Stanley Steemer was the most professional company I've ever had in my home. They showed up on time and the technicians were professional and friendly. They cleaned my tile and grout as well as some rugs and my sofa. All jobs were performed to my satisfaction( and I can be quite picky) and their prices were competitive. I always heard my friends say positive things about this company but now that I have used Stanley Steemer I can now speak for myself. If your looking for old fashion service then I recommend this company that sets itself apart from all the rest. Oh and by the way, while they were at my home I found out they are now the leaders in the field of mold remediation as well as rip outs and reconstruction. Stanley Steemer was great from beginning to end. I was able to book online which was super easy. Then, there was a confirmation call the day before my service. The guys got there on time, made great recommendations, cleaned out the a/c vents, applied the UV light and then coated them to prevent any bacterial growth. They even vacuumed when they were done. Stanley Steemer will quote you a price and when they arrive they tell you it was just an estimate. They will then change the price with a pen on the printed document. When I spoke to the rep from Stanley Steemer, she had the nerve to say " I looked it up and in the dictionary the definition of quote is estimate" I think not. They overcharged by $60. Well exceeded my expectations. Had terrible pet urine stains I didn't even know were there until we were moving. I went back to check the carpets a few days after the cleaning and the carpet was dry to make sure the stains didn't come back. The carpets were 100% stain free. Phenomenal job. I got my tiles cleaned and sealed which the sealer they offer. I do not see any big difference between Stanley Steamer cleaning and normal cleaning we usually do in our home by ourselves.
