The first time which was three years ago we had all the carpet in the house cleaned before we moved in. They came out very quickly as they knew we wanted to get moved. I've been using Fair Oaks Carpet Cleaning for years and they do an outstanding job! First, they're quick to call you back if they miss your call. Then they're very accommodating to fit your schedule including coming out on a Saturday if you need them in a pinch. We have white carpet in our living room and have a full time live-in-the-house dog. The combination isn't always a good thing. As a result, this carpet needs a lot of TLC. It's amazing the difference with just a good cleaning. It looks like new carpet. They're using state-of-the-art equipment that really gets in there and brings the carpet back to life. This is a great company...came out even with the chance of knowing the carpet was to far gone for cleaning, but came out to give estimate anyway...the quote was high and we did opt to get new carpet but got to say the staff was super nice, super informative about carpet and came out to check the carpet anyways! We have used Fair Oaks Carpet Care for years and we will not use anyone else. Our tenants had another big name company clean the carpet this time and we had to have it redone by Fair Oaks Carpet care. The big name company left way too much soap and water in the carpet, if we had left it that way it would have ruined the carpet. I highly recommend Fair Oaks Carpet Cleaning. The carpets look great. They were able to come the same day which was important as we are hosting a bridal shower. They charged the amount they quoted over the phone. I had set up an appointment with another company and received a quote of $79. When they got here they said that my living room would be charged as two rooms and it would cost $150. And if I wanted deep shampooing that would be extra. Munir was extremely knowledgeable and even gave me great tips to prevent future water issues. We just used Fair Oaks Carpet Cleaning for the first time (moving into our new home) and I am very impressed. I spoke with Maria when I called to get a quote and she was so nice and helpful, answering all of my questions and just making me feel really comfortable as a client. She gave me a quote range that was realistic and assured me that no extra charges would be thrown at us when they arrived to clean. She said we could opt for a sealer if we wanted to, and gave me the cost per room (which was a great price), but that there was absolutely no pressure (and there wasn't). Munir came to clean our carpets and, like his wife, was so nice. I love supporting family business and this one has definitely earned my repeat business! I recently used a different carpet cleaner for our rental who quoted me one thing, and when they arrived they said there were spots on the carpet that would need stain treatment which more than doubled my quote - not cool! I just needed my carpets cleaned..that was all...no big deal. So I threw a dart at the phone book...Fair Oaks Carpet Cleaning. Great. Called the number...and thus began probably the best service experience I've had with any business ever. The lady who answered the phone was genuine, professional, ANDlanded the quote to within five dollars. I needed the work done on VERY short notice...essentially a few hours later, and it was already 4:00p.m. "NO PROBLEM! We can help! " And there they were, on time like a Swiss watch! Professional in every imaginable way...punctuality, appearance, customer service, and end result. GET THIS...I wasn't done packing yet, and I had to be out that night. THEY HELPED ME PACK!!!
