I bought a reel lawn mower in 2011, a photocell for my outdoor lights sometime shortly after that, and in 2025 I needed a hook blade utility knife. I think it was James who helped me out. I could not find them for the life of me but when I asked, he showed me where they were, helped me choose between the options, and sold me a really nice Milwaukee utility knife that was probably overkill but I like quality tools and it was nice to have that level of knife to cut through some tough Marmoleum flooring. I've read through the negative reviews and I think people should extend some grace to anyone trying to hire and retain quality employees in this day and age of self-centered people. It seems they acknowledge the negative experiences and commit to doing better. I think it's hard to expect more from people and I doubt anyone consistently gets better service at a big box store. I appreciate the small independent business owners who can stay afloat anywhere but particularly in business-hostile Seattle. I don't have a hardware store like this in my neighborhood (Leschi) so I think those who live nearby Greenwood should be thankful to have this neighborhood resource.

They then said that I voided my warranty due to lack of maintenance, and offered me a $1700 (contractor estimated cost at $10,000. Downtown Seattle is very interesting, somewhat eclectic. There's a shopping district nearby, central business district, Chinatown, Capital Hill all just a hop skip and away. With three floors of shopping, Target is secure with Seattle Police Department officers on standby making sure that shoppers and employees are safe and sound. So many departments such as groceries, greeting cards, books, kitchen and home decor, men's, women's and children's clothing, electronics, accessories, personal care, office supplies, snacks and more. Everything in store is organized, clean, with well lit lighting. I've never seen so many locked up store shelves compared to other Target locations. Self-Checkout is the best way to go.
