I was ready to order dessert, but after a full ten minutes of an invisible waiter, I went to the hostess and offered to pay. She said she would send my waiter to my table. She answered every question I had, including how they cook a medium‑rare steak (every chef has their own interpretation, lol). She also gave an honest answer when I asked whether the vegetables used at dinner come from their greenhouse.
