I have been to this Staples store at least 5 times in the last two months. Every time upon entering the store I have been greeted with a smile and huge welcoming. I needed help with making copies which is confusing to me because I don't understand how to use the copy machines with credit cards and so many selections to chose sizes from. But every time I would come towards the printing area I was Promptly offered help without having to ask. I also had to fax some forms and I had the same help promptly and with a smile. At other stores I have visited they were always in a rush and made me feel I was wasting their time. I am glad to recommend this store to everyone who needs help with office supplies and printing needs. Ash is the young lady that made my day knowing that there are still people in this world who have the patience and ability to help older customers who need that extra assistance without getting upset when we can't do things on our own. Prices here are very reasonable. Quality of services are extremely high. Again Store personnel are very kind and knowledgeable. Store is very clean. After going to Costco and Target to try to print some photos, I found out that they no longer have those services. I was near Staples, I called and they told me that I could do that. I was greeted by a young lady in the Copy & Print section and asked me how could she help me. While we were waiting for the photos to print, I noticed that she was helping other customers with the most can do attitude. She also helped her coworker that looked like he was learning the job. When something goes awry at any business, it is rarely the workers' fault. It is the manager(s) to blame -- or if corporate policy, the buck stops at the top with the CEO or COO. The kind, young, new cashier told me yesterday that she was not allowed to quantity/x scan multiple IDENTICAL items' barcode, so when buying 10 boxes of the same type, she had to scan them one-by-one. "Can't you just 'quantity' punch" before you scan?", I kindly asked. "No, my manager won't let me do that, probably because I am new.", she politely apologized. If she is new, even more reason for her to be allowed to do this function. Thus, I will now go to Office Depot to get (70) identical items because it would waste my time at Staples to wait for all items to scan repeatedly. DUH! Real good, guys. Had such a good experience with the copy and print department at this Staples. I came here to make a photo enlargement of my boyfriend's head so I can hold it up at his graduation. Shoutout to Amy for making the process a breeze and being fun to converse with AND for letting me pick it up after hours! I had gone to FedEx a day before to enlarge the same photo to 16 in x 16 in and that cost came out to around $12-13 printed on regular THIN STOCK PAPER. It proved too thin for my project and the paint from the poster I painted seeped through when I glued down the print I had gotten printed. So that was ruined. Staples had the same photo enlarged on BETTER HEAVYWEIGHT paper for only $10! And the photo I have is pretty pixelated so I understand blowing it up won't give me the best quality. But I'm okay with it bc it's being held up from a distance so the pixels don't really matter as much. This print enlargement came out looking much better than the one I got done at FedEx for cheaper. WARNING: NEVER go to this Staples. I just came from this place a few hours ago and their "Technician" nor did the employees know shit. (excuse me for my language but it's the truth). My boyfriend and I were waiting for someone to ask us for help, but none of the employees did. The store was not busy at all, I got tired of waiting for an employee to walk by, so I decided to go to the cashier that had THREE employees talking about "SALES" that they have in the store! I was standing there for a few minutes till they finally decided to ring me up, but was i ready ? -NO! I had questions about the SD card i wanted to buy. First of all, I was not talking to the "Technician", my question was towards the cashier guy. It irritated me that every question I asked, the "technician" had to answer with some kind of weird tone like he knew what he was talking about. A tone to where he didn't want to try and help. He then finally walked away, I bought the SD card since I know I can always return it if I was dissatisfied with the product. After I was rung up, I asked the cashier guy "Do you guys have anyone who know about cameras and sd cards?" and he said "not really, but just that technician guy u were just talking to" and I straight up said "Really? he didn't know SHIT!!!!" and walked away. I'm sorry, but i'm such a LOYAL customer, but if I'm treated the wrong way, with such HORRIBLE customer service, I will be a BITCH customer. I WILL never go back to this place agaiN! Great deals on back to school supplies. They always have what I need. My ekderly father can't see very good so I have to get either 1.0 mm or higher pens so he can see what he writes. Staples always has it. I like their paper deals. And try out the free membership so you can earn rewards on your purchases. I usually stop in here when I have to send a return to Amazon through their UPS service. One of their employees always seems to notice me just standing there with the pre-pay label on the box and will help me, even with a line... taking the package and printing the receipt is a quick and uncomplicated task . Needed a college textbook bound and covered after I accidentally spilled coffee on it and decided it needed protection. Initially tried Office Depot however they told me they couldn't cut the binder and only would bind loose leaf. Came here to Staples and while there was a small wait, I was able to bind and cover my book for $6 and pick it up in 24 hours. Upon returning the awesome lady working the print area had my book waiting. Great customer service and professionalism exhibited by the staff at this Staples and I will definitely be back for future needs! read more

Two weeks ago I had business cards printed and then had a second set of different business cards printed. The printing staff were more than accommodating. I went to Staples to have a book bound with a coil binder. I had to wait 3 hours for a 10-15 minute job. When I picked up my book I was blown away at the lousy job she did. I actually said to the Clerk: "Did you feel when you finished this that you did a good job??" She didn't respond. She knew it wasn't good. She did reimburse me for my book and didn't charge me for the horrible work~that was nice, but it was poor customer service today... I usually go to Office Depot down the street, but their machine was broken. Lesson learned~I will never shop at Staples again, for anything!!!! read more

REALLY ...No stars. From the get go . . . Rip off . at the copy center the manager gave me the highest price first for colored copies ( a picture my kid drew that we were using as thank you cards ) . It wasn't until I started asking questions I found out there were more options. Then I was offered colored paper , my paper was already on a colored background ???? I guess with me saying over and over I was on a budget didn't matter to them to help me get the most for my money.
