I had a last minute requirement to attach and send a very large client file to an Attorney. The file contained several documents of all different sizes and was at least 2 inches thick. I didn't have the equipment to do this myself and went to the nearest Staples to seek help with this. Ash was working the document center and offered to help. She assured me she could fit all of it in one file and did her best to keep it orderly. In no time at all, she had it completed. I had a flash drive and the copier didn't work (not reading my flash drive) so they had me on the pc which charges per minute :( 2. this place is so expensive for the service they provided, .50c for a print and $1.00 for color which is a big ripoff. 3. and for customer service forget about it. they will charge you $5.00 for the initial and then you can print.... bad business practice. read more

Had such a good experience with the copy and print department at this Staples. I came here to make a photo enlargement of my boyfriend's head so I can hold it up at his graduation. Shoutout to Amy for making the process a breeze and being fun to converse with AND for letting me pick it up after hours! I had gone to FedEx a day before to enlarge the same photo to 16 in x 16 in and that cost came out to around $12-13 printed on regular THIN STOCK PAPER. It proved too thin for my project and the paint from the poster I painted seeped through when I glued down the print I had gotten printed. So that was ruined. Staples had the same photo enlarged on BETTER HEAVYWEIGHT paper for only $10! And the photo I have is pretty pixelated so I understand blowing it up won't give me the best quality. But I'm okay with it bc it's being held up from a distance so the pixels don't really matter as much. This print enlargement came out looking much better than the one I got done at FedEx for cheaper. Great deals on back to school supplies. They always have what I need. My ekderly father can't see very good so I have to get either 1.0 mm or higher pens so he can see what he writes. Staples always has it. I like their paper deals. And try out the free membership so you can earn rewards on your purchases. WARNING: NEVER go to this Staples. I just came from this place a few hours ago and their "Technician" nor did the employees know shit. (excuse me for my language but it's the truth). My boyfriend and I were waiting for someone to ask us for help, but none of the employees did. The store was not busy at all, I got tired of waiting for an employee to walk by, so I decided to go to the cashier that had THREE employees talking about "SALES" that they have in the store! I was standing there for a few minutes till they finally decided to ring me up, but was i ready ? -NO! I had questions about the SD card i wanted to buy. First of all, I was not talking to the "Technician", my question was towards the cashier guy. It irritated me that every question I asked, the "technician" had to answer with some kind of weird tone like he knew what he was talking about. A tone to where he didn't want to try and help. He then finally walked away, I bought the SD card since I know I can always return it if I was dissatisfied with the product. After I was rung up, I asked the cashier guy "Do you guys have anyone who know about cameras and sd cards?" and he said "not really, but just that technician guy u were just talking to" and I straight up said "Really? he didn't know SHIT!!!!" and walked away. I'm sorry, but i'm such a LOYAL customer, but if I'm treated the wrong way, with such HORRIBLE customer service, I will be a BITCH customer. I WILL never go back to this place agaiN! Maybe it was a slow day or maybe the holiday season gets people to be more helpful. I stopped by to pick up a few office supplies for craft night over the holidays. The workers were hilarious, cracking jokes left and right while helping me find paper and crafty tools. I really enjoyed my time here. Only short coming was the lack of carts for heavy stuff. I usually stop in here when I have to send a return to Amazon through their UPS service. Needed a college textbook bound and covered after I accidentally spilled coffee on it and decided it needed protection. Initially tried Office Depot however they told me they couldn't cut the binder and only would bind loose leaf. Came here to Staples and while there was a small wait, I was able to bind and cover my book for $6 and pick it up in 24 hours. Upon returning the awesome lady working the print area had my book waiting. Wow. So many bad reviews. I have visited this store many times, on and off, over a period of 15 years. I can't remember any bad experience. Two weeks ago I had business cards printed and then had a second set of different business cards printed. The printing staff were more than accommodating. I went to Staples to have a book bound with a coil binder. I had to wait 3 hours for a 10-15 minute job. When I picked up my book I was blown away at the lousy job she did. I actually said to the Clerk: "Did you feel when you finished this that you did a good job??" She didn't respond. She knew it wasn't good. She did reimburse me for my book and didn't charge me for the horrible work~that was nice, but it was poor customer service today... REALLY ...No stars. From the get go . . . Rip off . at the copy center the manager gave me the highest price first for colored copies ( a picture my kid drew that we were using as thank you cards ) . I rarely come into staples to be honest but I had to print out a 120 page document from my phone. I was clueless, besides the obvious signs in the corner for printing I wasn't sure how to get my document from my phone to the printer's. Thankfully a kind staff member was there to answer my questions as to how the process would go down. While waiting to receive my email verification another staff member asked if I needed help and kindly help me through the last few steps. While I was waiting for my stuff to print I immediately noticed all staff members with a happy friendly smile on their face. Went in to pick up an order from Alison in the print department whom is always ready to greet with a smile and professional, and was very pleased with my order. However the manager at the main register Alisa was on her cell phone when I walked in and on her phone all but 30 seconds of my visit. I thought the company policy was no cell phones on the Salesforce but apparently that only goes for associates not managers. I was also informed that only 2 stapels associates were in the building.
