recommendations for lunch. Prior to my order, I mentioned a dietary restriction and KC promptly went to the kitchen to make an inquiry. I ordered the trout with lentil ragout, and my husband ordered a margarita pizza. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with unintrusive music, and we really did enjoy getting to know KC as he made sure that we were satisfied with every plate. Maybe it's quieter outside but those tables are right next to the street. We had to yell to hear each other. Our server Sebastian was so pushy and constantly upselling us. As soon as we sat down, he asked whether we wanted still or sparkling water, but that question should always have 3 options: still, sparkling, or tap? He then recommended the signature omakase, the most expensive thing on the menu. When he came back to take our order, he made a big pitch of today's rib special. When my husband ordered the 8-piece nigiri, he pushed us to upgrade to the 12-piece option. As we were eating, he asked us what else we wanted to order. We ordered $130 of food for 2 people...seriously? We hadn't even finished yet to gauge if we were still hungry. I know that tips are a percentage of the bill, but you would've thought this kid was getting a commission on top of his tip or something. It rubbed us the wrong way. The tuna crispy rice was $5 per piece and the rice was weirdly chewy. Wouldn't order it again. The nigiri were the highlight of the meal. Each piece felt balanced and the sushi rice was good. We ordered 3 rolls: toro toro, scallop, and yellowtail. All were forgettable and expensive for what they were. The yellowtail roll was bland, which is probably why there's a chili ponzu sauce to go with it because otherwise all you can taste is pear, which isn't a flavor I'm looking for in sushi. We ended our meal with scallop tacos, which were good but microscopic and pricey ($17 for 2 tacos). Each one is a bite and a half. It took a while to flag down Sebastian for the bill, so we were stuck in the din of the restaurant for longer than we liked. If the restaurant's filling up, wouldn't you want to turn our table and seat new guests? My husband made a note on the res that it was my birthday, but it was ignored. Maybe we would've had a better experience with a different waiter, but this was a disappointing meal and service.
