Washer/ Dryer installed but breaker would not stay in on position, call Crowe , ( upset) on a SINDAY, and a fella answered who clearly knew what was going on. The installer combined natural & ground ( not unusual) nevertheless it needed to be separate per Crowe. Ok, corrected all works. SOOOO I would give Crowe a 9.5 and only reason not a 10 is because they are very expensive. Three guys got a 1 man maybe 2 job and not sure length of Romex/ BX type cable correct .
