They let me use the bathroom when I thought I might die if they didn't lol. So A++ lol Also, they diagnosed my laptop, transferred all of my info over, and recycled my laptop for me. I guess a fried internal mother board with signs of water damage isn't really cheap to fix. (Kids are no longer allowed to use my laptop without supervision, and are not allowed to have drinks near it. Lid or not. It's a no. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I brought my phone in for an easy fix. My phone vibration motor shakes…read morevery violently. Asked the guy for a fix of it. He said he'd fix easily. He told me to come back in an hour. So I did. He wasn't able to fix it because he didn't have a motor in. But said he'd order one and be able to fix it within 3 days. I said that's cool, I'll come back. In the process he broke my microphone. Brought it back to him, and he put a new one in and it worked fine. But the other microphone, the one that controls Siri, and voice messages still didn't work. So I brought it back a third time. He said I didn't do that to your phone and raised his voice at me and talked down to me. The microphone wasn't a problem til he got my phone. He refused to fix it for me. And here I am months later still with a broken microphone that the guy didn't fix. This guy isn't gonna repair your phone. He just wants to get over on people.
