My toe is still in pain days later. I also just noticed last night that my polish is chipped, which is why I'm writing this review! It's Christmas Eve, and 1 day of working from home, not going outside, and somehow my polish is chipped, smh...$60 bucks later, my toe hurts and my polished is chipped. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting this establishment again. Update: 3 hrs after my initial post, more polish chipped off. What a waste of time, money, effort and pain. I understand that not every set will be perfect, but I expected better communication if the design couldn't be achieved or suggestions for an alternative. The experience itself was okay, but the quality of the finished nails didn't meet my expectations, especially considering the cost. I hope they can improve by taking more time to understand what clients are looking for and making sure expectations are aligned before starting.

However... my acrylic fill was done in less than 20 minutes. In fact, I watched the clock while avoiding watching this man (possibly John?) pass the drill bits over my nails at an alarming speed, and it was almost 15 minutes on the dot from the second I sat down to the second he put the top coat on. I have sensitive nails, which I mentioned to him, and I don't know if his way of helping was to not smooth the acrylic over or if this is just his way of doing nails. The drill bits ran over my skin which hurt really bad, and all the process after burned for a while. I wanted a light pink color and possibly design with a short square/squoval shape, and thin acrylic - and I really feel like that is not a crazy request based off the fact I've had this done a million times by other techs, even when it's my first time to them. But when he walked up to me as I looked at colors he seemed immediately in a rush and I chose this nude color in case there were mistakes made, and I'm glad I did. Sometimes you can just tell a place will rush the job so they can take the next person immediately. The next issue I had was his table was very dirty. I looked at other techs tables and they weren't nearly as dirty. So keep that in mind. Overall, I'm not overly happy with the work or the lack of care, but I do understand 100% now that this spot has technicians that will run through the process as fast as possible with little attention to detail to make room for more people. Good spot if you just want to get a basic set done and are pressed for time. If I come back I'll simply request someone else, or make an appointment and let them know what I'm looking to do in advance.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We initially misunderstood and thought appointments weren't necessary. Once it was explained to us, we scheduled a session for later that day and returned about three hours afterward. We waited briefly, about six minutes, in the seating area before being escorted upstairs. Our massages were one hour and included full body and hot stones. The ladies who worked with us were professional, kind, and attentive. They focused on pressure points without being invasive, and both my husband and I felt completely relaxed and cared for. We already knew we would return. As we were leaving and getting into our car, one of the staff members came outside to let us know that our package also included a facial, which we hadn't received. We hadn't even realized it was missing. She told us she would provide another gift certificate so we could come back for the facials. That level of honesty and integrity goes a very long way with us.
