The worst service ever! Came here to return some ink and the cashier was very very grumpy. He kept saying if you returned this earlier today I would be able to do it because I would have to wait for the manager to come and bring the cash to you. He was like the other thing is that we have to do inventory and it's easier to do it if you went back to the other location. He gave me a really hard time to return my stuff and kept nagging on and on. On the receipt, it says "easy returns". Yeah right, super pathetic. read more

NEVER waste time going to this store! I went during lunch for their 110% price match to a couple of items STAPLES had on sale this week. I showed the ad, showed valid sale dates, and they 110% would not match it. I went in 110% happy about getting a couple of good deals, and left 110% pi$$ed off and empty handed. SO, i rarely review corporations and chain entities. SO i will simple review the people and workers and my expierence. I walk in to get some copies of a project i was working on and as soon as i walked in two young ladies helped me out and helped me out with everything. I ask my questions , and they where answered. Good work ethics , no blah blah blah or any high valued worker attitude. Just simple service . They even took care of mu order that same day. Within 10 mins. incredible. This place has bad employees who give attitude when I asked for help. I went there to get ink for my printer but I didn't know where the ink section was so I asked this guy and he was in front of this place with a bunch of security box that looks like it for cameras NOT INK. And he gave me a dirty look and said it is next to the place he is standing. And I was like....never seen ink in a security box before to my mom while the guy working at the ink section keeps giving me attitude even . When I am there to support the damn store. I don't think I will go to this store anymore after this event. read more

Josh was the supervisor that assisted me... and made no effort to service just flat out said no. Here is what transpired: In December my store upgraded our office printer. I have a national account through my employer and order directly online and the same gentleman delivers every order. I ended up utilizing the frequently ordered tab on my account and placed an order for an ink cartridge I no longer need (2 actually, because you never know when you may run out and someone in the office doesn't communicate). I called the location that was closest to my home and inquired about returning a printer ink cartridge new and sealed and was told by that manager that typically there is a 14 day return policy for the type of item I was returning. However, he would gladly have me come in and see if I could get some type of credit for it to use in store. I came in to this location since it's closest to my place of business and also because I was in need of receipt paper for my store. In hopes of returning the ink cartridge and using any credit towards receipt paper, I made the drive here. The nice female cashier didn't know how to do a return in this situation and called Josh over. Josh stated he can only do it with an order number. And it would be credited in the form of payment originally purchased with. No exception since it's considered "electronic", no effort ..a flat "NO". I mentioned that I simply wanted to return and then apply towards the other item. "NO". I've been in retail management for 21 years. Never is anything final, FINAL. There are ways to accommodate, and make things right. I was returning an item that cost $68.29 online & wanted to buy receipt paper that costs 60.01 online. Nothing more, nothing less. I was not mean, I didn't yell, I was polite and I walked out of there with nothing than an item that is intact that could be sold at full retail value and all I wanted to do was have a great experience and still be able to take care of my business. read more

Went into staples to make copies for my work portfolio and for some reason the copies were printing really tiny on the pages. Amy approached me and asked if I was doing okay. I explained to her what was happening with the pages and she took care of it!!! Amy is extremely helpful super sweet!! read more

Came here to fax my tax papers to my CPA. The people that work here are friendly and very helpful, however, It took me 15 minutes to fax 10 pages of paper. I guess no one really faxes stuff these days, but from how I remember, it never took me more than a minute to fax a page even 10 years ago. also it costed me $13 and some change to fax 10 pages. read more

Please don't go to this staples or at least don't do any returns with them! I returned a pack of mailing envelopes that were $18.31 and the return went through and I just had to wait for the money to be transferred into my bank account. The money appeared in my account the next day so to my mistake I figured everything was finished but I was wrong. After 4 days my bank account showed that the money was removed from my account by staples so they took back the money for the return that I made and they still have the item that I returned so I was scammed out of my money! Unfortunately I was under the impression that everything had been finalized and I typically shred my receipts to get rid of any papers with my personal information on it. They had taken the money out of my account and I unfortunately am unable to go confront them since I shredded my return receipt and don't have proof that I made the return which is unfortunately was my mistake to shred the receipt. Please don't do any returns at this store I really don't want any to be scammed out of their money like I was! read more

How can a store justify charging $8.15 to fax 5 pages to a local number? They should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers in such a manner. In no manner can they link any sort of that price compensation to the service provided. I see now why so many Staples are closing their doors, you simply cannot keep a customer base when you treat them so badly as if they are simply there to take advantage of. Shame on them! read more

I went in here ready to buy a laptop but they treated me so shabbily that I walked out on them. They left me waiting in the computer aisle for 15 minutes while they went to check if they had the laptop in stock. You don't leave a customer, who is trying to spend money, hanging for 15 minutes. The salesman was a complete douchebag as well. He openly scoffed at me for wanting to purchase the cheapest laptop they had, and told me that "I didn't know what I was doing." Thanks pal. As a salesman you obviously don't know what you're doing. If you did you would have sold me the computer that I had fully intended to buy. read more

Although this Staples is the closest to my business, I really like coming here because the staff is friendly and attentive. The copy center has printed multiple things for us and they're always ready on time. The manager Souren is amazing! He always makes sure that I am satisfied and offers suggestions and ideas. Went to Staples to the Copy & Print section to have some Invoices printed and a company stamp made. The man behind the counter was helping a couple and never acknowledged me. After standing there approximately 10 minutes another employee came over to see if he could help. Then he realized that he did not have the knowledge to help with anything so he said I needed to wait for the one and only person behind the counter. So there I stood for another 20 minutes (that's 30 minutes total so far) with no help! Since I had so much time standing there I was noticing that the store is absolutely filthy....floors were dirty, chairs in the Copy area are all ripped up and the walls are scuffed and dirty. This is a store that I have gone to for years and now it seems that it is getting run down. I could have overlooked the filth if I could have had any kind of service. So after wasting 30 minute for nothing......I left and was mad at myself for standing there that long. My advice is don't go to the Staples in Garden Grove!! read more
