The technician came out, did a thorough inspection and determined that we had no leak. The issue was the water heater. We had a new one installed recently and it was the tank that allowed water to ebb and flow. There was as much water going out as there was going in. Very typical of new water heaters. The typical charge was $395, but because they found no leak and was only there an hour, we were charged only $250 for a service call. Highly recommend!!

I was nervous about the older cement pipes because I had been told that hydro-jetting could damage weak points in the line. When I called, Ron explained his targeted approach, increasing water pressure to cut directly at the roots (after visually inspecting problem spots with his camera). He was prompt and his rig and equipment were impressive (both technologically and with their pristine condition). He is a phenomenal professional!
