    My new thermostat.

    Thanks Jack for fixing my new thermostat and his parter. I won't to give them 10 stars. Running great my heater and my a/c.

    This was eight hours AFTER Jack said it was "fixed." It never even got up to 70 degrees. It was 8:17 pm.

    My rental house is in Central, CA, where the temperatures flip over 100 degrees from summer to winter. It was over 100 degrees a lot during the summer, and now it is below freezing. This company was assigned to us by American Home Shield August 8th. We had no A/C in Aug. and Sept. (it was 114 degrees when I was there in Sept.) and to date (Dec. 28th,) now there is still no heat! They didn't start any work until Nov. 11th (waiting for the unit?), and nope - wrong frame. They came back Dec. 8th with the frame they made, and I had to pay them $3114.00 BEFORE they put the unit on the roof. What do you know? They were missing another part (and kept my money.) They came back Dec. 16th - missing another part. Dec. 19th - now it needs a thermostat which he doesn't have. It was 60 degrees (at best) in the house and the 11-year-old son has to sleep in bed with dad for body-heat! I bought them three space-heaters, which blew circuits and cost me another $275. to get that fixed (not by Standlee.) I don't know which one, but one of the workers that came to the house didn't want my renter watching him do anything and threatened to walk off the job if my renter made a video of them putting the A/C on the roof with the crane. What the hell? I asked my renter to video it because I live 300 miles away and I was just curious about how it was done. Damn I paid for the crane!!! ! Immediate Air Solutions was supposed to come back Dec. 21st, and then I got an email Dec. 20th saying they'd come Dec. 22nd. I wrote a very PISSED-OFF email to the company, and the owner, Nichole called me the next morning. She said they'd honor their Dec. 21st date. She said the unit was "new" and she apologized for the excessive delay. Dec. 21st, they needed yet, you guessed it, another part, so it was scheduled for AFTER Christmas, Dec. 27th. After the heater didn't get fixed (again) in time for Christmas, I set my renters up with an AirBnB (another $1300.00), so they didn't have to freeze for Christmas. If I was in that house, I'd be furious! I'm not living in that house and I'm still furious. On Dec. 27th, Jack came out around noon, he supposedly put in some part, told the wife they had been having problems with this particular part "burning out, and he had six more to replace. He also told her everything was fixed and the job was done (after about two to three minutes of op-testing the thermostat.) The house (1500 sq ft.) only got up to 68 degrees by 8:17 pm! This job is BS and it's not fixed. I called AHS to file a complaint last night! I hoped after talking to Nichole last week this job might actually get completed with competent technicians and/or new units (like she told me there were), NOT refurbished garbage! "Immediate" Air Solutions are anything but immediate ("immediate" doesn't mean four months later, and it still doesn't work), because neither my renters nor I deserve this. Unfortunately, we have to step this up to the next level.

    Both Mike and Will did a great job installing the new 4 ton unit. Arrived at 8 and by 2 everything was complete. Packed out all the trash and debris that was created.

    Despite the heat these guys still get up in the attic and on the roof rain or shine Standlee does what they can to get your A/C working

    We had our heating and air conditioning go out and tried to contact a few different repair…read morecompanies with many unable to come out for weeks or not even get back to us. We contacted Comfort Now and were able to easily use their online chat. Once we officially set up the authorization, we were contacted and on our way to having someone show up to our house. Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. We are pleased, have heat and we're going to be calling Comfort Now for all of our service needs. Thank you Daniel and Israel!

Our first experience in the spring was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman worked incredibly hard, and was very thorough In terms of reviewing the AC And all of the units inside. We decided to sign up for the yearly membership which was cheaper than calling them out on an individual basis. We just had our second appointment for the winter and it was a new gentleman, but he was equally as caring, intuitive and hard-working as the first gentleman. We've really been impressed with the service along with the quality and care from the company. They have been incredibly reliable for us. I highly recommend them!
