Rock hit windshield of Lexus and created a hole size of a dune. Following day, hairline crack started to branch out. Immediately contacted insurance for windshield repair coverage. Progressive gave me SafeLite to get repair but I was not happy w them. SafeLite cancelled my mobile appointment due to "covid protocol" w their employee. I requested another company to get repair. They offered me New Auto Glass who was located within 15-20 miles from me. I called and made appointment the following day w Reynaldo. He was friendly and accommodating. I came in late for my appointment but Reynaldo was again accommodating to my schedule. Tally (sp?) helped me once I arrived and explained the entire process for the crack repair and options if repair did not work. Repair will be done without cost to me per my insurance coverage but replacement may be additional cost since my insurance will not cover entire replacement. Repair will have full warrant since New Auto Glass is a certified preferred business thru Progressive. I was unaware and curious of repair process but Tally was patient w me and explained to me how it was done. The entire process took about 30 min. It was pretty amazing to see crack disappear;m. You can still see where the crack occurred but it was much better that before. At least it will stop crack from expanding and shattering. As he explained earlier, crack will still be visible but at least will be structurally stable. I was happy w outcome and knowing New Auto Glass and Progressive will warranty the work. I noticed a small chip in the bottom center of my windshield and knew I should get it evaluated and patched before it turned into a larger crack requiring a full windshield replacement. I found New Auto Glass online and gave them a call to set something up. They asked if I was available then which I was and less then 10 minutes away, so I headed over. Upon arrival, I was immediately seen and my chip was evaluated. They said it could be patched but might crack due to the low location and I really appreciated the upfront honesty. I opted to try repairing regardless. The repair was done within 40 minutes and it looks flawless with only the tiniest dot of a 'scar' barely visible and all for just $75. I had a leak in my car. I thought it was the windshield. I called Reynaldo, and he fit me in the same day. When I got to the shop, he and his crew attempted to confirm if the leak was in fact caused by the windshield. Turns out it was not, so Reynaldo did not recommend replacement and wouldn't even charge me for the diagnostic work. I was disappointed I didn't get my leak fixed, but was super appreciative that I didn't pay for a windshield I didn't need. Obviously a fair and trustworthy business. I would give 6 stars if I could. My driver's side window on my Audi would not roll down. Ronaldo looked at the car and provided me a video of the inside of my car door, which showed that the window regulator was broken. It was a $400 part. I suggested that maybe I should check with Audi to see if it was covered by warranty. It was, and Ronaldo allowed me to bring it in to Audi to be repaired for free. Very good company and customer service. I was driving to work on 101 when a huge crock put a good size chip in my window. I had gotten very expensive quotes to fix it from other shops. I kept calling around and found this place online! The owner was quick to respond and they let me come in right before closing time on a Friday! The guy who helped me, his name was Talus (spelling? ) but he was lovely and honest!! When he first saw the chip, he didn't know if it could work as the process could make the hole bigger or crack the whole windshield. I appreciated his honesty!! Called the number and Ronaldo answered right away, was right on getting the new glass and ensured my insurance covered the repair. This was the ONLY place that was not only willing to do it, but even OPEN on a Saturday to help us out. He says d he would be in touch early the next morning, and was right on it. Got the glass and got me right in first thing so we could continue on our trip. I went down, they grabbed my keys and got right on it. They cleaned the whole car to make sure not a spec of glass was left, put in the new glass and made sure the alignment was perfect(passenger rear roll up window). I felt like I barely sat down and read a couple articles, and boom, it was all done! The windshield was installed on site. The windshield was installed off center so they had to removed the windshield and reinstall. Hopefully it will not leak. Maybe a new person was working on this windshield replacement. There are white dots of some kind maybe glue on the dashboard after installation. I also noticed there is a new crack on the plastic next to the installed glass which we did not notice when the car was brought in. The shop owner insists they didn't create the damage. No before photo was taken to provide before installation status. This may be my own fault not taken the pictures. Make sure you take before photos to be safe. read more

A rock hit my windshield while driving on 101 and the crack kept increasing. I immediately pulled out my phone and I came across New Auto Glass. I spoke to Ronaldo, who has great customer service ! He asked to return my call a few minutes later because he had to check with his supplier if they had my car windshield available and the cost to quote the windshield and labor. Ronaldo called me a few minutes later, (meanwhile I had called other companies in the area) and the price Ronaldo quoted was the same or less than what other businesses had quoted me. I decided to go with Ronaldo because of how friendly he was. Upon payment my husband and I were surprised, he told us he was able to find the glass for $50 less than he had quoted us and passed on the discount to us. Thumbs up for his honesty and integrity!
