Save your money. My carpet is only 2 years old. They didn't clean it at all, just soaked everything In my house. I have a six year old who enjoys Crayola washable paint and they said " it's permanent it's not coming out". I also had my capeta cleaned a year ago for only $250 and all the paint came out then, so I know this time it was just a scam for them to avoid actually cleaning the carpet in detail. I had to throw a fit to get them to come back and do a detailed job and even then they cut corners and didn't finish. On top of that they almost double charged what they had originally quoted me. I asked them to honor their quote and they said " we don't like actually know what it's going to cost so that's why it's more". So unprofessional and scammy if you ask me! I would not recommend the service. I was excited to get our couches cleaned, so we had set an appointment with another company but I got the numbers mixed when I was calling around to get estimates, so I accidentally called this company thinking it was the one I had scheduled with and asked them to reschedule my appointment since I had company coming over and in any moment he did not mention that I did not had an appointment set up with them instead he went along and schedule me for an appointment, when their employee arrived and quoted me $395 to get my love and couch set clean, so I was like they had quoted me around $200 so I went ahead and approved hoping that my couches were going to look amazing with this price and NOPE I was so disappointed, when he was done my couches literally looked the same just wet. I called and spoke to the owner and he told me to give them a couple of hours more so they could fully dry and I did and they still looked the same. I honestly felt like my couches were just wet no difference what so ever. Maybe it's the material that they are made off but maybe if I would of gotten a heads up not to expect any difference I would of not paid so much. So the employee came to pick up my cushions so they could work on them in their shop, he asked how many did I want cleaned I said all of them so he took them and brought them back a couple of days later but I would thought that they were going to redo the entire couches but to my surprise it wasn't like that.. After a 'visiting' dog did a liquid mess on my expensive area rug, a rug cleaning company I used recommended Stain Busters. (The first company did not handle stains.) Though Stain Busters gave me no guarantee as they took the rug away, the rug came back almost perfect. They even got out some small stains that a previous, well regarded company could not get out. My rug looks almost brand new (20 years old). I dealt with two different men, on the pickup and delivery, and they were both professional and friendly. The only negative I can mention is that if you do use a credit card to pay for the service, they do tack on a 2% extra charge. They couldn't get all the stains out of the couch, which I kind of expected, since they were year old chocolate and red wine stains. Overpriced and very unprofessional group there.. rockys son came out to clean my basement carpets. Didn't even get the only stain out, then proceeded to destroy my lawn and leave huge ruts. We bought 1 carpet from an antique dealer, it is a heavy Asian wool 9x11 area rug. It was on the floor and not cleaned for at least 1 year. I decided to drop my area rugs off to be cleaned and when I was getting ready to leave my car battery died.
