Their space is huge and even when they are busy, it's not as cramped as another salon I know of (*coughs*: Love FX Nails). They turned me away once and told me to come back in 20 minutes if I had other errands to run (which I did) so I appreciated the fact they told me and made sure when I came back, that I got in right away. The women here are also friendly and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day at work. I usually go during the week when it's less busy and during those times, I have someone doing my pedicure and another person doing my manicure. They sit you in the big massage chairs in the back and aaaahhh. I recently got shellac and it wasn't that great (that's why I deducted a star) and started chipping after 2 days. That was also on a day when I went in on a Friday night and they were a little more busy. I got it again by another technician and it's still on after 4 days, no chips! It just depends on which tech you go to so find someone you like. They also listen to you if you have special requests with waxing. I told them exactly how I wanted my eyebrows done and they listened and did it. I've gone in a couples times and they had taken too much off but mainly because I have one eyebrow that is a little thinner than the other and have to let them know what to do to make it appear even. Many other places I've gone to have the same issue with my eyebrows so I don't hold it against them. Overall, they are a fantastic nail salon and I will never go to another place again!

They have massage chairs. I think their pedicures are really good and I have very hard thick toenails. Once I had an ingrown toenail with an infection starting and my nail tech noted my discomfort. She called over a "specialist" who was able to trim my nail gently and relieve the pain and prevent a bad paronychia. There are many techs and, with one exception, they all did a nice job. I don't think they do any really creative nail art but I would recommend for a basic manicure or pedicure.

I thought I would try it again even though I noticed the salon was very slow and there was new people in there. Made an appointment at 11:00 and no one bothered to help me for an hour. Against my better judgment I stayed. I've never seen a nail tech not be able to put tips on straight. I had to keep saying that's not straight. I wanted ombre. The nail tech would put on the powder then take it off put it on and take it off this too I've never seen. And if I wasn't so nice I would have just got up and walked out. I made the mistake of talking to my friend instead of paying attention when I left the nails were uneven crooked miss shaped and looked terrible. She charged me $70. I gasped. I will never go back again this is the worst set of nails I've had in like 30 years. The prices are generally affordable compared to other places, and I loved the wide selection of colors available. That's honestly what kept me coming back and how close it is to me. However, I've noticed a recurring issue that I can't overlook anymore. Several times, when I've asked for very small changes like shortening a nail, making a shape more even, or pointing out bubbles in the polish the responses from the nail tech have felt cold and irritated. It doesn't feel great to be made to feel like a bother when you're just politely asking for a service you're paying for to be done nicely and properly. In addition, depending on the nail tech your manicure/ pedicure longevity will change. Nail techs are typically on a call during your service disregarding that you are sitting in front of them. The overall quality is very mediocre. Example, if you get tip expect your hair to get caught between the tip and nail polish ( if you know - you know ) What really pushed me to write this review was my most recent experience. I specifically asked multiple times if a certain service would cost extra, and the nail tech reassured me that it would not. However, as soon as the nail tech finished the step ( that in fact did have an additional cost) , she told me it was going to cost more. Literally as soon as she finished gluing the tip. The nail tech immediately advised me it was an additional cost. I found that strange, because she told me immediately after she finished glue and drying the tip. Not during check out - but immediately after gluing the tip. It felt sneaky and dishonest, especially because I had asked ahead of time several times if it would cost more. It's not about the amount AT ALL it's about the principle. It's not a language barrier.. Unfortunately, because of this, the overall discomfort with how feedback is received and the very mediocre service, I will not be returning. I hope this review is taken as constructive and encourages the salon to be honest and more open to small customer requests. I really wanted to keep coming here, but transparency and respect matter just as much as a good price. I would not recommend this business.
