I highly recommend Stain Busters Carpet Cleaning. I used Stain Busters recently to clean wall-to-wall carpets in our guest bedroom and on our stairway. I also had two wool area rugs cleaned, a large (9 x 12), pale rug and a smaller, red, bokhara-style Afghan runner with white fringe. The wall-to-wall carpeting looked beautiful after cleaning. Although there were no obvious stains, the carpeting had become generally soiled and dingy. Now it looks new. The large area rug also had a lot of general soiling, as well as dog fur and a faint canine odor. It is back to its original condition, and completely fresh. Most impressively, the red runner was restored to its former beauty. This was quite a feat, since I had damaged this valuable rug by trying to hose off some dog poop that my husband had tracked in and squished into the rug. In the process, some of the red dye leached into the fringe, turning it pink. Now the fringe is white again. This was a very skilled cleaning. The owner, Dave, clearly cares about his business. Customer service is excellent: timely appointments, personable client relations, good information about cleaning and care of carpets, and pick-up and drop-off of cleaned area rugs. I promise you when I say that Stain Busters is MAGIC! Dave that owns the company treats these stains likes it's a science. After having many quotes from other company's and as they walked away leaving me hanging with a lot of doubt. Dave cracked the code and was extremely confident and hopeful that he could get the stain out. I have twins, I have a light tan couch, and they had an explosion. Let's just say you can only flip your cushion so many times. Dave got the stains out and made my couch squeaky clean and brand new again. He also recommended that I would need the protective spray for any liquids to roll off the fabric. He worked with me in price being the great guy he is. So thankful for his hard work and kind heart. About a week later he heard from me again. I spilled a drink on a white fabric chair. I was unable to drive down the mountain to bring him the chair. He kindly offered to come pick it up at my house if I needed the help. This same day he picked it up, cleaned the chair brand spanking new, and surprised me with it on my front porch. This was the greatest gift ever knowing that the stain had come out, and the best gift of all is that he did it all out of the kindness of his heart. Once again I will not go anywhere else. Stain Busters is fantastic. I highly recommended them for all your carpets and I trust no one else with my area rugs some wool and some silk, they pick them up and take them to their shop that is very nice making sure they come out perfect. I have 3 dogs of my own but often have many visiting. Recently one who was sick blowing out all over a wool area rug and my whole bed room including blood. I have had all kinds of bad messes, I was embarrassed to call. I really did not think they could fix it but they did. I also have a home in Truckee with all white carpets. I have had every stain possible from party's, pets and lots of kids. They look new. They are always nice and safe with my dogs. I trust them to come in even when I can't be home. I had several wool rugs throughout my house that needed cleaning. Stain Busters came and picked up the rugs (they had already been rolled up, except one), and even lifted a heavy bed frame and mattress to get up one of the rugs. Stain Busters would have rolled up the rugs themselves, but I had already done that not knowing this! They took the rugs away, and within less than 2 weeks the rugs were back at my house. Stain Busters delivered the rugs, set them up where they belonged, including moving furniture and putting rug pads back down. I elected to get the optional stain resistant treatment on 3 of the rugs that get the most foot traffic, and so far so good. The rugs look beautiful, good as new. Actually, better than new because now with the stain resistant treatment they will stay cleaner longer. Stain Busters is professional, I had no qualms about having them come into my home. I always hate having my carpets cleaned becuase I always seem to get upsold once the carpet cleaners arrive. if its not the additional unforseen expenses then its the extra carpet protector stuff. I always wonder how carpet cleaners can advertise such low prices and then I find out how...upsell! Heard some good things about Dave from Stainbusters so I decided to try him. It was crazy...he gave me a rough idea on cost over the phone, came out to measure and give me an exact price, and actually just did the job for what he quoted me. Highlights: clean cut people, timely, did a great job, did I say they were on time? I have used carpet cleaners before but the stains always seem to come back after a couple weeks. Dave, the owner, was referred to me so I called and had him come out. Stain Busters cleaned all the floors in my house and did amazing job. My travertine looks brand new again and my carpet sparkles.
