    This is the location of the older gentleman that kicked me out with my service dog and its very hot out

    Older gentleman that is working at the amazon drop off station, told we can have a service dog inside the building and everyone working there saw us walk in with our dog no problem until we got to the location of the amazon drop off

    This Staples location is super convenient, with tons of helpful services under one roof. I've used it for Amazon returns (just scan your QR code, quick and easy; there usually isn't a long wait). They have Amazon pickup too, but I haven't used this feature. TSA PreCheck and passport photo services are also available, which is a huge plus. They also offer UPS shipping, and I really appreciate that they pack Amazon returns for free. Printing and tech support are available too, great for both personal and work errands. I like the option to design custom signs, banners, and posters for parties/showers and special events. Join their rewards program to earn 1 point per $1 spent in store, online, and in the app. There is plenty of parking, which makes running in and out much less stressful.

    Shout out to Megan for helping me out today! I had a mix up with getting my print order submitted online and she was able to get me in and out in quick, even though they were super busy. Side note: This location has always been great for printing and has the cheapest Christmas cards around.

    I came in to do some Amazon returns. There was a line, but it moved quickly, and the return process was super quick and easy. The store itself is clean and well organized. I'll definitely come back when I need office supplies.

    I returned an Amazon package here. Customer service was not the best. I stood waiting for a few minutes for someone to help me while the Customer Service rep stared blankly into a computer and drank from her water bottle. Felt like she could've at least said I'll be right with you. Couldn't get an expression out of our representative, no smiles, no kindness. It is important to note that my package did make it back to where it needed to go, so I guess it wasn't all that bad.

    Pros: *Good return policy and it's a great idea to get the warranty for certain products as it's worth it when something breaks down. *Jason a staffer there was helpful when no one was at the register and super prompt to help the person when someone did get to the register. He had lots of helpful tips. *use the rewards application for knowledge of deals and to get your reward credit. *los of merch for home & office Cons: *some items for sale were broken and/or was dusty & dirty. Ie storage containers and luggage on the store floor. Many deals and pricing signs were clearly marked throughout the store. I've never used the printing department so can't comment on that.

On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.
