Jose provided a 2-hour window and said the tech would call or text when he was on the way - which he did. Then showed up on time and did the install at a competitive price for mobile service. J&J Auto replied in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday; had an appointment less than 24 hours of contacting them; and came to us! Only feedback I can give: (1) share available options for payment in advance of appointment - there was no tapper for a credit card, but they accepted Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc; and (2) be more thorough with vacuuming out the glass debris from the car. Still a 5-STAR experience though - thanks, J&J and Jose, for an easy time getting our car window replaced and back on the road so quickly!

Initiated with a quote thru their website and got a reply within a few hours. It was unfortunate…read morethat the OEM windshield was backordered but at least the OEE glass were from the same manufacturer but just missing the Toyota logo which saved almost half of the cost. They were able to get the windshield installed and the sensors recalibrated in about 2 hours or so. There's a waiting room available as well as a loaner car if you don't feel like waiting. Would definitely come back for future glass replacements
