Andy was pretty great window service at the drive thru. I was being a basic bee and looking to order a pumpkin spice latte if it was still being served. Andy was very nice about letting me know that they couldn't make it for me because they just ran out of the ingredients for it. Then to top off his kindness, he told me to be careful coming around the corner to pull up to the window because there was a pothole to be weary of. Food and drinks are up to Starbucks quality. Love this location! I often ordered what I need on the app it takes about 3 to 8 minutes to fulfill my orders! Wonderful staffs and very efficient crews! If they don't have what I need they would offer alternative suggestions, which I always appreciate ! I would often drive by and pick up at the drive-through window . This is seriously the worst Starbucks anywhere. I travel over 200 days a year. I've been an Elite with Yelp for a couple of years. Most of my evals are top notch. I stop at Starbucks almost every morning. Here, the drive through is long and my order has been incorrect. Inside, the lines are long and the baristas are too busy chatting with each other to address customer needs. They can't even seem to get mobile right. I placed at order at 0912 this morning. On my way to the airport so, short on time. The app said it would take 3-7 minutes. I stopped to get gas on the way, and arrived at 0930. My order wasn't ready. When I (finally) flagged down someone to talk to me - she said, "Well. Egg bites take a while and we've been busy.@. Excuse me? Got my order at 0934 and they thanked me for my patience. I was fuming!!! I am fuming! 22 minutes for a coffee and egg bites? 22 minutes??? No offer of customer service or to make it right. Just, "Well. We get busy." Yes. Me too! That's why I placed a mobile order. Here's another thing: managers normally look at reviews on Yelp and take time to respond to customers. Not this store. Not this manager. read more

If you're in the area of the Air Force base, the VA or the hospital this is the perfect Starbucks. It's a clean lobby makes it a comfortable and the nice music selection make it enjoyable. The only reason I am not giving them a full five was the disappointing attitude of one employee everyone else was cheerful and polite. Our drinks were great. read more

So I may be a bit generous with the three stars, because I really don't plan to return to this location, but my reason is based on one incident. One of their employees knocked over a stack of paper coffee cups. She then walked to the trash and seemed to look around. She tossed a napkin or something in the trash but returned the cups to the counter to be used. They were rolling around the ground where people walk. And she picked them up putting her fingers inside the cups (she had been cleaning and picking up trash, hence the napkin in her hand). So that's pretty gross. Prior to that, I ordered a delicious latte. The flavors were well balanced and it was served at the perfect temperature. The baked goods looked fresh and delicious. The biscotti I chose was premade in a wrapper, but it was good. Most staff were really friendly. The lady that took my order didn't seem too thrilled to be there, but then it was the same person that picked cups off the floor to serve customers with. read more

This is a fairly basic Starbucks good to grab a quick drink and usually do work in but holy moly I'm sitting here trying to do work and one of the baristas is literally YELLING EVERYTHING! No joke EVERYTHING! His coworkers have shushed him many many times and a woman who I assume is his manager has told him to "bring it down" multiple times and he hasn't changed his behavior. The manager looking woman even pulled him aside to talk. And then when she left the store he just got louder!!! I feel slightly bad giving one star for this since it's just one person and his other coworkers are trying to help him out but It's absolutely impossible to work here with him here. It's clear he is trying to be funny and make people happy but not a good environment for a Starbucks. I would only come here again with noise canceling headphones. AH jeez... I've been sitting here trying to decide if I should post this review and it's just getting worse and worse. He won't stop yelling! It's SO bad. Everyone who has given this location a 1 or 2 star rating is absolutely correct. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life and like I told the supervisor, I've been in plenty of Starbucks around this country and multiple airports. The staff are unfriendly, not welcoming, rather talk and play games with each other instead of doing their jobs; drinks have been made incorrectly; food burnt; long lines at the drive thru and inside yet both move extremely slow (if you have to go to work then don't bother stopping or else you'll be late); says they close at 1900 yet I've gotten there between 1730 and 1830 sometimes and they're closed; as for mobile orders, don't even waste your time.....I've watched customers go off because they placed orders 10+ mins prior and nothing was ready so now they have to wait an additional amount of time or they just leave. The only reason this location stays in business is because of the hospital and base otherwise, they'd dry up like most of the other businesses in the area and leave. read more

Good service, but the afternoon staff were a bit "calous" in their treatment of me. I needed something to drink, and some wifi... and the were closing down the outside patio fairly early in the evening. So while I was being courteous of others and doing some facetime with my daughter, the staff were stacking chairs all around me. Meh, I understand you want to clean up and close down... but it seemed a bit rude in the way I was treated... no one asked... they just kinda closed me out. read more

I love Starbucks. I often come to this location since it's close to my house and work. However, my last trip was very disappointing. I ordered a regular coffee with cream and sugar. I'm pretty sure they put sweetener instead of sugar because it was so sweet it hurt my teeth. I took the first sip once I got home (so I couldn't pop back in like to order a new one) and ended up pouring it out. When I did that, this is what I found in the bottom of my cup. This is only about half of what was in there because some of the rest fell out when I poured it in the sink, but just imagine this times two. Starbucks employees, I understand it can get busy but please monitor your coffee better. This is not appealing at all especially for such a simple order. read more

My favorite Starbucks. They have the friendliest staff for all shifts. I've never had issue finding a seat with a plug even when it's busy, they have a convenient community table with lots of them. They are also very quick with orders, their drive thru is never too busy. read more

Quality of coffee and food here is on par with other Starbucks; however, every time I come here the wait is really long so that is why they are only getting 2 stars. One time the wait was sooo long through the drive up window that the barista apologized and offered me a $10 gift card for my next visit. She didn't explain why it had taken so long but that was a nice touch; however, i don't have time to sit in a drive up for 20 min and at that point I had no choice because i was already stuck. Another couple time's I came here, I had same issue, only a couple of cars in front of me but took longer than most other Starbucks drive up windows. Each car got only one drink and when I got to the window the dude was laughing and told me he made all the drinks wrong that's why it took long. I was pissed! It's Sunday, ~930am and I walk with my 3-year old grandson to get breakfast for the family. I order a Breve' and the guy behind the counter gives me attitude about the "latte with 1/2 & 1/2" vs. Breve'. I tell him I dunno - I'm ordering for my daughter. Then, I get my (2) coffees; (2) boxed choco-milks, (2) (somewhat dry) oatmeal & a bag of pops. I'm trying to leave but my second request for a bag is unanswered. And, my third request is "Oh, we appear to be all out". And, he walks away. The others are ignoring me & I'm standing there - under my breathe stating..."Worse Starbuckes - EVER! I'm yelping. This used to be our favorite Starbucks in town. They were fast, and efficient. That was some time ago, but they must have changed management since we've been because it's definitely gone down hill. We stopped out of nostalgia here recently. Drive-thru experience, the latte was incredibly weak. I won't write off a place on one bad incident unless it's an incredibly bad incident. We decided to try again recently. We ordered 3 drinks, one seasonal, one very standard, and one pretty normal but with half and half instead of milk (breve). The breve very obviously had only micro amount of espresso. The seasonal drink was cold after ordered hot. Only, not iced cold or blended, just left on the counter probably from a previous customer and reserved - no sticker on the side. Back to the breve it was incredibly watery, with almost no espresso taste. We asked for a remake on the breve, and they did - graciously remake it - only they remade a completely different type of drink. Obviously confusing us with someone else. There was a sticker on the side of this one. Customer service didn't really care about our experience - the place was not terribly clean or well stocked. All in all pretty disappointing for the cost of Starbucks these days. read more

Not only do they not put any care or attention into the drinks, but in front of a line of customers one of the employees (who I later learned was named Crystal) shouted that she hoped everyone in line gets kidney stones from their drinks, I'm assuming because they were busy during breakfast rush and she was sick of doing her job. No one, including the managers, took it seriously and laughed it off, even though everyone in the store could hear her. Completely unprofessional. I come here every morning since it is close to where I work. Unfortunately I have become accustomed to the glares and callous staff. Most of them will ignore you and there not very friendly. I don't like to call people out by name, but there is this very short haired young lady that will not look let alone converse with you. This is my second visit in two days at this location. I was ready to give them four stars as the team behind the counter was very pleasant and efficient everything is tidy and neat. Yesterday I purchased a $50 gift card to be left at the counter for the sole purpose of paying for the drinks of any uniformed serviceman. This Starbucks location is located directly across from the veterans administration hospital. When I stopped in this morning on route to my destination I inquired with the manager to be sure that the gift card had been used and frankly being prepared to purchase another I was extremely disappointed to find out that the gift card had been put in the back in the managers office and that the manager of the day fending ignorance of not knowing what it was purchased for and who was to be used for... well, there's no excuse especially since I was very specific with the cashier at the time and she assured me that she would make sure that everyone after her shift knew to use it for the servicemen that came in that day (yesterday and today). The manager of the day immediately apologized however I needed to point out that there were four servicemen sitting at the table already drinks in hand there were two service man standing in line ready to order their drinks as if I needed to state the obvious... Then she proceeded to do exactly what I didn't want her to do which is why I left the card purchased anonymously... She took care of the servicemen in line and proceeded to let them know that I paid for their drinks... This is the worst Starbucks in the city (just below Broadway and Lomas). Too bad it's the one closest to my home and is on my way to work. When I order coffee for my personal cup through the drive through, I notice that every time they pour the coffee from a disposable cup and throw that cup away. So, what's the point of trying to conserve and using my own cup? Also, they seem to have high turn over and rarely get my drink correctly.
