The place is gorgeous. The first time we ate there the food was good but a little over the top pricewise for what you get. Four of us went again Friday night. We popped for $400 for dinner for four of us which is good money in these parts and some of the food was cold and just so so. I would like to go back but it a big price to pay for an inconsistent place just for the ambiance. They seem to be packing the place so maybe we just had a bad night. read more

Another outstanding night at the Inn , 7 of us had a 3 course meal along with cocktails , coffee and after dinner drinks . Old Fashioned made by Andrew was on point ! Very disappointed with my first experience at the Stage Coach Inn. The food was good, but I wouldn't say spectacular. For an establishment that calls itself a "fine dining" restaurant, this certainly was not. I ordered a bottle of white wine and when the server brought it to the table, immediately opened it and started pouring without showing me the bottle or letting me taste it. I've been to many restaurants and this has never happened to me before. Terrible service and also, the wine was way too cold as if it was in the freezer before it was served. White wine should be chilled, not freezing cold. My sense is, they are under staffed and have not hired experienced servers. For the price customers are paying, the quality of food and service should be much better. read more

My husband and I went to the Stagecoach Inn last night for their Burger Special. We were extremely disappointed! We ordered medium rare and both were well done and had absolutely no flavor. The french fries were so cold and hard you could lose a tooth! We think they were under staffed and realized they knew we were not happy when they never asked us if everything was alright. Extremely disappointed. We entered today for brunch, for our first visit to the Stage Coach. We are greeted by a nice host and then seated. We asked to see the drink menu and he brought it immediately, then poured us some water. Within a few minutes we had decided on appetizer, entree and drinks. A waitress walked passed us multiple times, almost looking like she was avoiding interaction, we were one of three tables in the screened in outside area, so the restaurant was not busy. We talked about the property and the possibility if the food was on point about maybe having our 2019 Wedding Brunch there. The same waitress walked passed us two more times again avoiding interaction, as we obviously were ready to order for some time. No one came and finally 15 minutes later we decided to leave. We decided to go down the road to Limoncello and had the BEST meal, drinks and the service was above and beyond superb! I give Limoncello 5 stars and ZERO for the Stage Coach Inn. read more

Beautifully restored bed and breakfast in the Village of Goshen with the option of outdoor seating. I have visited here twice so far: once for happy hour under the tent on Fridays, and another time for dinner with friends on the patio. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we were not rushed. The white wine sangria was very tasty. I enjoyed the beet & feta salad as an appetizer and duck confi for an entree. My husband loved the duck sausage appetizer and the pork chop entree. Arrived a bit early meeting a friend for lunch and entered into a lovely reception area. I was greeted and welcomed to sit wherever I wished to wait. I selected a most comfortable upholstered seat with a clear view to look for my dates arrival. We were seated to lunch in a garden room full of windows and tables covered in crisp linens and beautiful flowers. Our server delighted at our request to tour the Inn prior to ordering. As we strolled the rooms she shared interesting facts and answered our questions. The menu offered many choices and what we selected was delicious. We skipped desert ending with tea and coffee. The atmosphere was incredible, the food was amazing and overall a wonderful unexpected experience so close to home. We can't wait to return and dine outside on the new terrace. read more

My husband and I went to this restaurant last night for the first time. The place is stunning. It is warm, comfortable and cozy. The rooms are spectacular and inviting. We sat in the solarium. We met Kayla our server who was knowledgable , professional and friendly. We had specialty cocktails which were delicious. Our problem was the special, which was dried age prime rib. It was 3 slices of meat on top of each other ( my husband had 2 ). My husband ask for medium rare, which Kayla stated that's how the chef will make sure it is. The top slice was medium but under it was not. It was tasty but I felt like it was Sunday and this special was going on since Friday, and this was the last of the meat. We ate it, probably should had sent it back. There was another table in the room and someone else ordered the prime rib and she sent her's back. The problem was there was no value. It was $39 and not worth it at all. My husband and I both agreed that we will give this restaurant another chance. It did get good reviews for the menu items. read more
